26/05/2025: Prese tre pizze da asporto : orribile la prosciutto e funghi con prosciutti e funghi buttati sopra (e crudi) immagino a pizza cotta. Pareva quasi un prodotto ancora da "assemblare" : finita purtroppo direttamente nel cestino . Non so ai tavoli cosa viene servito dal pizzaiolo ma spero non siano le stesse pizze....

29/05/2025: Nice and well organized place .. many types of pizza schiacciatine and also other things like for example I had a very good salad .. fast service friendly staff .. seats inside and outside .. paid parking in the area .. for motorbikes and scooters instead free .. bathroom designated for disabled people large and clean .. the place is all on the ground floor .. they accept cards and make invoices .. I had a salad a coke zero and a correct .. total 16.00 euros .. try it because it's worth it …

07/05/2025: I was really impressed by this restaurant: from the warm welcome to the attentive and professional service, everything was perfect. The dishes were taken care of down to the smallest details, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavours. In particular, the lasagna and the stew were a real discovery! A place where I will definitely return and which I recommend to those looking for quality and passion in the kitchen.

27/02/2025: We stayed at Cerbana for 3 days to visit Tuscany. Great location to see Siena, Pisa, Florence. We felt at home, very comfortable room, breakfast with homemade cakes and super welcoming staff. We stopped for dinner and had a great meal. Highly recommended for both accommodation and just for restaurant. We will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: Conosco bene la Sicilia e quindi conosco le usanze ed i cibi della Sicilia. Attesa stratosferica, chi mangia e chi resta digiuno..anche se, poi, le pietanze arrivano. Il personale gentile ed educato. Il cibo molto ma molto discutibile e quei prezzi non hanno alcuna giustificazione. Direi che non ci siamo proprio...eppure è un peccato vista l' educazione e la gentilezza di tutto il personale compreso i proprietari.😪 😪. Amo la Sicilia ed i siciliani e mi è dispiaciuto recensire negativamente questa trattoria. 😪😪

14/04/2025: After three restaurants with no availability for a free table on a Friday night; in via S. Frediano we found a semi-empty restaurant and we entered without checking the menu posted outside (currently occupied by a couple of tourists); the decor was "minimalist" and with the tables without tablecloths and cutlery, it gave us "the idea of ​​a trattoria" and with the very kind welcome, we sat down anyway. After a welcome tasting with polenta and toppings to enrich the flavor; the menus were divided into 3 variants; fish, or meat or vegetarian with a fixed cost of € 50 and for both (two diners) it had to be the same. Undecided due to our different tastes, we opted for the 4th menu "à la carte" (more choice) but with prices decidedly above average (a lot) and we decided, as per our preference, for a starter and a second course; Grilled artichokes for both of us and "beef on carbon" for me and "pigeon 360°" for her; from the meticulous presentation of the dishes, we had confirmation that it was not a "simple Osteria" but a high-level "Gourmet Restaurant" (I would say from the portions and the culinary display, "almost starred"). The "360° pigeon with pumpkin and chocolate" was served in four different courses and with particular flavors that left you speechless; exceptional tagliatelle with pigeon sauce and macaron with pigeon paté and chocolate. When the "pigeon in salmì" arrived, I was served the "beef with carbon", covered with a thin slice of Cinta Senese rump; extraordinary softness and flavor of the meat, accompanied by a potato puff pastry with a salad of wild herbs. Very elaborate dishes (very) and with a taste never tasted before and unfortunately, for me, of "insufficient quantity" to feel completely satisfied. The introduction of the dessert, of the "almond and thallus ice cream" was meticulous and instructive (as for the previous dishes to enhance the seasonally available raw materials); I have never heard a mâitre discuss in great detail the provenance of the products for a dessert and I perceived a real passion for this presentation. A new culinary experience that we appreciated and to end in style, seeing the "most expensive coffee in the world" on the menu, I said to myself why not?!; I had seen "kopi luwak" coffee years ago on a TV documentary and curiosity pushed me to taste it [for those who do not know it; to obtain Civet coffee, the beans are ingested and evacuated by the Luwak (Indonesian name for this small animal). It is a small civet that lives in the Indonesian forests, whose gastric enzymes are able to give the coffee an incomparable, chocolatey aroma and an unparalleled body]. Well!, unfortunately my palate was not able to perceive such an aroma but it is an experiment that I could not miss; like tasting a glass of Sassicaia in Bolgheri and not feeling a difference with a red wine from Montalcino that I prefer regardless, compared to the first. Despite the expensive cost of the dinner, we had a great time and I certainly recommend this restaurant for lovers of true culinary art, after all quality has its price ...

26/03/2025: Caminando una noche tuvimos la suerte de encontrar este lugar. Servicio muy atento y me encantó el menú! Mucha gente hizo el menú degustación alrededor de 5 platos que se veían increíbles, pero tuvimos un almuerzo muy tarde, así que dividimos un montón de aplicaciones y entradas. Fue tan inventivo y delicioso. Chill vibra y el personal tiene como objetivo complacer! ¡Definitivamente pruébelo!

04/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo ristorante, mi ispirava… niente di più azzeccato!!! Location semplice ma accogliente e pulita, camerieri attenti e cortesi. Bel menu di carne e pesce con proposte originali e rielaborazioni di piatti classici. I prezzi veramente onesti per la qualità del cibo. Il vino della casa discreto. Dopo la prima volta a marzo ci siamo tornati altre 4 volte ( e non abitiamo a Pisa) e penso proprio che ci torneremo presto! Che dire: consigliatissimo!!!!!

20/05/2025: We went as a group of friends, we were welcomed well, but I want to point out that even if the service was good, perhaps due to the number of people there that evening, the staff was few, as we were sitting in the outside area twice and I found myself calling the waitress and asking what she needed! (a very kind waitress, by the way) Instead, speaking of pizzas, nothing to say...on the contrary...perhaps one of the top 5 pizzas we have ever eaten so far...really good...among other things, a well-made menu full of classic and gourmet options...you will have to come back several times to try them all! The one I recommend is the turmeric one...sublime.... As for the environment, small but well-kept! The owner (Tony) is very good and always present... Try the pizza and you will not regret it...if you want to have appetizers before the pizza, ask them to recommend the fried foods which are exceptional!
