The cuisine is delicious, featuring traditional Italian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The decor is elegant and distinctive, with a touch of old-world charm that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wine list is excellent, with an interesting selection of local wines. The true heart of the restaurant is Mr. Carlo, a unique presence at San Paolo. A great chatterbox, he's always ready to share his incredible story, which saw him transition from pastry making to cooking, creating a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. His warm welcome and attention to detail make him a true ambassador for the restaurant. With great charm and passion, he manages to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every customer feel at home, recommending the daily specials and selecting the finest wines. His energy and zest for life are contagious, and made our dinner at San Paolo an unforgettable experience. We ordered: Pappardelle with duck ragù; Paccheri with scorpionfish ragù; Sea bass and red mullet millefeuille; Fresh tuna steak with rosemary on sweet and sour onions; Cheesecake; Apple charlotte, wine, and coffee. We spent €96, which was definitely worth it for the quality of the food and service. We will definitely be back.

09/10/2025: One of the best culinary offerings in Italy: high-quality fish and seafood at a good price. Tired of eating pizza and pasta, we went in search of some seafood. We ordered the following: - Appetizers: grilled octopus, delicious 5/5. - Grilled shrimp burger. Delicious! 5/5 (the fries could be better) - Lobster pasta 5/5. We paid 67 euros.

06/10/2025: I was so interested in this restaurant, the first one to let you scan a menu with your phone! 1. The service was fantastic! And there was no table charge! After we were seated, the waiter explained, "We have dishes not on the menu, like fried anchovies, etc." However, our English wasn't very good, and he didn't quite understand what we were saying. He then used my phone's translation app to type out some of the information for us, patiently explaining his own English issues. 2. The food was excellent! We ordered a fried food platter and a burger, which was more than enough for us. The fried food was even a little greasy after it cooled, so we didn't eat it. The fried food was delicious, so you can be assured! 3. The wine was also excellent! We finished our order with a glass of their house wine, which had a light tannic flavor, grapey aroma, and was very drivable. Highly recommended! (Though I rarely drink red wine or wine in China, so it's a matter of personal preference.) Overall, I highly recommend it!

We went for dinner and had a delicious 1.5 kg steak of exceptional quality and a delicious plate of roast potatoes. There's plenty of green space where you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors under the shade of the trees, and ample parking.

I ordered: - Peppata di cozze (mussels with pepper): here, I have to say, as a true Venetian, they didn't hold up to comparison, but they were still appreciated. - Linguine al nero di seppia (squid ink) with scampi and burrata...FABULOUS Not satisfied, and perhaps due to 2 days without food, I followed the owner's advice...Tuna with a pistachio crust...much appreciated. As for the service, considering I stumbled upon it by chance, I found it welcoming and friendly. I liked it a lot. The price...well, very fair. The Chicca? A beautiful Collin (dog) outside the entrance door. I gave him a pat, and he ran inside the restaurant...to get a tennis ball for me to play with...AWESOME.
