05/10/2025: My wife and I had dinner with two other friends. We had a great time with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, decorated in Tyrolean style with all homemade products. If I return to those parts, we would go there again.

31/07/2025: Ristorante, pizzeria consigliatissimo. Si trova vicino la cabinovia di Jochtal, ampio parcheggio, servizio veloce, sale ampie e in stile tirolese. Menù tirolese, ottima birra. Giochi esterni per bambini.

26/07/2025: Siamo a Valles per il raduno estivo del Bologna F.C. Decidiamo di mangiare qui (non ci sono molte alternative vicino al campo di allenamento). Personale veloce e simpatico. Pizza eccellente, un po’ meno i primi. Non abbiamo mangiato secondi per cui non posso esprimere giudizi. Dolci ok, ma un po’ cari. Birra buona e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, birra media a 5€. Un posto in cui non si rimane delusi. Consigliato!

27/10/2025: A nice restaurant, especially for the paintings and quotes about Rome. The portions aren't very large, and the prices are slightly above average for the quantity. Roman cuisine? Maybe, but something was missing. Fast service and very attentive and polite staff, even though almost all of them were foreigners. The piping hot, as well as the cutlet with potatoes and desserts, were good. The pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe could have been better. We'll be back to hopefully give an even better review.

26/10/2025: The atmosphere is dated but clean. The traditional Roman dishes are very good and plentiful, top quality, and coming from a Roman, that should be a guarantee. 😉 Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: A good tourist restaurant, a nice, clean place without too many frills. The service is courteous and fast. The main courses are of more than adequate quality and well-prepared—I'd call it "no wow"—while the pizza is very good.

14/07/2025: On Saturday, July 12th, I came in and asked for a coffee and a croissant, only for the girl serving me to tell me they didn't have croissants, only pastries, which was a good thing. I ordered a macchiato and an apple strudel. I WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT! It was served on a plate, and the portion was very generous, but once I tasted it, my mouth collapsed. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since I'd had an apple strudel, but that was truly delicious. Congratulations again!!!

21/07/2025: We booked a table for lunch late in the morning. When we arrived, the staff couldn't find our reservation. Then, they seated us outside as requested. We ordered fettuccine alla boscaiola and polenta with mushrooms and venison stew. Less than three minutes later, our dishes arrived: drained pasta with a mixture of mushrooms on top, not even stirred, and partly cold: flavorless. The stew was dry, with some tough pieces as if they were from the day before, and flavorless mushrooms. The polenta was acceptable. Cover charge €2. I don't recommend it.

20/07/2025: The food was delicious, but the service was completely inattentive. We waited a long time for everything. It took us 2 hours to have lunch here.

16/09/2025: A beautiful refuge with breathtaking mountain views, especially from the indoor tables. My husband and I ate outside. The dishes were truly excellent (paccheri with smoked Arctic char and chives, grey cheese with buttered potatoes). The waiters were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were high, but in line with other restaurants in the valley. The price of water was exorbitant, at €7 for a 0.75 bottle of Dolomia.

03/03/2025: As soon as we arrived, they told us they'd messed up the reservations and hadn't reserved a table for us. They then placed us in the corridor and told us to offer ourselves a digestif at the end of the meal, which is always done, even without making any mistakes. The food was good, but not excellent, with some errors (for example, some pieces of meat were tough and impossible to eat). For the first course, you had to choose between soup and mezzelune, and they didn't serve both. The service wasn't very friendly, and the price was really expensive compared to the average.

05/11/2025: Great lunch! Recommend reservations, we didn't have one on a Saturday, but the accommodating staff found a way to fit us in quickly! Service was excellent, food was delicious and flavorful and came out quick. Highly recommend! Great for a stop after hiking to Forra del Lupo.

03/09/2025: Cogola Restaurant in Serrada is a charming and traditional spot, beautifully maintained and very clean. The location offers stunning views, with farm animals adding to its authentic atmosphere, and there’s a large parking area available. The food is excellent, service is friendly and very quick. Highly recommended for all tourists visiting the area.

31/07/2025: I spent a wonderful week with my family at this hotel. The property is welcoming, family-friendly, and surrounded by nature. What made our stay truly special was the owners' friendliness. Gianni, the owner, was available to suggest walks and excursions, and he also offered us a tasting of local cheeses and cured meats, demonstrating his deep connection to the region. The waiters—Alex the maitre d', Agostino our waiter, and the other two serving staff—were always available and ready to satisfy our every request with a smile and politeness. The food was excellent, thanks to chef Vincenzo, who gave us a true culinary experience, delighting us with typical Trentino dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

26/07/2025: A summer vacation in the mountains seeking relaxation, silence, nature, and woodland walks led us by pure chance to book a stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the unique atmosphere, the tastefully furnished rooms made even more welcoming by soft background music and a pleasant scent that immediately encouraged relaxation. The room was very comfortable, intimate, yet thoughtfully designed. Impeccably clean, the mattresses were truly comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows of different heights for each guest made all the difference. But the beating heart of this place is the team that manages it. The welcome was genuine and authentic, with a helpfulness and kindness that remained with us throughout our stay. Special thanks go to Gianni, the owner, always ready to recommend trails and routes for our mountain hikes and for introducing us to the authentic flavors of the area through the tastings he offered. And the dining room... well, it is undoubtedly the hotel's crown jewel. The culinary offerings are top-notch, with a rich buffet of appetizers and main courses served at the table, expertly prepared to order. Each course, from the presentation to the refined flavor, reveals the great expertise of Chef Vincenzo, who delighted us with typical specialties and risottos that were nothing short of unbeatable. But what transformed each dinner into an authentic experience was the exceptional humanity of the dining room staff. The dining room is their stage: maître d' Alex directs every service with impeccable professionalism and an almost telepathic attention, ensuring that everything is perfect with a grace and care that goes far beyond mere duty, not to mention his extraordinary ability to anticipate desires and fulfill every request, even the most unusual. And then Agostino, our waiter, with his ever-attentive presence and spontaneous thoughtfulness, who always accompanied each course with the precious gift of a sincere smile and a perfectly timed joke, making each dinner pleasantly welcoming and full of family warmth.
