11/03/2026: A pizzeria by the slice in the historic center of Carrara that's truly worth a visit. The pizza is excellent, and the piping hot pizza is special: not too thick, perfectly crispy, and incredibly flavorful. The focaccia is also excellent.
The small dining room in front of the restaurant is a popular spot, perfect for sitting down and enjoying everything at your leisure. A simple yet high-quality place, ideal for a quick snack or a tasty break in the center.

15/12/2025: We sat down (two of us) at a table inside, and had to ask for the music to be turned down because we had to shout to talk. We ordered two hot chocolates, and were served two cups of milk "stained" with a little cocoa, and disgustingly sweetened. I left this "drink" in the cup because, as a sugar-free person, it was undrinkable. So I ordered a tonic to rinse my mouth. I asked for the restroom, but there was no toilet paper. The bill for the two disgusting drinks and tonic was €12.00. This place is definitely to be avoided. The staff is incompetent.
18/08/2025: Excellent selection of gins for a refreshing and relaxing aperitif. Best enjoyed in company.

Its unique, elevated location, close to both the mountains and the sea, offers fantastic views at breakfast, dinner, and from the hotel room balcony. 07/06/2026: We went to dinner at this beautiful restaurant, drawn by the excellent reviews we found online. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, with an open kitchen. The staff was cheerful, professional, and friendly. We even had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who came around to make sure everything was to our liking at the end of the meal. We chose the tasting menu, which included three entrees, two first courses, and one second course. It was all paired with a good bottle of local wine recommended by Gerente. Everything was truly excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our 5-year-old daughter was also with us; the kitchen had no problem whipping up a plate of pasta with pesto.
Recommended restaurant!
14/03/2026: When you want to treat yourself 🥰. Claudio, the chef, and Raffaella, in the dining room, will treat you to an excellent evening. The excellent wine selection complements the high-quality dishes. The atmosphere is refined and friendly. We will definitely be back.

05/05/2026: I was in the area for a weekend and a relative of mine took us out for dinner. We've been back three more times! It's a very popular place, but everyone has their own space, you can still have a conversation, and the service is very fast and attentive. The food is excellent, and while in Lombardy you'd spend €130 for 5 people and one child, at Ca del Gusto we ate practically the same dishes, and we ate for 6 people and one child. I recommend it forever.

02/05/2026: A few years ago, the food was better. I had the pasta with beans and it was good, but those who had the fried pasta and the mussels alla carrarina said they weren't up to par. The pizza was good.
Nowadays, it's hard to find a table at restaurants if you call on Friday, but if you call on Saturday and find a table for 11, that's something.
30/04/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant in Bedizzano (MS), a beautiful location with a spectacular view of the Carrara marble quarries.
Here you can enjoy excellent pizza (the pizza chef is a world champion) and delicious local dishes (the pasta dishes are made with homemade pasta).
They offer various menus.
The portions are generous.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
We ordered:
an appetizer with warm focaccia and Colonnata lard, ravioli with meat sauce, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and a sliced steak with porcini mushrooms and parmesan.
The price is fair, considering the beautiful location and the excellent local products.
I recommend it.

A very elegant location, impeccable service, and a management team that makes you feel at home. The mixed seafood appetizers are excellent. The wine list is well-stocked. Prices are above average.
