06/06/2026: I'm from Poland, I visit Italy four times a year, and I've never had spaetzle from Speck like that in my life. The sauce is something I've remembered for years! If you, the gentleman from Macedonia, are still running this, I salute you and congratulate you.

14/06/2026: I was passing through Trento and, almost by chance, decided to stop at this pizzeria for the first time. What can I say? It was a delightful surprise!
The pizza is truly excellent, made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The price is more than fair, especially considering the excellent quality of the product and the service.
Special praise goes to the owner and all the staff: extremely kind, smiling, and welcoming, they make you feel immediately at ease.
If I ever return to Trento in the future, I will have no hesitation in choosing this place for a good pizza. Highly recommended!

04/04/2026: I really like the pizza at Blue Sax and eat it often. One special feature of the place is that it has a Sky subscription, which I occasionally use to watch tennis matches. The owner and waitresses are really kind!

02/06/2026: Manuel Hofer's restaurant combines regional specialties with modern fusion elements, consistently creating new culinary experiences. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything is freshly prepared in-house. The food is of exceptional quality, and individual requests were always accommodated. The ambiance is very modern, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. Definitely worth a visit!

23/12/2025: We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in December, and what can I say? The staff were incredibly kind, the hotel was new. Our room had a stunning view and was wonderfully quiet. The bathroom deserved top marks. The breakfast was plentiful and made with local produce. Dinner offered dishes that truly reminded you of Trentino Alto Adige. The Christmas atmosphere was magical. Thank you, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

17/03/2026: An experience that makes you want to get up and leave. Disorganized and sloppy service, with staff who don't seem to know what's happening at the tables. No attention, no communication: you have to chase someone down even to see if your order has been taken.
The food is decidedly below par: paltry portions, scant ingredients, and preparations made with minimal care. Sad sandwiches, lacking presentation, and a taste that in no way justifies the price paid.
The overall feeling is of being left to your own devices, as if the customer were a secondary consideration. Professionalism, organization, and respect are lacking. A negative experience that I wouldn't repeat and I don't recommend.

07/04/2026: The food is delicious, both now and last year. Small drawbacks include a very long wait for gluten-free dishes, a meal delivered after everyone else had finished eating, and having to ask for a dessert. Overall, the overall impression was very positive. Live music. A pleasant dinner.
30/03/2026: Nice and designer restaurant, but the service was a bit arrogant and unpleasant. First I ordered a drink and chose food, I didn't have time to choose food within two minutes and I was immediately confronted that it was a restaurant, not a bar, while I was actively choosing, then I ordered food, which we automatically expected, but it was rude service.
