27/08/2024: We had a very good time. The dishes were all good and well prepared. The owner was really courteous and ready to accommodate our every request.

20/08/2024: A real surprise in Colombiera... small but welcoming and clean place. The availability and attention of the lady were really much appreciated. But the real strong point is the excellent food with a more than fair quality/price ratio. We were almost surprised by how little we spent on excellent, fresh and tasty dishes! We will definitely be back to taste the much mentioned homemade Paella... congratulations for everything, keep up the good work!

08/08/2024: Chilling place, not to mention the rude and slow staff. With the oven exposed, the pizza chef, having burned himself with a baking tray, thought it best to swear in front of the customers, creating frost. We waited half an hour to get what we had requested (no problem regarding waiting times) as foreigners staying in the neighboring streets, even without a reservation and without any plausible explanation, have priority. We arrive home and the much desired "napoli" didn't have capers and was raw (even the children know that pizzas cook slower in the electric oven). An experience that we will certainly not replicate.

06/08/2024: Really rated too highly, which misled us. Small, thin and overcooked pizzas. Non-existent staff apart from the 2 pizza makers hidden behind piles of boxes. The room looks like an equipment depot (don't be fooled by the photos) In short, by far not the best pizzeria in the area

13/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena lì sabato scorso e non posso che fare i miei complimenti alla cucina. Abbiamo preso due antipasti 4 primi e due secondi. Tutto buonissimo. Ho praticamente assaggiato tutto e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di tutte le portate. Buonissimi anche i dolci preparati con cura dalla signora Chiara. Lo staff gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo! Lisa

18/08/2024: Every summer it is a fixed stop on our holidays in Marina di Carrara. Excellent service even if the place is small, excellent hot (Farinata/Cecina)... and pizza in a pan cooked in a wood-fired oven, very good. Highly recommended!

25/07/2024: I returned from Vanilla after many years. My partner and I got two takeaway pizzas and they were really good. The dough is light, very digestible, in fact we have taken pizzas on another occasion, plus the "hot" for those who are not local the "hot hot", here with us, it is the farinata, the cecina or the cake for the people of Livorno! That's good too! One evening we went to eat at a pizzeria, thinking we'd do it first, because then we had to meet up with some friends. The pizza is always good, but the service is a little slow and needs improvement. A note of merit goes to the pizza chef. The second time we got take-away pizza, I asked for a Rustica without aubergines, he made it again because whoever had stuffed it had made a mistake and had put them in. Not bad, I would have eaten it anyway, even though I don't like aubergines. He behaved correctly and professionally! My opinion is positive and I recommend going there!

28/07/2024: Parto innanzitutto dal personale gentilissimo che mi ha fatto sedere alle 23:00,proseguo con la qualità dei piatti che ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative,buonissimo lo strudel di mele. Il ristorante si trova in pieno centro ed è una colonna portante da sempre della ristorazione carrarina.

03/07/2024: Passeggiando per il centro di Carrara abbiamo incontrato un simpatico signore ,una guida CAI che ci ha consigliato di pranzare in questo locale. Mai consiglio fu più azzeccato. Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, antipasti, primi e dolci ottimi . Costo proporzionato alla qualità del cibo. Gentilissima la cameriera. Consigliatissimo,da ritornarci.
