A disappointment, especially considering the quality/price ratio. We visited this pizzeria as a couple, hoping for something simple, and we ordered a platter as an appetizer. Unfortunately, what we received was far from what we expected from a platter: it was served on a small plate, with rather dry cured meats, and despite the fact that cheeses were listed on the menu, we were served practically only one small cheese. What struck us most was the rather obvious feeling that this platter had been prepared in advance and left in the refrigerator. The cured meats were dry, and the presentation of the dish gave precisely that impression—definitely not that of a freshly prepared platter. Furthermore, the worst thing was finding skin around the salami. We didn't notice it right away, and while eating it, we seriously risked choking. This is something that, in my opinion, should absolutely be avoided or at least reported. We raised the issue and were simply told that it would be reported to the kitchen. Given what happened, we would have expected at least some gesture to make amends and show care for the customer. Instead, nothing was done. It would certainly have been appreciated, for example, to receive a small replacement dish or at least something extra, especially considering we had paid for a charcuterie and cheese platter. The service also didn't convince us: during the dinner, no waiter came to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. A little more attention would certainly have made a difference. The only truly positive note: the pizza was excellent, nothing to complain about. It's a shame, because with more attentive service and greater attention to the quality and presentation of the appetizers, the experience would have been completely different. We're in Trentino, and honestly, we expected something more, especially considering the price and what's on the menu.

Ordered 5 takeout pizzas. A fairytale.

The pizza was good, the prices were okay, and guests from the neighboring hotel received a 10% discount. No other food besides pizza was available, as the kitchen doesn't open until 7:00 PM. At least, that's how we understood it. The service was very reserved, and we didn't feel very welcome. The tiramisu was frozen solid, like ice cream; this wasn't mentioned on the menu. The Aperol was good. The radio in the restaurant was very loud.

The restaurant and pizzeria are always excellent.

Staying at Residenza Scoiattolo was a truly pleasant experience: one of those places that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for those seeking a few days of tranquility in the heart of Ponte Arche. The spaces are well-maintained, and the family atmosphere makes the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Pizza for takeaway, friendly staff, good prices. The restaurant was still very empty. I can't understand why it's supposed to be the best pizza here; it was good, but I've had better.
