13/03/2025: Incorrect behavior towards customers. I go in and read: cut 18 euros. I order it, and it's good too. At the end of the meal the bill arrives: the cut costs 32 euros. I ask for explanations, and they tell me that the cost is calculated by weight and that I therefore have to pay 32 euros. And the person at the checkout tells me that "I'm sorry, but I don't know anything. I only work here a few hours a day etc. Etc.". Dear "I'm Burger": that's not how it works. This is how customers are fooled! Which then don't add up, and indeed: they report these bad treatments!.

26/02/2025: Last Saturday I found myself in this restaurant for the first time and I can tell you it was FANTASTIC BUT ESPECIALLY on a Saturday evening one expects to wait a long time, but despite the waitress being alone in the room, helpful, kind and experienced, she made everything go smoothly! I highly recommend it

18/03/2025: After 10 days of having Italian food, it was Time for some good old spicy food, and my god they guys didn't disappoint. Loved their food, very close to home made and amazing staff. Totally worth it, even if I visit again will definitely be there!

17/03/2025: Esta fue una decisión rápida durante unas cortas vacaciones en Pisa. ¡Una buena decisión por mucho! Porciones de buen tamaño. No grasosa. Auténtico indio cocinado lleno de hermosos sabores. La única caída fue que los platos se servían demasiado rápido y demasiado cerca uno del otro. De lo contrario, el servicio fue una experiencia positiva también.

02/04/2025: DON'T BE SERIOUS, I went on the recommendation of the website because of the good reviews, it is a good deal but they charge you €5 per head for service, the pizzas are terrible, we ordered a provolone and I asked if it was that way and he told me yes, and it was a pizza with provolone and pepper, which is not what we were looking for, not to mention that a glass of Coca-Cola cost me €6 but well maybe I understand that, but that's where the pizzas and we paid €44.50

09/04/2025: Bellissimo! Very cozy place, delicious food, excellent service! The waiter explained the dishes in English, he tried very hard! Be sure to try Tiramisu, it doesn’t have a lot of sugar, which makes its taste special, I’ve never eaten anything so delicious before! I enjoyed the food and atmosphere of this place, it is a real gem in Pisa. I managed to eat here at lunchtime even without booking a table. Dogs are welcome; there was a cute pug sitting next to the next table, which only added to the cuteness and coziness of the overall atmosphere of the place! I would happily eat here again. Grazie!!!

05/03/2025: We had dinner last night. What can I say: excellent dinner, well presented and tasty dish. But the real strength of the place is, without any doubt, the restaurateur: a real strength starting from friendliness and competence. Then the icing on the cake: unfortunately I was the protagonist of an episode that could have created many problems: I inadvertently spilled my excellent glass of wine on the ground. Some drops probably caught the coat of a lady sitting at another nearby table. Naturally I apologized to the other guests and offered to make amends in any way. Here the Restaurateur took the chair, with a capital R and not by chance, intervening with the Lady who had had her coat slightly stained by my wine, saying that she would be the one who, if anything, would pay for the cleaning of the head. An owner/owner with 110 cum laude given the city where her restaurant is located. Definitely coming back.

24/03/2025: 1 word, excellent, every dish was fantastic and the staff were lovely. It was a touch on the pricey side, but for a special occasion it’s well worth it.

23/03/2025: High expectations for this place. Unfortunately the service was insufficient, the boy completely inexperienced. We went for the Chianina written on the menu and it wasn't there. Only 2 cuts of meat available. Tartare: one good but the other with truffle not. Coffee not available.

08/04/2025: Sublime experience! This restaurant is a pearl, very welcoming, clean and well-kept environment, pleasant and unobtrusive music. All adjectives that you wouldn't expect given the proximity to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, where it is full of tourist attractions. Friendly, attentive and respectful staff. Commendable food! Super fragile and tasty samosas, chicken curry, chicken tikka and chicken tandori are wonderful; the sauces spectacular and fresh. And the truly refreshing oriental juices. It's the second time we've come and we were very happy this time too, you deserve more recognition. Until next time!!!

10/04/2025: No mucho más que una puerta en el borde del campus universitario. Los panes planos son como un pan pitta esponjoso. Blanco o negro con añadir carbón vegetal para ayudar a la digestión. Buen cambio de paninis. Hecho en las instalaciones muy fresco y con una gran selección de rellenos. El propietario es muy amable y dijo que tiene un pequeño patio ajardinado un poco más adelante en la carretera. Acabamos de comer en un par de asientos en la calle. Iría de nuevo si estuviéramos en Pisa.

14/04/2025: Excellent pizza and fried pasta, great price. The sink leaks water and the door doesn't close. We booked for 8pm, when ordering (3 portions of fried pasta) the waiter advises us not to take it because "at 9:30pm you will have to vacate the table". Perhaps the number of tables compared to the size of the place is a bit high, it's a bit cramped.

30/03/2025: I call on Monday afternoon to secure a table for 8 diners for Saturday at 9.30pm. At 7.37pm I was contacted telling me that "the guy who took the reservation made a mistake and reserved a table for you on the 8pm shift, is that ok anyway?", to my refusal the response was "then your table is cancelled". Without choice…bad bad…bad service!! The conclusions are yours...
