20/03/2026: We stopped in spontaneously during a bike tour. We received a warm welcome. They served cappuccino and first-class apple strudel – I've rarely eaten such a delicious strudel!

07/03/2026: 💗 An authentic and precious jewel in Chienes, in the Pusteria Valley... a place where you might come by chance and then return by choice, because everything here is beautiful and precious: from the immaculately kept and comfortable rooms, to the silence broken only by the birdsong, to the greenery and mountains that surround you, to the attention to detail and, most importantly, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. Here you are "pampered", loved... here you feel at home and even better 🙂☺️💗 Here everything is good: from the air you breathe to the breakfasts where nothing is missing, from the homemade desserts, to the eggs freshly prepared to your taste, to the crunchy bread, the one with seeds that I like, ordered fresh every day from the bakery and Konditorei in Chienes 😍😋 You come here and then you can't wait to return. I will definitely go back because here I found a family who welcomed me and smiled and pampered me with great kindness and professionalism ❤️

01/09/2025: A lovely mountain hut, easily accessible from Val Piana, both by car (if you're a guest) and on foot (about a 20-minute walk, easily manageable even for those with limited fitness levels, as it's on a dirt road). The food is typical mountain hut fare. Unfortunately, there's not much room to stretch out or perhaps rest in the sun, but if you want to grab a bite to eat after visiting Val Piana (which is wonderful), it's easily doable.

17/06/2026: We stayed one night at the Gasthof Hotel Sonne while passing through. The owners were very friendly and helpful to my wife, who has severe mobility issues. The room and food were very good. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the swimming pool because I didn't have my swimsuit with me.

09/06/2026: I stopped for dinner. The food was plentiful and good quality. It's located in the upper part of town with a beautiful view of the valley. A very quiet location. Prices were slightly lower than average.

27/12/2025: A place with beautiful windows offering a view. The hot chocolate with cream is delicious.

22/12/2025: The menu is very tourist-oriented. Having to pay for the food before it's served was a bit of a letdown. The food was average. The chicken and fries were good. The Wiener Schnitzel was okay. The Kaiserschmarren was really good.

29/03/2026: A lovely café in the historic center of Sterzing, perfect for a short break. The cappuccino was perfect, as was the latte. We'll be back!

16/03/2026: Great café with a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz even in March. Delicious, freshly made little snacks complete the offerings. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

07/05/2026: I often go to this restaurant with my family and we've always had a great time! The Indian food is excellent, as are the wood-fired pizzas. The dishes made with Zambana white asparagus (available only in season) are also fantastic. The prices are really fair. Ample free parking and an outdoor seating area for the warmer months. I highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: We went to this restaurant two nights in a row. It's run by Indians, and since we love this type of cuisine, we really enjoyed it. The Indian food was excellent, the prices were fair, and the staff were friendly. Perhaps the ambiance could use a little updating.

25/03/2026: Starting point of hiking trail. Parking is available. We did the hiking during winter, it is an easy trail. Some people is doing cross country skiing.

17/02/2026: A fantastic crossroads of different paths, excellent cuisine and very friendly service, the desserts are special because they are homemade! The staff is kind and always smiling ❤️

17/03/2026: When we're in Madonna di Campiglio, we often pass by this lovely place. But last time, we craved the medley of sage and sausage with sauerkraut, which unfortunately isn't on the menu anymore! A real shame, considering it's a brewery, and few places offer this kind of dish. However, we opted for the dumplings and pasta with mushrooms and truffles, both delicious. A special thank you to the attentive staff who gave our poodle a treat.

10/06/2026: Wonderful store with a unique selection of fragrances, especially niche perfumes. Victoria was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently assisting me throughout my visit and answering all of my questions. Grazi, Victoria!

18/05/2026: Beautiful perfumery in the historic center of Bolzano. It has an excellent selection, and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I always receive valuable advice. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: Everything was very tasty and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Both Japanese and Chinese all-you-can-eat. We had shrimp clouds, spring rolls, soy noodles with shrimp, rice noodles with shrimp, shrimp toast, steamed shrimp ravioli, rice with shrimp, fried shrimp and salt-and-pepper shrimp, spicy soy noodles with meat, and chicken in spicy sauce...unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything. Hot jasmine tea and still water. Total for two, €35. Excellent, friendly, and honest. Angela, the longtime owner, has been running the place for many years. Booking in advance is recommended!
