02/01/2026: The waitress seemed annoyed by the items requested, none of which were available, probably due to the time slot, but it wasn't indicated (e.g., pancakes and specialty coffees). Furthermore, the (requested) cookies served with the tea were tasteless, possibly and could very well have been the waitress's snack. P.S. If you don't feel like working on New Year's Eve, you can stay closed.

02/09/2025: We spontaneously inquired by phone at the end of August whether there was still room available at the hotel. We wanted to stay there primarily because of the swimming pool and sauna. We were offered one last room over the phone, with the information that it would be a sofa bed and a single bed. We agreed. Unfortunately, we didn't ask, and weren't asked when the swimming pool and sauna could be used, assuming that the sauna could be used at least in the evening until at least 9 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 7 p.m. We went straight to dinner because the time slot was tight. We then discovered that the swimming pool and sauna were only open until 7 p.m. In the room, around 10 p.m., we realized that the sofa bed really couldn't be called a sofa bed. Photo attached. But we had no choice but to stay. Back pain. The next morning, we informed the hotel owner. The staff reacted in a completely unsympathetic and rude manner to our (in our view) plea for understanding and a discount. We felt completely misunderstood in our situation. A hotel stay without a swimming pool, sauna, and back pain, plus €150 per person in an outdated bathroom, means we can't recommend the place. We understand that high season and stress can cause irritability, but they don't excuse their behavior towards us. Unfortunately, their communication skills were very poor. And they had no empathy. Simply swiping the credit card definitely made me feel like: I don't care, give me your money. Too expensive. There was no feel-good atmosphere in the hotel. The staff, with the exception of the owners, were all very nice and friendly people who gave their all.

12/08/2025: Just like when the two brothers ran the small stube in Fai della Paganella, nothing has changed; if anything, the location in this beautiful church square has improved. Fair prices, good food, and, above all, great service from the two owners.

02/01/2026: I didn't expect it!!! We had dinner there one evening. I have to say the Indian dishes were fabulous, the chicken was very tender. The staff was very friendly. The tiramisu could be improved a bit, but it was still good.

25/08/2025: For lunch for four, we'll definitely return: immersed in nature, breathtaking scenery, absolute silence, and a homely welcome. Friendly staff, generous and tasty dishes, and absolutely reasonable prices. A friendly goat came into the dining room to greet the guests—beautiful! :) After lunch, you can relax on the outdoor loungers provided by the mountain hut. It's about a 45-minute walk away, but it's also easily accessible by car.

20/08/2025: I may be biased, but all the mountain huts are fantastic. The food here is excellent, and after a nice walk to get there, the smell of the stew makes you forget all about the effort!

21/07/2025: Pictures do not match the actual pizza. The pizza was mid and they didn't have beer from the tap (which was on the menu). I really don't understand the majority of the reviews here. There was one service personnel and he forgot what we had to order multiple times despite being only one of three customers. Would not go back or recommend it. The pizza next door is far superior and authentic taste and staff.

15/08/2025: We were dissatisfied for many reasons. First, the lady who served us wasn't particularly friendly. We felt like we weren't welcome, even though we entered the bakery an hour before closing time and practically everything had been stocked. Then we were offered rolls that were damaged and so hard the next day that they were inedible. I don't know what was being offered or what went wrong with them. An experienced salesperson could have pointed out to us that the goods were no longer fresh. Fortunately, there's still competition. We won't be back.
