02/02/2026: I returned to the spa as an external guest, and as always, I was greeted with incredible kindness and pampered with attention and service. The aufguss ritual, new this year, offers a cleansing experience for body and mind. The talented women who perform it dance to the special music they choose, with a uniqueness that engages and moves. I recommend it to everyone, a must-try for a special moment!

01/02/2026: I have never encountered such level of hospitality so far ! All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! The Boss himself was very attentive and their dog 🐕 was an even better presence 🫶🏻! Attention to details, very well located steps away from the cable car ! I highly recommend this place! Perfect 👌🏻

01/03/2026: Spacious and well-stocked, the pastry shop is clean and offers plenty of seating. The selection of products is wide, fresh, and inviting. The cakes are excellent, but the croissants were a bit disappointing: dry and lacking in filling. The Apfelsaftschorle is very good. The prices are average, and the staff is quick and friendly.

02/01/2026: The waitress seemed annoyed by the items requested, none of which were available, probably due to the time slot, but it wasn't indicated (e.g., pancakes and specialty coffees). Furthermore, the (requested) cookies served with the tea were tasteless, possibly and could very well have been the waitress's snack. P.S. If you don't feel like working on New Year's Eve, you can stay closed.

02/09/2025: We spontaneously inquired by phone at the end of August whether there was still room available at the hotel. We wanted to stay there primarily because of the swimming pool and sauna. We were offered one last room over the phone, with the information that it would be a sofa bed and a single bed. We agreed. Unfortunately, we didn't ask, and weren't asked when the swimming pool and sauna could be used, assuming that the sauna could be used at least in the evening until at least 9 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. We went straight to dinner because the time slot was tight. We then discovered that the swimming pool and sauna were only open until 7 p.m. In the room, around 10 p.m., we realized that the sofa bed really couldn't be called a sofa bed. Photo attached. But we had no choice but to stay. Back pain. The next morning, we informed the hotel owner. The staff reacted in a completely unsympathetic and rude manner to our (in our view) plea for understanding and a discount. We felt completely misunderstood in our situation. A hotel stay without a swimming pool, sauna, and back pain, plus €150 per person in an outdated bathroom, means we can't recommend the place. We understand that high season and stress can cause irritability, but they don't excuse their behavior towards us. Unfortunately, their communication skills were very poor. And they had no empathy. Simply swiping the credit card definitely made me feel like: I don't care, give me your money. Too expensive. There was no feel-good atmosphere in the hotel. The staff, with the exception of the owners, were all very nice and friendly people who gave their all.

09/08/2025: Perfect place for a hiking break. We thoroughly enjoyed Kaiserschnarrn (sweet pastry) and fried potatoes with a beautiful view on the terrace at this well-kept spot. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: Just like when the two brothers ran the small stube in Fai della Paganella, nothing has changed; if anything, the location in this beautiful church square has improved. Fair prices, good food, and, above all, great service from the two owners.

02/01/2026: I didn't expect it!!! We had dinner there one evening. I have to say the Indian dishes were fabulous, the chicken was very tender. The staff was very friendly. The tiramisu could be improved a bit, but it was still good.

08/02/2026: Beautiful location. In winter, you can stop off after a good day's skiing and relax on the free lounge chairs, drink an excellent bombardino, and eat a slice of strudel with warm cream. What more could you ask for?

02/02/2026: A magical experience! We booked the snowmobile tour with breakfast. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Ulli, Thomas, and Bianca, along with the entire staff, made this a fantastic experience. See you soon.
