06/08/2025: We were miraculously accommodated in the apartment and were absolutely delighted! A wonderful view of the hustle and bustle of the old town, surrounded by historic buildings! The amenities are more than you could possibly need: perfectly furnished, completely modern, and with a new style. 100 points 😀 and 10 thumbs up!

09/09/2025: Departure at 1269 near Malga Baessa, arrival after about 2 hours at Malga Cere 1743, some of us continue and reach the lake below the Maddalena fork (after having traveled through Val Maddalena) around 2040. Satisfied and beautiful places. Have a good trip.

23/08/2025: A fantastic shop with super delicious cheese and great, very friendly service. We shopped here and were amazed at how affordable this incredibly delicious cheese was. So my partner had to go back and pick up a little more to take home 🤣 If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. 👍

10/12/2025: The job was initially done very well, but I later requested an inspection to inspect a defect in the parquet flooring that was discovered after he'd completed his work. The owner of the company disappeared, no longer responding to calls, messages, or emails, leaving me to deal with a problem that arose after his work on my own, at my own expense. I found this unprofessional. I can only give it one star.

05/11/2025: Alessandro is an extremely helpful person, and his great love for his work is immediately apparent. The work he did on our home was excellent. What I appreciated most was the honesty of his information. What he says comes true, no surprises, and when it comes to renovations, that's no small feat. If I can offer one piece of advice, trust his advice; he'll treat your hardwood floors as if they were his own. Chiara and Simone

13/12/2025: Overall, we were very satisfied. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the food was top-notch. However, what really bothered us was that our towels smelled absolutely musty. We'd been misled by them, and they were immediately musty. It was truly awful. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but that was completely unacceptable. It wouldn't have been worth mentioning if the smell had been gone after we exchanged the towels.

12/11/2025: The Tenne Lodge has a great location right next to the gondola, making it ideal for skiers. From the outside, the hotel is very attractive and blends well into the natural surroundings. The rooms are very spacious and furnished in an alpine style. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. However, many minor issues unfortunately contribute to a negative impression of the hotel, especially considering it's a 5-star establishment. The welcome was not only very cold but rather dismissive, and we didn't feel particularly welcome. We were aware of the 2:00 PM check-in time, but being greeted with the phrase "Check-in is from 2:00 PM" is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. There was no inquiry about our well-being, our arrival, or anything similar, and when we had questions about a day's activities, we were referred to an app. Despite the hotel being quite empty, we weren't allowed into our room until 2:00 PM. (We arrived at 12:50 PM.) This is rather petty and reinforced our initial negative impression. We were not escorted to our room or given a brief introduction to the hotel. We received a slip of paper with information, but the reality was quite different. According to the posted notice, the whirlpool was supposed to be open until 7:00 PM, but it had already been drained by 6:00 PM. The entire hotel's design felt somewhat dated. Textured wallpaper, very cheap outdoor chairs, and truly awful loungers on the balconies are not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area is very spacious, but the loungers are crammed together, giving it the feel of a neglected spa. From the pool, you can practically see the hairdresser at work. Nobody needs that. The sauna area is very spacious, but again, nothing special compared to other hotels. The transition between the sauna and pool areas is somewhat makeshift and requires a key. Incidentally, they still use "real" keys here, not keycards. Generally, many things seem poorly thought out and rather impersonal. For example, in a hotel of this price range, I don't expect teapot tea or teacups with the Teekanne logo on them. The gym is small but quite well-equipped, but the exercise mats were so worn and filthy that I decided against working out. Breakfast was good, and the à la carte dishes were of excellent quality. The 13-course dinner was outstanding. Incredibly high quality, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. However, the table manners could be improved, as could the service. Placemats at breakfast? Awful! The staff needs more intensive training. They rarely asked how the food was, and used plates were often simply left untouched. Laurin, on the other hand, is an incredibly attentive and wonderful employee. It's unbelievable that a hotel in 2025 still doesn't have high-speed internet. At times, we couldn't even use Google or Instagram, let alone Zoom (we had to work). I also find the "open" duvet cover problematic. It's convenient for the staff, but simply unhygienic for the guests. There are some fantastic hotels in South Tyrol (Schgaguler, Milla Montis), but the Tenne Lodge is unfortunately not one of them.

25/12/2025: The property is truly splendid: rooms meticulously maintained, common areas such as pools, whirlpools, and a top-notch spa. The location is a bit far from the slopes, but the transfer service is convenient and well-organized. However, I would like to point out one aspect that I believe could be improved: the cost of water in the restaurant. A €6 bottle seems disproportionate to the actual price and risks leaving a negative impression. Personally, I would prefer to pay a little more for a suite than find myself spending such a high amount on an essential item. In many similarly sized properties, water is included or offered at more reasonable prices, and this helps make guests feel valued. I believe a small change in this direction could improve the overall perception and further increase guest loyalty.

24/12/2025: If you are up to 35 years old, have ability to think critically and value genuine care over golden show-off, avoid this Vanity Fair at all cost. - rooms are old, with no noise isolation -- you will hear other guests snoring and flushing the toilet and your own toilet will endlessly fill and drain water because the flush button gets stuck in the wall. But you will be surrounded by crystal and candelabra with Bvlgari cosmetics in the bathroom if you care about it. - if you happen to have any sort of the problem (e.g. family from the neighboring table can't control their kids and they run and scream all over the restaurant scaring your dog), stuff will ignore you and offer no help whatsoever - the five courses dinner is absolutely tasteless and same goes for the breakfast but there you also risk to get food poisoning. Also be ready that waiter will judge you for not knowing "this famous Italian pasta sauce" and the water you would be offered actually cost you 6 euros per bottle but you will know it only in the end. - stuff also provide no guidance on the hotel services that are included: you will need to search for the description of temperature in saunas on the last pages of spa brochure after long description of all paid services and there will be no bowls or treats in the room if you are coming with the dog. They can provide them but you need to ask -- is it a 5-star service after all? Overall this place is stuck in the 20th century with everything that modern generations hate about it: lookism (forget your hoodie and Crocs at home, go buy expensive evening gown), attitude to pets as they are things not family members and exclusivity instead of inclusivity (no vegan options on the dinner menu). Respect yourself and choose a better place where owners and stuff actually care about the guests.

28/10/2025: A huge compliment to the first restaurant that actually does it right when you remove something from a pizza and deducts it from the price. There's still hope, even here in South Tyrol, Bolzano! I ordered a pizza and left off the mozzarella because it was vegan... and they deducted it exactly as it should be. Anything else is basically cheating, which is why I usually always order a marinara with extras... Great job! The place was fantastic too, and they even had a super vegan burger.

20/08/2025: Today, late in the morning, as I entered the store, I asked if I could get a coffee, since other stores also have a coffee shop. The girls at the cash register looked at each other haughtily before answering, as if mocking me and my request, which they must have thought out of place. They were rude; I hope to find courteous and polite staff again in the future.

06/06/2025: Very friendly staff. I stopped by for a coffee, thinking it was a bar with a coffee machine. The coffees are definitely high-quality, as the flavor is particularly good and very classic. I'm not a coffee expert, but it's not bad. Glad I popped in, even if it was by chance. Thanks Nespresso.

10/11/2025: First, if you wanna come to this place you have to circle around for 20mins because it looks like labirint. We called them first to make sure there was a table available but they just hung up. This pizza is suposed to be “with mozzarella, mortadella and pesto”, it looks horrible, taste as it looks. You got drink in a plastic bottle, like in fast food. Even fast food wuold make better pizza and for less money
