28/12/2025: I stopped in almost by chance for a quick salad, but I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the quality of their baked goods, I tried their pulled pork burger... and I must say, I was truly captivated! The burger was very good, flavorful, and well-balanced, made with quality ingredients. It's also an excellent option for a quick but tasty lunch, not the typical "bakery" you might imagine. A super positive experience, I'll definitely be back to try more.

30/12/2025: A truly pleasant stay. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with great warmth and professionalism: hospitality is one of the hotel's strengths. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, is extremely kind and helpful. In particular, the young and cheerful dining room staff contributes to creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, always making you feel at ease. The location is excellent: the hotel is located directly opposite the Saslong, perfect for mountain and skiing enthusiasts. The shuttle service is also very convenient, allowing you to easily reach Col Raiser and Dantercepies without having to use a car. The spa is excellent, modern and well-maintained, with an outdoor pool, two whirlpools, and a sauna. An added bonus is the possibility of accessing the spa at the adjacent hotel, further expanding the wellness offerings. Breakfast and dinner are good quality, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes, ideal for starting and ending the day in the best possible way. A hotel I highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Trentino, thanks to the perfect combination of hospitality, services, and location.

06/10/2025: Since we had skipped the Talschlusshütte, we spontaneously stopped at the Pichlerhof. A fantastic view from the terrace and excellent Tyrolean cuisine were a wonderful experience. And the prices are very reasonable, too. Traditional South Tyrolean hospitality is still there. Highly recommended as a vacation accommodation.

24/09/2025: We stopped for lunch after cycling the Gola Pass. We ate deliciously on the outdoor terrace with a stunning view of the Collalto. The lady who served us was very kind, and the prices were excellent.

28/10/2025: The iced coffee is very good. It's a perfect place to relax and watch the hustle and bustle of Tramin. From here, you can start the Gewürztraminer circular trail, which begins on a small hill above the town.

01/02/2026: Mixed feelings about the place. The good: Very good pillows and mattresses. Very good breakfast has everything, including freshly pressed orange juice and freshly pressed carrot juices. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Ski room was good, every room having their own private box for boots, skis and snowboards, but the place is a bit narrow, so when there are several groups at once, not enough space. My friends couldn't get into the room anymore, as the battery of their door was down and hotel fixed it within 1 hour (bad that it didn't work, but they really solved quickly). The bad: Insulation even in renovated rooms is not the best and room doors do not have soft closers. You can hear people talking through walls and others just let go of their room doors when leaving so they just smack with a lot of noise. You need to leave your car keys at reception during stay - hotel policy. Very strange, first time in my life, I still do not understand why they would need to move my car when its parked in the first line or in the corner. I understand that people who block others or park on a second line should leave their keys, but not everyone. Wellness area is not big and you need to reserve and pay separately 10 Euros per person. Again, mixed feelings, it is partially good, otherwise if it was free everyone would go there non-stop and there would be too many people. On the other hand sauna in skiing area hotels should be free, so something to think about. Overall the price/quality ratio is good.

19/01/2026: We liked the hotel, even though we read the reviews and were worried it wouldn't be as good. I don't know why the rating is so low. The rooms are in good condition, although they're not new, but they're clearly well-maintained. The plumbing is excellent, and I really liked the mattresses and bed linens. I'm very picky about that. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Yes, the breakfasts are a bit meager, but that's always the case in Europe. The location is excellent – ​​centrally located and 100 meters from the ski lift. We really enjoyed the spa – a Turkish bath, a classic sauna, and a salt relaxation room. Everything is new and beautiful. There's a great beer pub nearby. The restaurants are mostly above average, but we knew where we were going.

10/11/2025: I came here after seeing a recommendation on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). The owner was incredibly warm and friendly. The Thai shrimp fried rice I ordered was absolutely delicious, just as good as the street food I've had in Bangkok! For those who can handle spice, I recommend adding extra chili for an even better experience. The sweet, spicy, and sour flavors were perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was generous. The fried rice was more than enough for one person, and I was even a little full. I wish the owner great success in their business, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Bolzano!

01/11/2025: Wasn’t expecting much but this was actually pretty good! Would recommend if you’re looking for good asian fare in Bolzano.

02/10/2025: They made an effort to get us a seat. The food was okay; there are definitely better shepherd's macaroni. The salad buffet was very small, and the iceberg lettuce didn't look fresh. The dressing wasn't great either. The service was very impersonal, everything was very fast. We finished eating, our drinks were also empty, and there was no service staff to be seen (in the next room). My husband went to the counter to pay and was told they would send us a lady. She came! She didn't even ask us if we liked the food. Sad 😢. We paid, but it wasn't a nice evening or a thank you, nothing. It was just a tourist service!!!!

30/09/2025: Very friendly and prompt service. The two of us, without a reservation, managed to get a seat in the adjoining room even though the restaurant was packed. The pizzas and Zwickl beer are excellent. Everything is highly recommended.

05/01/2026: A lovely discovery...we stopped at this typical restaurant while passing through. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the dishes were all interesting. The daily menu also included some excellent fish dishes! I had delicious seafood spaghetti, and my mom had very good polenta and goulash! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back whenever we happen to pass by for lunch or dinner. Well done guys!!!! 06/01/2026: Very limited vegetarian options. We ordered the fresh tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Unfortunately, the mushrooms, being frozen, didn't have much flavor, but they were very expensive (€18).
