Excellent service, very professional.

I stayed at the Hotel Aurora last Saturday and overall I had a good experience, especially considering the quality-price ratio, which is truly excellent. Considering it's a three-star hotel, it offers many amenities and was more attentive and helpful than I expected. Upon arrival, we had a small issue: the blankets in the first room weren't perfectly clean (probably a laundry issue). We reported it, and the staff was very helpful, quickly switching our rooms without any problems. The rest of the rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast or the mini spa on site, but it's definitely an interesting added service. We also saw that dinner is available at the hotel, with a fairly extensive menu. A positive note for the staff, who were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a positive experience.

A hotel located on the main street. While it looks very unassuming from the outside, the interior is newly renovated and quite nice. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was really poor, as were the rooms, which were very noisy.

Located in the Valle delle Chiese just after Lake Idro, we used it as a base for excursions in Val di Fumo and Daione. Very comfortable and completely renovated rooms (except for the entrance door, but I trust they will change them), very kind staff, completely dog-friendly structure (with the possibility of access to the restaurant), satisfying buffet breakfast with noteworthy homemade cakes, possibility of dining at the restaurant located in the structure with excellent Indian cuisine (space-worthy lamb curry), possibility of paying with the Endered company welfare, I will definitely return as a base for excursions in the area, congratulations for everything 🙌🏻

We stopped for a weekend and had a great time, the spa was small but all for us, how wonderful 😍 very kind staff, perfect dinner, new and clean rooms, we would return... outside the swimming pool and whirlpool are only open in the summer... we will return. Thank you.

We stayed one night and it was great. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Full breakfast and a good price. The service was friendly, helpful, and fast. 100% recommended.

Strategically located on the main road, close to everything, clean and the food is really good... Ethnic too

I only had lunch, but both the traditional and especially the Indian menus were well-prepared and tasty. I recommend them.
