10/05/2026: Great experience: I was traveling, looking for takeout near my route, and I found this restaurant! I opened the website to choose from the menu and found the option to order online. Once I ordered, the delivery time was the same as the expected pickup time. Nothing more perfect. When we tasted the food, we were truly surprised: the curry rice was very well seasoned and flavorful, the rice dumplings with vegetables and mushrooms were truly delicious, the spring rolls with thin pastry were excellent, and the rabbit rolls were delicious. The prices are competitive because the portions are so generous.

06/05/2026: Rustic bar café in the mountains between the marble quarries. You basically drink your coffee here among the truck drivers who had been right on your tail on the narrow one-lane roads and through the tight tunnels leading up to the mines. As always, the drivers are under time pressure and seem to try breaking their own speed records every day – even with a car you can’t really keep up with how fast things move up here. The drive alone is already an experience. The tunnels are narrow and winding, almost like you’re on your way to Moria. Once you get up there, there’s really good coffee and a solid food menu. Pasta and other simple dishes – exactly what a truck driver needs on a break, or a tourist who’s accidentally ended up here. There are also plenty of marble souvenirs, some of them genuinely nice pieces. With the drive, the atmosphere of a real Italian working-class bar, and good coffee and food, the trip up here is definitely worth it. I really like it up here.

19/07/2026: If you're hungry, want to eat well, and don't spend a fortune, this is definitely the place to go! The dishes are excellent, and the quality is evident. The only real drawback is the lack of air conditioning: the food is truly delicious, but you'll sweat a lot during the meal. Despite the heat, the excellent value and delicious food are absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back!

16/07/2026: Excellent ingredients, good portions (the main courses are slightly on the small side). The lack of ice (as of July 16) is unforgivable. Excellent value for money.

23/06/2026: I stumbled in after a 10 hour hike after all the busses had left, and they were called me a cab and were highly hospitable. Also the food is , for the quantity and quality, an insanely reasonable price. the wine markup is minimal as well.
