21/12/2025: This is a truly wonderful family hotel, with very nice and very clean rooms, beautiful wooden furniture, and extremely friendly owners. It is located in the center of the town, and in the basement there is a lovely small spa. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Robert

03/02/2026: We were looking for a place for a vegan/vegetarian lunch and decided to try this one. The menu offers a choice of two, three, or four appetizers, served buffet style. The variety isn't extensive, but it still gives you a good idea of the cuisine.
The price is fair and consistent with the generous portions. However, qualitatively, the dishes could be improved: I personally found them a bit heavy to digest and lacked attention to taste and presentation.
The service was also quite subdued: the staff was adequate, but a warmer welcome would certainly have made the experience more enjoyable.

It was a complete success. Even though it was really packed, we were served quickly and very friendly, the drinks arrived promptly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food was excellent in terms of both taste and price.
Keep it up! We'll definitely be back! 👌

25/11/2025: I visited the restaurant based on reviews, and honestly, it's absolutely terrible. First of all, it's tiny, like a buffet. Then the food is awful, may God preserve our blessings. The restaurant smells like oil; it got all over my clothes. I don't know if I cooked in broken oil, may God preserve our blessings. And the food is expensive! I miss the buffet behind my house in Saudi Arabia.

28/12/2025: Lovely little hotel. We were very satisfied with the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the service.
We booked a double room in an "apartment style." It was spacious, so there was plenty of room for hiking gear and backpacks. The small kitchenette with a dining table was perfect for us.
01/11/2025: Very friendly welcome from the owners. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a ten-minute walk from the bus stop. Our room was recently renovated, practically and tastefully furnished with many convenient details such as plenty of hooks, luggage space, and storage areas. From the south-facing balcony, we had a beautiful view of Meran.
The breakfast was extensive and fresh. The dinner was excellent, with a choice of two starters and main courses, and a varied salad bar. Furthermore, the senior chef provided useful tips for hiking tours. You can start several hikes directly from the hotel, and various cable cars are easily accessible by hiking bus.
We highly recommend this hotel!

23/12/2025: We had the pleasure of spending six nights at the hotel, and it was truly wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the cuisine was varied, the saunas were clean, and the jacuzzi was freshly filled. Everything was a 5-star rating, because it couldn't be more.
The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, but the gondola lift is only a 7-minute walk away, so there's no need to wait :]
If we have the opportunity, we'll definitely be back!

13/12/2025: Very friendly service. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was very good, but the breakfasts were a bit monotonous. The location was excellent – the ski bus stop was right outside the hotel, and you can even walk to the ski lift in ski boots. The hotel is highly recommended.

The pizza was delicious, with a light and tasty dough and a generous amount of high-quality toppings.
We enjoyed the pizzas, which were truly excellent.
The staff were very helpful, and the owners were truly kind and welcoming!!!
Ms. Piera made us feel right at home; she was truly wonderful!!!

07/04/2026: The food was quick and good…the price was reasonable. However, the service was rather unenthusiastic; they stood by the stairs the whole time, making us feel like they were watching them. They were also a bit pushy about tips when it came time to pay…
05/04/2026: Had dinner with a group. Food was very good Service is like “ why did you come here style”. It is just the beginning of season and people are already unmotivated. Didn’t leave tip also.
