The staff were friendly, kind, and young.
My girlfriend and I ate really well; the pork stew with polenta was superb!
Highly recommended!
06/11/2025: This mountain hut is truly unique. I really liked it, especially the warm Pippo pony available to guests. The owners' son (Diego Zadra) was truly VERY professional; I was very satisfied with his services. I would gladly return.

02/01/2026: I didn't expect it!!! We had dinner there one evening. I have to say the Indian dishes were fabulous, the chicken was very tender. The staff was very friendly. The tiramisu could be improved a bit, but it was still good.

14/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel for the wellness area. Two hours of total relaxation. A beautiful, practically new wellness center.
We were welcomed by Giulia, a very sweet girl, excellent at her job. She pays attention to the smallest details.
We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: A wonderful hotel with a truly warm friendly atmosphere. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect- just a few steps from the ski lift. The breakfast are delicious and varied, with option to prefer fresh juice. In the evening you can have a fantastic dinner in the restaurant.
They have also nice wellness area, and the relaxation room with hay creates a unique and calming atmosphere. We had a nice time here.
Thank you - we would like to come back!

20/02/2026: This is a review of an entire week eating at this amazing restaurant. Everytime great food, fast service, even when there were 10 people queuing at the front door to wait for a free table. And they are great in this also. They manage to keep track and deliver the tables pretty fast and in the correct order. Thank you guys for making our stay in Folgarida so much nicer!

Small but very nice spa, perfect indoor pool.
Super breakfast!
Too bad the receptionist accused us of swearing and complaining about lunch, saying "we're not used to having people like that," when we weren't complaining at all; in fact, we weren't swearing. Too bad!
15/03/2026: It was a truly wonderful experience, to say the least.
It was my second time at this wonderful property...
The service, rooms, food, and staff were wonderful.
A special shout-out goes to ALEX, BRUNO, LILY, and especially FERYEL, who looked after us throughout our entire vacation.
I highly recommend trying this place; you'll undoubtedly be satisfied.

25/10/2025: The cleanliness of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) is questionable. Otherwise, a solid hotel close to the center.
11/10/2025: The room air-conditioning doesn't work. It stop during the night multiple times and we told the front desk after the first night....but no improvement. This continued again on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th night. It has been a very very annoying and unpleasant experience! Instead of fixing the air con.... they just put tape over it. Today is the 4th night and the floor is flooded. When we called reception, he told me to speak German and when I say I am not German, he hanged up on me!!!

22/12/2025: We weren't impressed with the quality of the pizzas; yes, they are very large... the service was average and the atmosphere was okay. Unfortunately, there's no parking due to space limitations.

30/12/2025: Never again. The food was okay, but nothing more. The service was absolutely terrible. Every order was wrong. The main course arrived together with the appetizer. And the food arrived very late. It gave the impression of mass processing.

25/10/2025: Very good restaurant at the foot of the funicular. You might think it's a tourist trap, but it's not at all. The food is good; it's not haute cuisine, but it's not completely industrial. The staff is friendly and helpful. I tried a specialty dish and it was good. Good value for money with a beautiful view. I recommend it.
16/10/2025: We were there on a sunny autumn day. The service was super friendly and quick, the food was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We had dumplings and Wiener Schnitzel. We almost went to another restaurant because of the mixed reviews. Luckily, we were spontaneously swayed by the busy sun terrace.

The best apricot dumplings around.
22/10/2025: We went there for dinner; the food was delicious and regional. The apple juice was freshly squeezed, and the menu was seasonally updated. The service was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was decorated like a proper pub, and accordingly, many locals enjoyed their after-work hours there.

05/11/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I've been here twice during our South Tyrol vacation, and both times I left the restaurant full and happy.
04/11/2025: A beautifully located restaurant in a magnificent landscape. The architecture and interior design of the restaurant are simply beautiful.
The dishes are excellent and the prices are perfectly reasonable.
If you're visiting the region, you should definitely stop here.
I highly recommend it.
