Very nice atmosphere, bright, courteous and fast service, shame about the quality of the lunch, the lamb chops I ordered were undercooked and excessively fatty and the roast potatoes were excessively browned and almost seemed fried, I must have been unlucky but if you order the dish of the day at a time when there is little traffic you would expect to eat better.

Friendly and patient staff despite the extremely crowded dining room. The dishes are tasty but not exceptional. We'd return during a less touristy time of year. The interior ambiance isn't very appealing given the crowds, but the outside view is stunning. A postcard-perfect crown of peaks.

I'm giving it three stars because they don't allow dogs, which I consider a drawback. The place itself isn't anything special: the dishes are rather simple, and considering the portions and quality, the prices are a bit high. I wasn't entirely sold on the brûlé either; you can find much better elsewhere. Overall, a decent experience, but not one that will make me want to return.

This mountain hut is very popular in all seasons, with convenient parking for many cars. It can be reached on foot with a nice walk partly through the woods from Lavaze' and Malga Varena. The food is good quality and traditional.

12/05/2026: I've been there several times for dinner and a few times for lunch. It's also excellent for a leisurely lunch break for those who don't want to give up a light, quality seafood snack. The dishes are flavorful, easy to digest, and the service is consistent. A good location, right in the historic center.
26/03/2026: Excellent family dinner. Fresh fish, well-cooked. Highly recommended.
