26/08/2025: A very beautiful place, nestled in the village of Colonnata, but the prices are absurd and out of proportion. A platter of cured meats, 6 small beers, 2 coffees and they set us back 67 euros...not even in Parma such a price for renowned cured meats. I will never return.

23/08/2025: Good food! Service from young, committed staff! I'd advise them to show a little more enthusiasm, because I'm sure they have it! Be careful with the bottles filled from the fountain! Maybe a little more attention to keeping them clean! Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: Giant steps have been made in recent years, now the restaurant has become an oyster shop and Claudia, the oyster Sommelier, will guide you in the tasting explaining every particularity of each individual oyster. Appetizers and fish dishes all prepared with care and the inevitable pizza by Ale (now prepared by a very good pizza chef) which served by the meter will be able to satisfy every request.

15/08/2025: Given the positive reviews, we decided to try it. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The price, however, was a nasty surprise. I thought, given the photos of the place and the trattoria-like presentation of the dishes, that the prices would be more reasonable.

13/08/2025: A genuine place, with outstanding appetizers (lardo and vergazzata 🔝) and superb first courses, including an honorable mention for the tordelli with ragù. The second courses we saw at other tables also looked very inviting. The desserts were also very good!

13/08/2025: The pastries are good, the two gentlemen who work there are nice, but the owner is really rude and surly. If I ask for a receipt (which I never get), he gives me a rude answer. If I pay by card, he huffs and puffs and complains.

03/08/2025: I just have to say that the pastries are so good, you have to taste them to believe them! Light, soft, not heavy, in short, you can eat them over and over again. Welcoming and truly kind. An excellent experience that I repeated and will definitely do again. Thank you.

03/09/2025: On our way back from Carrara, we wanted to try this place, recommended by friends who come here often. The homemade tagliatelle with a fresh mushroom sauce were excellent, the filling for the meat rolls, served with sautéed mushrooms, was delicious, and to finish, the soft and flavorful lemon dessert. The tidy dining room offers a panoramic view of the coast, with tables spaced well apart. It's a great idea to have recycled them using different models. Well done! Finally, the friendly and helpful owners make for a wonderful evening.

11/10/2025: 2 takeaway pizzas, if you can call them pizzas, because they looked like two donuts in size 🍩, plain with two ingredients because they forgot the third ingredient, I spent 22 euros!!! Mozzarella instead of being stringy was full of water, do you want some advice? Avoid

04/06/2025: My partner brought me here especially from Bologna to admire the ammonites on the stone counter. They are numerous and really beautiful and very large! There are also some orthoceras in addition to the classic ammonites. As for the bar aspect, the staff is very kind and the pastry department is excellent and well stocked. I had also considered trying to detach my lady from the ammonites with a cream pastry, but I thought it would have been a waste of effort. Luckily the counter was too large and heavy to steal, otherwise she would have put it in her bag.

20/10/2025: While passing through Carrara, we had lunch at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. Plus, with a small child, they made us feel at ease and even made her happy, so she "painted her mustache." Highly recommended for the quality/price ratio.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant as we walked past: we were immediately struck by the decor! We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a truly delightful little place. Generous dishes made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. A top restaurant in the heart of Carrara; we'll definitely be back.

29/09/2025: Venanzio! I couldn't help but leave a review, because it's been a while since I've been this excited about dinner. I'll just say one thing: it's unmissable and top-notch. Plus, the owner is friendly and kind (something that, to be honest, I found quite rare around Massa)!

16/09/2025: We were at the beach and looking for a break, so we went looking for a place to eat and ended up here. The place is family-friendly, typical of a rotisserie. There are chairs and tables outside under a covered structure where you can sit and eat even in bad weather. We simply had chicken and baked potatoes, but I have to say they were excellent. The staff was very kind; they let us eat outside even though they were about to close. I recommend it if you want a quick bite to eat. My only regret is that I didn't take any photos.

20/08/2025: Crepes of all kinds, but the chocolate ones are fantastic. It's also a piadina shop, with crepes filled with ham, raw ham, and stracchino cheese, etc.

25/04/2025: I went last night for a quick dinner with my girlfriend, we had a great time 😍 GLUTEN-FREE savory crepes with top marks, and for dessert the Nutella one always makes the difference🔝 I also highly recommend it for a lunch on the beach
