01/09/2025: A lovely mountain hut, easily accessible from Val Piana, both by car (if you're a guest) and on foot (about a 20-minute walk, easily manageable even for those with limited fitness levels, as it's on a dirt road). The food is typical mountain hut fare. Unfortunately, there's not much room to stretch out or perhaps rest in the sun, but if you want to grab a bite to eat after visiting Val Piana (which is wonderful), it's easily doable.

18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better.
I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.

23/08/2026: La Fontana pizzeria restaurant. My wife and I stopped for lunch, following recommendations from waiter Luca (a very kind and friendly man). The food was excellent, and the waitresses were also polite and friendly.

31/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria with a wide selection of pizzas. Good pizza, excellent dough, and perfectly cooked. We even found a table by calling last minute, but it wasn't high season. During the summer or winter months, or on weekends, it's definitely best to book. Average value for money.

16/08/2026: The two of us had a wonderful, modern room with breakfast included. The room far exceeded our expectations. It was very modern and comfortably furnished. Everything was clean. The Riega is located directly on the main road through Sexten, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us. The breakfast was extensive, delicious, and freshly prepared. The food in the attached pizzeria was also excellent. The staff was friendly. For us, everything was perfect. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. Therefore, it gets a full 5 stars in every respect.
