14/01/2026: Good quality, unfortunately limited selection of pastries. Friendly barista. The only thing that unfortunately makes me take away stars is the price. In my opinion, it's too high for Carrara.

11/11/2025: First time and last. The place was cold. I understand that since it was Monday night, they didn't have reservations, but they should warm up the place at least a little since it's open. The pizza was rightfully cold. There were six of us in the entire place, zero consideration. The coffees were brought with the dishes still on the table, which can happen, for goodness sake, with a packed house. I understand the tiredness; it's Monday, but this job requires kindness, smiles, and a lot of attention to customers. I speak from personal work experience.

26/12/2025: We took a trip to carrara marble mountains and decided to grab some snacks and coffee before. We found our way to this small and quiet place, where we had been warm welcomed by the owner and other employees. Caffe was Great, Snacks were amazing and staff was amazing. would definetly recomend this small place to anyone visiting! I hope to come back one day.

23/10/2025: Gluten intolerant, I finally found some great bread!! It didn't look promising, but the flavor, texture, and dough were excellent!! In short, ugly but more than good!!! Highly recommended!!!!

07/09/2025: I can't give zero stars, terrible experience, there were eight of us who took five fried dishes for five people, others took cutlet and chips, stuffed mussels and two plates of spaghetti allo scoglio, fried food they brought a large plate that we had to share, when we divided the five plates there was nothing, go eat elsewhere, wine and beer never brought, but wine was on the bill, beer forgotten

19/08/2025: Excellent affogato, served with a pot of coffee on the side. A generous helping of stracciatella, whipped cream, and two ice cream biscuits. Instant service. Widely spaced outdoor tables. €7 is perhaps a bit steep, considering I paid half that at one of Perugia's best ice cream parlors.

23/11/2025: It's a shame you can't give it one star because it deserves it. Without a doubt, the worst pizza in all of Marina di Carrara (and the surrounding area). It deserves a prize for the most inedible, worst-topped, most overcooked, and poorly-shaped pizzas in Tuscany and perhaps all of Italy. My carpenter could make better ones for 3,000 lire. If you close Marina di Carrara, celebrate!

20/10/2025: While passing through Carrara, we had lunch at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. Plus, with a small child, they made us feel at ease and even made her happy, so she "painted her mustache." Highly recommended for the quality/price ratio.

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant as we walked past: we were immediately struck by the decor! We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a truly delightful little place. Generous dishes made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. A top restaurant in the heart of Carrara; we'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: Very rude service, unable to accommodate our drink requests like they do in any bar. Furthermore, the platter was also terrible and lacking in variety.

31/12/2025: Unwelcoming and run-down place. They didn't bring us what we asked for and also treated us poorly. Dirty bathroom, no key. Pigeons roaming the tables. I absolutely do not recommend.

30/11/2025: A place in this condition should be closed, dirty, and with an embarrassingly shameful bathroom. Replacing the toilet seat will cost 20 euros. It's unthinkable to look at certain things and think they represent Italy and us Italians. Shame.

31/10/2025: This review is a bit difficult for me... I usually try to highlight the positives and point out the negatives through suggestions (completely personal, of course). Here, I'm a bit "confused." This pastry shop, located behind the MareMonti shopping center in Massa, has EXCELLENT products; there were four of us, and we ordered cappuccino, coffee, barley cappuccino, and macchiato. For dessert, we had two cream croissants (delicious but not as creamy), a puff pastry with rice pudding, and a slice of Sachertorte. Prices: very reasonable. The place is very spacious, with plenty of tables, including on the covered veranda at the entrance. Service and staff: here's the sore point... It seemed a bit confusing: the girl at the counter was serving me as I was choosing desserts and she left me with the two cream croissants to serve another woman (her friend from the way they spoke) who had just entered. Then, instead of going back to serving me, she continued to exchange a few words with her friend... Then for drinks, I was served by another girl, after waiting "a little" time. We were in no rush, so the wait wasn't a problem, but at that moment in the pastry shop, apart from the four of us, there were only two people already seated at a table and two guys who had entered after us. After waiting for "the friends" to finish their chat, we took our order and brought it to our table. Who knows, maybe that's how it is here in Lunigiana 🤔. Anyway, overall, I recommend trying this bar/pastry shop because what they offer is good.

25/10/2025: I often go to this pastry shop for the truly excellent pastries, but I don't feel like giving it 5 stars because of the type of coffee used. I tried it several times before reviewing, and today I decided to give it a recommendation because, honestly, the brand of coffee they use is undeniable. It leaves a very bad aftertaste. I'd recommend changing suppliers. Otherwise, the place is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the pastries are superb.

12/10/2025: Absolutely avoid. Greasy and soggy fried food, long wait times (the manager alone does everything), questionable oil quality resulting in a bad taste... high prices and small portions. Also, questionable hygiene! A truly horrifying experience... and let's hope we don't get sick 😱

17/09/2025: I'm not the type of person who leaves negative reviews, but this place really left a bad impression on me. I ordered a mixed fried fish dish, which was actually of terrible quality. I just opened it and it smelled like rotten fish, as did the fries, which were full of poor-quality oil. This isn't actually the first time I've eaten mixed fried fish, and I know what it's supposed to taste like. Terrible service (in 10 minutes, I actually ate 35). Altered products served to customers. I will never go there again.
