We ordered the Misto Gamberetti (one of each) and all were handmade freshly for us. All kinds were delicious but my favorite was the shrimp (Gamberetti)

The lady is incredibly kind and welcoming. The ravioli are truly delicious; you can tell they're made with love! We tried the beef, chicken, and pork ones, and besides being large, they were truly delicious. Plus, each portion of ravioli comes with a sauce. If I ever return to Pisa, I'll definitely stop by.

The owner is very friendly, the products are authentic, and they live up to their reputation. My partner and I went there several times this week in Pisa, precisely because of the great quality of the products. Highly recommended. I'll especially miss this place.

Artisanal ravioli shop in the center of Pisa, truly delicious. The lady at the counter, who prepares them freshly, is always very friendly and welcoming. The fillings are varied, including beef, pork, shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. As for the prices—considering that the portions of five ravioli are still filling—they're more than fair. Recommended!
