Menu, rightly simple without too many frills because you go to this place because you want focaccia, healthy, good and light, very good cured meats and an excellent choice of cheeses.
The road to reach it is arduous but with a breathtaking view.
For me the best in the area
24/03/2025: Place with a wonderful 180 degree view of the Tyrrhenian coast! Very kind and fast service! I expected something more from the platters, perhaps more variety of cured meats and cheeses. Excellent and plentiful focaccia. Vegetarian platter not particularly interesting, could be improved, more vegetables and less legumes.

There aren't many seats, but it's comfortable. The service is truthful, but I personally appreciate it. The desserts are also good

This new method proposed by Paola preserves the goodness of Bell'e Pronto dishes in a very convenient version for eating at any time of the day or night.
Everything visible and with precise explanations of the ingredients. Very simple to use. You can heat the food following the instructions given by the machine and consume it on the spot or take it to take away.
Tried it today for the first time and I am very satisfied

18/03/2025: Typical trattoria, home-made tavern, plus you can also find dishes other than the classic, I had a good time, abundant dishes, even with the fixed menu for workers, including wine and water plus coffee, for those who are passing through it is better to stop to eat something hot and cheap, I recommend it to everyone.

02/03/2025: Very pleasant dinner in front of the Colonnata marble quarry. Too bad you couldn't see anything in the dark.
Truly genuine and characteristic food of the places.
Friendly staff. Clean and well-kept bathrooms.
I recommend the handmade pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the empty focaccia. Delicious!

17/03/2025: The place is super cute and well-kept, with photos attached to the walls about the history of Carrara. We ate a burger with Chianina meat and it was really excellent, in fact they only select certified products and the meat is truly high quality, congratulations! I was super satisfied, I will definitely return to try other delicacies that I wasn't able to, given the size of my sandwich.

From the first taste, the authentic flavours, aromas and aromas took us back to our Thai experience, as if we had been teleported there again. If you want to taste real Thai cuisine, this is the right place. Absolutely recommended!
