We happened to be standing in front of it and managed to snag a table. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. We ordered the Piatto della Casa and were more than delighted. Incredibly delicious, definitely order it, it's enough for two people. It came with Pane Carasu and bread. Potatoes were served with the drinks. Absolutely recommended!

We spent two lovely hours at Cabo's, sitting at the fish stalls under parasols, enjoying the truly delicious bruschetta (prepared in many variations) with a wonderfully refreshing, perfectly balanced Aperol Spritz. A very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

Very fast and, above all, excellent service. Despite the restaurant being full, our drinks were served in no time. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I'd especially like to commend the Asian waiter, whose friendly and relaxed manner created a pleasant atmosphere. The drink prices are also absolutely fair. An Aperol Spritz costs €6.50 and a Sarti Rosa €8.00, which is perfectly reasonable for the quality and service.

01/07/2026: We are SO happy we stumbled across this place during our stay in Ortisei, it was a bright spot for us! One of the BEST meals we have had in Europe!! And we have been around! This is NOT a tourist trap, this is a very high quality and well worth a visit of a restaurant. The service was great. We came the first night and didn’t have reservations and the chef himself (who seems to be very involved outside of the kitchen) Got us a table and hosted us so well! We are very well taken care of by Emiliano and Ricardo, they were a dynamic duo outside! We asked Ricardo to recommend what we should get, we got everything he suggested and it was 10/10! He really helped us pick some of the best food we have had abroad! Emiliano was very kind and an extremely hard worker, you can see the quality of both of their work! We LOVED the Habanero steak, Deer entree was AMAZING and not gamey at ALL. We got their veal ravioli and their special (beef ravioli) and it was some of the best pasta we have had over our 4 stays in Italy!! We would HIGHLY recommend! We loved it so much. We went back again for dinner before leaving town!
