In terms of price/performance ratio, this is a positively rated accommodation located in a convenient location with regard to the distance from attractive places (ski resorts in winter, tourist locations in summer). The quality level fully corresponds to the classification advertised by the operator as **. With only a very slight effort to add here and there, it would be possible to strive for a *** classification (but this would probably then be reflected in an increase in prices). I am rating the hotel based on a few days' stay during a holiday in February 2026. In general, I recommend a visit if you are looking for accommodation in this category. Main positives: + partially renovated historical building with regional atmosphere, which is given adequate care by the owners + friendly hosts + relative peace + comfortable bed + very clean, regular towel change (perhaps unnecessarily often), soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer available + strong WiFi + excellent breakfast using local products + ski / bike storage (available in the next building) + proximity to shops and services (the nearest shop is within walking distance in the village across the road and river approx. 5 min. walk, another within 15 min. by car in Bruneck) + bus stop right next to the building (free transport ticket throughout the region included in the stay) + good access to ski resorts (Kronplatz approx. 20 - 30 min., Alta Badia approx. 45 - 60 min.; Anterselva approx. 30 - 45 min.) Possible negatives: - limited possibility of temperature control in the room (generally it was rather colder in the room) - parking "across the street" in a reserved parking lot on the other side of the main road, about 50 - 100m from the hotel - limited room amenities (it's a shame that there is no kettle and tea/coffee making facilities), rather less light (stronger lighting would not be a bad thing) - a little noisier at some times (in the evening, when the bar closes and in the morning, when breakfast starts) - absence of waste sorting containers for guests

Excellent value for money. Very spacious and clean room with a large terrace, parking available, and a great breakfast.

We stayed here in January for 6 nights. It was a wonderful place. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and kitchen apartment for 4 people. It was clean, warm, and had a great atmosphere. The room was quiet, even though it was next to a road. The location was perfect, with a bus stop nearby, so you absolutely don't need a car. There's a shop nearby. Friendly service. The price reflects the quality! Meals can be purchased on site. There's a bar downstairs. The hotel has free parking and a ski storage room. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We stayed for four nights and it was very good. Bus stop right outside. Good little hotel near Bruneck/Antholz.

Comment Just outside Brunico, in a convenient location. I stayed at the hotel, and although I'm not a fan of carpets in general, I found it to be very clean. A special mention goes to the breakfast; it was fantastic and prepared with top-quality products! The staff is really friendly and always tried to accommodate our individual needs, and we were a group of 18... We also appreciated the bar downstairs.
