06/09/2025: The authentic cuisine of the valley

08/08/2025: Four of us dined at this restaurant with a fixed menu. All traditional Ladin dishes. Personally, I would end the dinner with a dessert other than the one they served (fritters with blueberry jam or apple puree), perhaps a sorbet or fresh gelato to finish the meal. The service was quick, and the lady who served us carefully explained each dish. Parking is exclusively for the restaurant. The Cancin with ricotta and spinach is highly recommended: you can season it with poppy seeds or parmesan cheese. The shank was delicious and almost melted in your mouth. Definitely a place worth trying!!!

10/08/2025: Wonderful room with an amazing view. Absolutely pricey. Will be back for sure. A big shout out to the bartender Francesco, you are awesome and made our trip to Garda so much better.

02/08/2025: Pros: Amazing location very close to the beach, with a great view. Great staff. Freindly charming, with lots of willingness to be there for you. There is an air-conditioning! Not something to take for granted in north of italy. Nice breakfast. Not too fancy, but accurate and fresh. Good shadowing. No lite is getting in, Parking but... Cons: Check in /out parking. In between your car will be parked in the city center in a parking lot. . The smallest room ever.the bathroom/toilet is infront of the bed , with a small sink and a glass seperation. The mattress quality is under any criticism. Well ,sorry the staff is great but the truth must be written.

19/07/2025: Siamo stati più volte al caffè e ristorante "Val d'Anna", che si è confermato un'oasi di pace e... golosità, per le proposte culinarie. Ottimamente attrezzato anche per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e piccolissimi con giochi e fasciatoio a portata di mano, questo punto di ristoro mette gratuitamente a disposizione dei clienti chaise-longue, lettini e ombrelloni che sono posizionati in una grande area verde, anche sulla sponda del fiume che scorre lì vicino. Servizio sempre gentile e cortese, il che non guasta certo. È facilmente e piacevolmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una breve passeggiata lungo un cammino pure attrezzato a dovere, a iniziare dal piacevole percorso Kneipp e comprendente pure una grande area dedicata ai giochi per i bambini. Che dire d'altro? Che lì al "Val d'Anna" si sta proprio bene e pure ci si può rilassare e ristorare con soddisfazione per tutti i sensi.

15/07/2025: Este es un buen lugar para tomar una copa o una comida. Está al final de un sendero que comienza cerca del Teleférico Seceda en Ortisei y corre junto a un río. Es un paseo fácil. También se puede llegar en coche y, en invierno, en esquís. Hay un montón de mesas exteriores y asientos y el servicio fue amable y eficiente.

18/07/2025: This pizzeria boasts a spectacular location, with the mountains all around. The interior is warm and comfortable. The pizzas are good, the service is prompt and discreet. The prices are excellent. I would definitely go back.

09/09/2025: We went here on the recommendation of our hotel (who had given us a top tip the day before: Sal Fëur 👌)… new owner for a year – WHAT A MISTAKE!! Wretched kitchen, how hard can it be to make Zwiebelrostbraten… worst quality meat ever – too bizarre! My red tuna (€32 without a side) was okay, but the recommended side dishes: Bratkartoffelen (€7) and grilled vegetables (€10), which tasted like they were reheated from a week ago, were served on the same dreary white flatbreads from the 70s. Because they didn't have Prosecco and we thought "champagne" at €12-15 a glass was a bit much, we ordered a Pinot Grigio, which looked like a rosé and tasted like vinegar, and a Lagrein that tasted "dusty." And with those pretenses, they served the food on a broken plate. I ate with my coat on because I thought it was cold. The lady at the table next to us couldn't finish her pizza either and gave up after a third. The table next to us were also constantly chipping away at their pizza. Well, we were screaming outside after 45 minutes. 😝 Never again, and I'd like to spare everyone this mistake! (I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad that I took the trouble.)

13/02/2025: we went to the restaurant with the ski school they gave us the possibility to choose between two VERY questionable dishes (pasta with sauce or ragù WITHOUT OTHER ALTERNATIVES) the very rude waiter responded to us in a confidential and grumpy manner the waiter only allowed one girl to take a different dish from those offered to the whole group (pussy works miracles) I found a hair on the plate and he replied: "take it off, come on, a robot didn't do it" he wanted me to continue eating the dish without apologizing or worrying about hygiene. BAD AND NOT RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT ps to eat something besides the plate with the hair inside I would have to pay extra... Moral of the story I was starving

28/06/2025: Unfortunately, the veggie burger with avocado didn't taste good at all. The "large wrap" was also much too small. We asked again just to be sure if it was the small one. Unfortunately, it was the large one – many people would easily eat two or three of those. The sweet potato fries were the only good thing. And the server was friendly.

25/05/2025: Really great value for money. When I ate here, locals came in all the time to pick up their food. The self-service staff were also very friendly. And again, the prices for food and drinks are fair.

30/08/2025: I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to an unexpected flight delay of over 4 hours, I was unable to make my reservation. When I contacted the hotel, they showed no flexibility or understanding of the situation. No options were offered: no alternative date, no partial refund, not even a gesture of goodwill. Their response was simply: you paid in full, no refund. For a hospitality business, I would have expected at least some willingness to work with the customer in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer service means I will not be booking with this hotel again

23/08/2025: We stayed here for one night while passing through because of its proximity to the Brenner Autobahn. A fantastic hotel, absolutely clean, and an excellently sized room. Parking is available behind the hotel and there's a huge rooftop terrace with a whirlpool and loungers (unfortunately, only open until 7 p.m.).

31/03/2025: I have updated the menu. It is expensive for what it is. The first time I came no body came to bring the menu. The second time I had to wait 15 minutes to be given a menu. But the person that gave me the menu never took my order. So I had to wait for 10 minutes more. I finally order a burger. It was ok but nothing out of this world.

23/06/2025: The food is always a highlight – incredibly delicious, with a varied and creative selection that truly has something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly; you immediately feel welcome. I love going there again and again!

21/08/2025: Very charming place, fast service. On the other hand, I do not recommend the cakes: to each their own, but even with ingredients that I usually like, there were too many (for example cinnamon). As for the chocolate cake, it was not only made with chocolate, be careful 😅. No complaints about the ice cream and coffee, however.

13/08/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of the historic town, with good food and a cozy atmosphere. The menu changes daily, and the dishes and desserts are prepared fresh daily. You don't see that often these days. Be sure to make a reservation!

10/08/2025: What can I say? I don't recommend it. From the waiter who eats to the hair on my plate. €23.90 for a sliced cabbage and three bread rolls with three mushrooms. Never again.
