04/10/2025: Delicious gamosa (steamed ravioli with vegetables), coconut soup with vegetables. Friendly service, authentic, and affordable. We'd gladly return.

06/09/2025: Asian restaurant. Their cuisine ranges from Chinese to Thai and Japanese (including sushi). The quality and service are good. The atmosphere is nice inside, but the outside could be better (the terrace is covered by an awning and could use a little more attention). On hot summer days, it's very hot outside, with little ventilation. Inside, however, it's more comfortable.

02/10/2025: Very tasty local food - genuine Italian hosts;-) fish was incredible and pizza as well - definitely worth a visit to have a good dinner) great local wine as well! Thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to have paid €4.30 for 1 liter of sparkling drinking water (defined as Soda F1 in the DOCUMENT). I understand the service, I understand everything, but in the province of Bolzano, at the best establishments, during the year 2025 I paid a maximum of €4.00 to €5.00 for 1 liter of bottled and SEALED mineral water from well-known brands. Paying €4.30 for 1 liter of sparkling drinking water, as stated on the label, IS NOT OKAY FOR ME. Now you're exaggerating, which is why I bid you farewell and hope to never see you again.

04/09/2025: From the bus stop or the large parking lot next to the Albergo Bucaneve at the Lavaze Pass, you can reach the Auerleger Alm via a 3 km footpath or a 6 km long, newly constructed forest road (with great views). The alpine pasture can also be reached directly by car via the access road to the Jochgrimm. The Auerleger Alm is surrounded by dense forest and, in terms of architecture, offers rather limited views. With over 200 outdoor seats and additional dining rooms, the alpine inn is geared more toward large crowds than a cozy stay. This is also reflected in the unappealing display of the daily specials at the entrance. The service is accordingly prompt. The ordered pasta dishes arrived quickly, but were almost cold and carelessly tipped onto the plates. Unfortunately, the taste was also not particularly good. The price-performance ratio doesn't match up; in addition, there is an additional €1.50 per person for the cover charge (cover). We will definitely look for a different destination for our next hike in this area.

14/12/2025: The place is beautiful and located in a part of Trento where you wouldn't expect to find something like this. The staff is kind and attentive. The dishes are truly thoughtful and, above all, delicious.... Plus, the drinks are excellent, recommended by the super sommelier.

22/12/2025: Hotel Posta offers clean rooms and a central location, ideal for sightseeing. The staff is friendly, however, some facilities seem a bit dated and the service could be more attentive. It's fine for a short stay, but nothing special.

16/12/2025: Fantastic experience at this family hotel. Excellent quality and service. The Villa Dumbo kids' club was a fantastic surprise; they took care of our children as if they were their own. The food was high-quality and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

15/11/2025: Ideal for a quick lunch. There's always a lunch menu that changes weekly, and pizza is also available. The service is always fast and super friendly. They accommodate special requests.

17/07/2025: Pretty sure the 2 pizzas we got were reheated both by the taste and how fast we got them. Drinks were fine. Dog friendly staff.

16/11/2025: We went to this pizzeria for dinner with friends. The place is well-kept and clean, and the staff is very kind and well-trained. The pizzas we ate were truly delicious and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

07/12/2025: I was there this evening with my family. The waiter was very friendly and nice. The food was really good and plentiful... I have to compliment the cured meats, especially the lard, which melted in my mouth. I've never tasted anything so good!!! We also tried the delicious desserts. We'll be back!

05/09/2025: A lovely little ice cream parlor in a beautiful location. The flavor variations are highly recommended for chocolate lovers, as chocolate is mixed into all flavors. They offer a few unusual varieties. However, you'll have to dig a bit deeper into your pockets than you get back. Pay €1.90 for a scoop and you get a very small cup. In summary, you could say you're paying for the place with the ice cream, which is a bit of a shame.

20/10/2025: In Bolzano, it's almost become a tradition for us to go here for lunch. The seating is great on the terrace or inside the restaurant. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the dishes are excellent. Compliments to the kitchen. We'd be happy to come back.
