12/05/2025: The best burger place in all of Pisa is just at the edge of it - just before you leave at the airport! The staff here is super nice! I forgot to mention that my wife is pregnant and the burger needs to be well done, and without hesitation they took it back and made a completely new one. And they didn't ask for anything extra. 30/05/2025: The longest wait I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Sitting here for 40 minutes, no signs of my order. The worst option for the tourists with limited time. Locals — yeah sure go for it. Maybe I’ll be able to say something about the taste later, but I’m not sure. Adding some info about the food: classic focaccia was too mayonnaisy, but overall nice. Quattro formaggio pizza was fine. But margarita was surprisingly not vegetarian like always, so that was a huge disappointment and ruined the experience completely. Overall, this dining experience isn’t worthy neither your time nor your money.

23/05/2025: We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. The service was incredible and we were talking to the staff for a while, alas the drinks are quite strong, so maybe go for the "piccolo" rather than the "grande".
