18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better.
I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.

30/07/2026: Well organized, and a lifesaver for the three of us plus our dog, who were so relieved from the heat. We enjoyed trying lots of different dishes at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Everything was great.
14/07/2026: Upon entering, we were very pleasantly surprised. However, the food was completely off the mark. The chicken was incredibly bland! The vegetables and duck were swimming in oil. We had to order rice separately. The sweet and sour shrimp were soaked in oil inside their batter.
None of our four meals even remotely resembled the quality we'd expect from a Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese restaurant.

26/07/2025: There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were absolutely delighted. For my starter, I had the cured trout – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. My main course was the kid goat, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The recommended red wine was also an ideal complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really wasn't a single thing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and will gladly return.
20/07/2025: We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below the mountains is magnificent. We will definitely come back on our next trip to South Tyrol.

13/08/2026: You have to stop making fun of people: 8 euros for two half-liter bottles of water without stopping at the table, double the price of all the refuges in the area. I repeat, it makes no sense! Don't insult people's intelligence! A bottle of Acqua Pejo costs 68 cents each at Trentiner! In my opinion, this is not a fair way to treat customers!

31/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria with a wide selection of pizzas. Good pizza, excellent dough, and perfectly cooked. We even found a table by calling last minute, but it wasn't high season. During the summer or winter months, or on weekends, it's definitely best to book. Average value for money.

The bartenders are expert and always smiling. :) Really beautiful location, with attention to every detail. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

27/06/2026: I used to come here all the time as a child and only returned after a long time, since I moved away. I have to say the cakes/tarts didn't taste fresh at all and were very dry. Plus, the portions were very small for the price; you can get better value for money even in Bolzano's old town. The service was also quite unfriendly, and we were addressed in Italian several times, even though I was speaking German. My skin color was probably a factor. A real shame...
