01/11/2025: Recently renovated... nice, typical "Japanese" restaurant, but in the past we've had much better food with more choices, good but not excellent quality! Could be improved... ample free parking 🆓
17/10/2025: The sushi quality has declined over the years. I've been there many times, but lately the fish has become so watered down that you can't even tell the difference between them. The service and atmosphere are excellent, but the quality of the fish is very low.

08/02/2026: We booked the first night, and after waiting over an hour for dinner, the staff apologized, citing the exceptional influx of customers as the reason for the delay. This can happen, so we decided to try again the next night. Unfortunately, the wait was even longer, well over an hour, which was unacceptable for us: having a child, some of us had to leave the table without even eating.
Furthermore, one of the dishes arrived about half an hour early, forcing one person to eat alone.
It's a real shame about the service, because the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good, but the organization could definitely be improved.

Having to pay for the food before it's served was a bit of a letdown.
The food was average. The chicken and fries were good. The Wiener Schnitzel was okay.
The Kaiserschmarren was really good.

18/03/2026: One of my all-time favorite restaurants, this year, a huge disappointment, starting with the waitress snorting in a child's face, but I can also understand the tiredness, then two dishes that in the cafeteria would have been more abundant, served at restaurant prices.

24/02/2026: I cannot recommend this hotel more. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly! The staff is incredible (particular shoutout to Sofia for her kindness, patience & quick problem solving). You are on the mountain - the true definition of ski in & ski out. The food is incredible! A special getaway in the Dolomites.

17/03/2026: Once I discovered this wine bar, I found myself coming back every evening during my ski trip for aperitif time—I only wish I had found it sooner. Max is a fantastic host, the wines are excellent, and his recommendations are always worth trying. Whether the bar is busy or quiet, the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and unpretentious. This place was truly one of the highlights of my week in San Vigilio. Hopefully I will be back next season.

09/03/2026: I love this Hotel but the service was terrible when I visited solo last week. I had to wait so long no eye contact walked by me many times. Felt so uncomfortable . In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing

27/09/2025: We managed to enjoy the last weekend before the seasonal closure and felt right at home. A comfortable retreat with all the amenities, although there's no internet access. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the local food is delicious and home-cooked. I hope to return in the future, outside of the tourist season. The presence of a dog and cat who greet you upon arrival is incredibly sweet.

The outdoor children's area is lovely.
We ate at the restaurant.
Excellent food and very fair prices. Highly recommended!

18/01/2026: A great spot for a business lunch. They offer a daily menu, the food is delicious, and it's definitely worth a visit. Located right next to the trade fair grounds, it's ideal for a quick stop during your visit.

Prices were reasonable.
Friendly and prompt service. It was Women's Day and they offered us dessert (mimosa cake).
08/03/2026: Please REHEAT THE DISHES before bringing them to the table! You can't end up eating only a quarter of a pizza hot and having the other three-quarters cold because the plates are freezing! They arrive home much hotter when we order takeout! And avoid smoking in the kitchen, because the smell, in addition to that of fried oil, enters the room and is not at all pleasant while you're eating... otherwise, the atmosphere would be pleasant and even the pizza, when hot, is excellent.

21/09/2025: A "luxury" mountain hut, both for the price and the services offered.
A family-friendly place, both for the surrounding trails and woods and the meadows surrounding the hut.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean.
Excellent dinner and breakfast.
I also note the owners' willingness to lock up their two male dogs when we needed to go out with our dog.
