13/08/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, light music for conversation, and high-quality traditional dishes. Pizzas, divided, high-quality and thin. Good value. Extremely courteous waiters, well done! We'll be back.

12/08/2026: We ate there lunch and it appears that people don't usually eat lunch in the area, but spend time hiking, so the restaurant was empty. Therefore I gave 4 stars for atmosphere, I believe in the evening it's really nice. I gave 3 stars for service because first the crew members barely spoke English and secendly we felt that they are waiting us to leave since it was 14:30 and they were supposed to close at 15:00.. The waiter stood near our table while we were eating and waited for us to finish eating. It felt really unpleasant. The food was mostly tasty. The salad was dry and not fresh.

22/12/2025: The menu is very tourist-oriented. Having to pay for the food before it's served was a bit of a letdown. The food was average. The chicken and fries were good. The Wiener Schnitzel was okay. The Kaiserschmarren was really good.

31/03/2026: Horrible experience, the bouncers were truly arrogant, rude, and lazy. They let all their friends and others through, leaving those who had queued properly outside. People are left standing outside, unsure if they'll actually get in, ignored by everyone and left in the cold.

21/05/2026: A hotel just as you could wish for. Excellent cuisine, friendly and efficient staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a superbly stocked drinks menu. We will be back!

11/04/2026: Rude staff. Weren’t patient. No lactose free or sorbet icecream options. They told my wife they won’t take on the “liability” of her lactose intolerance. Not even an allergy, just an intolerance. As a hotel. Unreal. Just go to one of the other places. You’ll have a better experience with less rude staff.

24/02/2026: Terrible place, decent food, rude and incompetent staff, reservation on the fork at 9:15 pm, at 9:22 pm, the waiter asked us if we were ready to order, sitting for less than 2 minutes we asked for a little more time to decide, the waiter SIGHTED us, LOOKED AT THE CLOCK and indicated to hurry up, I was already getting nervous, we decide quickly what to eat, bad choice, the waiter comes back after calling him, I tell him that my girlfriend is celiac, he looks at her disconcerted, he doesn't even know what it means, he is the one in charge of taking orders, IN CHARGE OF TAKING ORDERS, he has to go to the kitchen to ask what gluten is, the portions were meager, tasting dishes, in fact the tasting menu courses were the same, incredible, the braised beef had a piece of meat, tasty yes, but at €26, they took such a hurry to take the orders, then they left us 5 minutes with the dish Dirty. When we complained to the front desk, prompted by the receptionist's question, we didn't even get an apology, but instead were charged an extra 5 cents. The receptionist used a calculator to calculate 40-37.75, which then became 37.80. She absolutely wanted a 5-cent tip. Working in a hotel, these are the flaws I've noticed. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TOMORROW! Even though my girlfriend was mistaken for the owner's daughter, apparently with the same name, they didn't give her any special treatment. On the contrary.

08/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, offering a selection of traditional and innovative dishes! Everything is beautifully prepared and the kitchen is open to the public!

13/06/2026: We arrived to restaurant, we asked waiter for the table and after 15 minutes we were still for the waiter to order. No one’s come even if they see us. The staff has really unpleasant approach.!!!

15/03/2026: Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. The place was full of drunk patrons who caused a lot of noise and chaos. We pointed this out to the bouncer, but he didn't intervene, probably because they were his friends. Very disappointing.

30/07/2026: Well organized, and a lifesaver for the three of us plus our dog, who were so relieved from the heat. We enjoyed trying lots of different dishes at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Everything was great.

14/07/2026: Upon entering, we were very pleasantly surprised. However, the food was completely off the mark. The chicken was incredibly bland! The vegetables and duck were swimming in oil. We had to order rice separately. The sweet and sour shrimp were soaked in oil inside their batter. None of our four meals even remotely resembled the quality we'd expect from a Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese restaurant.

26/10/2025: The food was simply excellent, the staff very friendly and the waiting time very short. The pizza schnitzel with fried potatoes is highly recommended... We always love coming here. Thank you very much.

11/10/2025: Super friendly and available to make small changes to dishes based on personal preferences. The staff is incredibly kind and the food is simply amazing. Excellent value for money.

01/09/2025: A lovely mountain hut, easily accessible from Val Piana, both by car (if you're a guest) and on foot (about a 20-minute walk, easily manageable even for those with limited fitness levels, as it's on a dirt road). The food is typical mountain hut fare. Unfortunately, there's not much room to stretch out or perhaps rest in the sun, but if you want to grab a bite to eat after visiting Val Piana (which is wonderful), it's easily doable.

14/03/2026: The overall experience was truly wonderful. The restaurant is small and intimate, meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated, creating an immediate welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is open to the public, and although small, it greatly enriches the experience by allowing you to see the work and attention to detail behind each dish. We chose a tasting menu with several courses, a true journey that accompanied us throughout the evening. The vegetarian offerings are truly top-notch: creative, well-balanced, and never banal. You can sense a great deal of attention to ingredients, textures, and flavors, and each course manages to surprise. Another great strength was the service: the waitress who looked after us throughout the dinner was truly excellent, helpful, and passionate. She carefully explained each dish to us and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. Even the chef, at the end of the dinner, walked around the tables to chat with the guests, a much-appreciated gesture. We left extremely satisfied: to simply say that everything was good would be an understatement. It was a complete and very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant by chance. The atmosphere was old, the dishes were very dated. The food wasn't great; the pesto pasta with homemade pesto was poor quality. For a business lunch at €15, you can find better.

24/02/2026: Little place found by chance. Passing by, the dishes were plentiful and also good, in my opinion the goulash was a little too peppery, personal wall....😊😏

27/06/2026: I used to come here all the time as a child and only returned after a long time, since I moved away. I have to say the cakes/tarts didn't taste fresh at all and were very dry. Plus, the portions were very small for the price; you can get better value for money even in Bolzano's old town. The service was also quite unfriendly, and we were addressed in Italian several times, even though I was speaking German. My skin color was probably a factor. A real shame...
