Always a great atmosphere. The selection is excellent, and the various versions of bruschetta are very aromatic and delicious. The ambiance and quality are impressive. My recommendation: Italicus Spritz and bruschetta with Parma ham.

A fixture on every visit to Bolzano for 20 years. It's been somewhat over-regulated by the city in recent years, but for those who haven't seen it before... for us, it's the best place to escape the hustle and bustle of the arcades.

30/01/2026: I traveled to the Dolomites last June. I remember the bread served at breakfast at the Garni Living Hotel. This whole wheat bread was so delicious, I'll never forget it. I wanted to know more about it, so I contacted the hotel and they told me it was from this shop. I'll definitely go back there next time I travel 🥰
