08/12/2025: A lovely, typical mountain place with excellent service and top-quality food! I had a great time and I think I'll stop by again if I pass by again! And it's just steps from the ski slopes!

06/09/2025: Courtesy and kindness are the main ingredients... a must-see if you're in Bertoldi....

20/09/2025: I asked for a slice of cake and a coffee at the bar. They told me that since there was a wedding, they couldn't have anything... that seems excessive. It's not like a customer would book a coffee and a pastry at the bar... It's a shame because the walk to get here is very beautiful.

24/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the charming Roccolo del Sauch, discovered by chance while mountain biking above Faedo. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, truly delicious traditional Trentino dishes (polenta, cured meats, rabbit, and homemade desserts). Excellent value, outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: WONDERFUL meat, it's been years since I've enjoyed such a good roast beef steak, it's worth a visit and if you're a meat lover you'll be in heaven!!!

14/09/2025: A very simple and quiet place. We ate inside because the weather wasn't the best, but there's a nice space with tables outside as well. The food was very good and plentiful, both the first and second courses. The dessert was also delicious. There's plenty of parking outside and a lovely park where you can relax. From there, trails lead to the Frog Lake and the Bellavista viewpoint. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: We arrived after closing time, but they were kind enough to serve us anyway! We ordered two appetizers, and they were both excellent. The staff was also very kind. Thank you so much! (Don't be like us, arrive on time, but it's worth it!)

09/12/2025: Excellent for breakfast, at least that's what made us appreciate this place. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is fast and professional.

08/12/2025: Disappointing experience. 😕 Service is crucial in a restaurant: making the customer feel comfortable should be the top priority. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I approached to order, and a waitress with long, curly hair (usually in the dining room) told me to wait because the table was still occupied while the previous customer paid. At that moment, I thought she could still take my order, temporarily placing it on another table and then moving it once mine was free, but that didn't happen. She could have found a solution. Shortly afterward, I clearly saw that the customer at my table had already paid, but the same waitress continued serving other tables, completely ignoring me. This indifference and lack of professionalism ruined the entire experience. I didn't feel respected or valued as a customer. At that point, I preferred to get up and leave. It's a shame when a lack of attention leads to a customer losing their trust.

25/11/2025: Clean and bright rooms and the breakfast was delicious. Full sweet and salty (on request) with a nice selection.

21/09/2025: A "luxury" mountain hut, both for the price and the services offered. A family-friendly place, both for the surrounding trails and woods and the meadows surrounding the hut. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Excellent dinner and breakfast. I also note the owners' willingness to lock up their two male dogs when we needed to go out with our dog.

01/09/2025: Perhaps the most authentic mountain hut I've visited in Val di Sole. It can be reached by car. The food is good, homemade, and features a typical mountain hut menu. There's not much room to stretch out on the deckchairs, etc., but it's still pleasant. There are also donkeys and cows for the kids to see.

17/10/2025: we tried this hole in the wall pizza spot last October; prices were reasonable, portions generous, service fast and friendly. The owners were super sweet, even offered us some green chillies for extra heat!

12/10/2025: Small pizzeria, option to eat in or take away. You can buy just a slice of pizza. We liked the value for money. Free uncovered parking in front, something rare in Ortisei.

28/10/2025: Very pleasant and atmospheric spot for aperitivo. Service friendly and prompt. Great place to enjoy your drink and watch people go by.

12/10/2025: An okay place for an aperitivo, but nothing special. The cocktails weren’t properly made; for instance, the aperol spritz tasted a bit off and the moscow mule was definitely not what it was supposed to be - they served the ginger beer aside, for the customer to pour it themselves. Additionally, the aperitivo bites weren’t much, but at least the olives and the bread with prosciutto were tasty. The staff was kind tho.

23/10/2025: It was recommended to me, I believed in it, and I did well. The management could set an example. I don't know if there's anything better in Val di Sole, but it's certainly among the best.

16/10/2025: I only stayed at this hotel for a weekend, but even though it was short, it was a great stay. From breakfast to dinner, they catered to my lactose intolerance needs. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, and especially the outdoor pool is fantastic. The spa area is also very large, but I wasn't able to enjoy it due to my short stay.

04/11/2025: Amazing burgers and fries from Brenner, and a really nice and friendly server! Unfortunately, I can't post pictures. We devoured them right away without taking any photos. 😂

12/10/2025: Went for lunch, short wait time from order to when food is ready, had a great salad! Also ordered spring roll and mozzarella sticks and they were just okay. Fries are delicious though!

10/10/2025: Great coffee, even with oat milk. They also have delicious vegan cakes. We'll be back 🩵

19/09/2025: Such delicious cakes and pastries, and such a great selection, it's almost difficult to resist. The owner is also very welcoming...highly recommended!

21/10/2025: We stopped in the second week of October on a hike to the Flaggerscharten Hut, and then on the way back, and enjoyed delicious chocolate cake and coffee. We'd love to come back.

14/10/2025: The exterior features farm animals, children's games, and tables: excellent. The interior is very simple, with traditional food and good prices. It's worth a visit.
