23/08/2025: Typical Livorno food, not bad (except for the fried food).... Very basic atmosphere, but that's fine (but maybe clean the chairs every now and then?... They're plastic, take a good sip and go!!) The main problem is the confusing service: no menu, much less a wine list... you ask for one type of wine and they bring another... but with a small child at the table, even if two nearby tables order the same thing, you have to serve the one that arrived first and not the one that makes you take fewer steps with the plates in your hand, and above all, the little ones' orders first, since the adults can wait anyway... What a shame!!

20/08/2025: Terrible appetizer, decent first course, then pray, because of the three second courses ordered, not even one arrived, try because they ran out, the fact is that after a good hour, we preferred to ask for the bill and leave.

22/09/2025: We had pasta with prawns and a meat platter with fries. Unfortunately, neither was edible. The pasta was more than chewy (raw) and absolutely not tasty. The meat was cooked through, tough, and underseasoned, and the sausage tasted rancid. We sent the food back. The full amount was charged on the bill! The staff was very friendly, though! Comment on the chef: "The Germans" Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it!

03/08/2025: I'm writing this negative review because I have to... I can't let such degradation pass... we stayed in this holiday home Le Venelle in Rio Marina on Elba Island with 4 people, as soon as we entered the bathroom... hair and a piece of the cap of a razor blade in the shower... the next day we had to buy all the detergents... even though they should have cleaned before entering... the place is poorly maintained and never sat outside because clothes get dirty with resin, having thrown out 2 items of clothing... ants after 2 days on the kitchen counter... then we were told that to wash clothes there was a communal washing machine from 3 to 1 working, a place that makes you vomit just the thought of washing clothes... top instead, sheets and towels evident dirt stains... brought freshly cleaned... and discovered that they wash the clothes in the communal washing machine... 😱 not sanitized and sterilized... we stayed for 10 days... we reported it and they even got pissed off until we threatened to call the USL so they deducted 100 euros from our cleaning fee Initials I absolutely do not recommend it....

06/07/2025: Beautiful ice cream shop and excellent ice cream. However, it is so sad to see a place like this vandalized with horrible scribbles and still no one has thought to remove them. It defaces the entire square! Wake up!!!!

19/06/2025: An excellent ice cream shop that in addition to ice cream offers other delicacies such as yogurt, cakes, cremolates ... all very good. The staff is always nice even when it is very crowded. Easily accessible.

08/10/2025: This is the second time I've been to this hotel in Quercianella. I have to say that the lady who runs it is very kind. The rooms aren't that big but they are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

22/09/2025: A simple, clean place without too much pomp, just a ten-minute walk from the public beach and well-equipped restrooms. We had a wonderful three-night stay despite the nearby train station. The food was excellent, and the owner was incredibly friendly.

02/09/2025: I returned to San Vincenzo after a year and was deeply saddened to see that the restaurant is closed. Both my friends and I were devastated because we ate the best fish of our lives at this very restaurant! Thank you for the experience you've given us all these years!!

08/05/2025: Very good pizzas! I took Quattro Stagione, ham and other fills were excellent. My wife took Frutti di Mare, she said it was best she has ever eaten so far! The service was pleasant and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed during Saturday evening.

28/09/2025: Welcoming restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. A place that exudes passion for cooking. We ate very well and were treated truly well. A huge compliment to the chef.

Note negative: 1-tagliata con tartufo nel menu e di sabato sera primo servizio alle 20,30 mi dici che il tartufo non c'è. 2-prendi ordini con tablet ergo non ci dovrebbero essere errori. Al momento del del conto mi ripeti a voce tutte le portate e, ovviamente, confermo. Esco e a casa noto che lo scontrino riporta 4 calici di vino e non 2. NON VA BENE. Ci vuole più professionalità. 3-rapporto qualità prezzo non sostenibile

09/05/2025: The "new" Barrocciaia has finally reopened, with new premises and staff. Let's start with the staff, excellent in every way, good at listening to customers, they deserve all the success possible!!! The dishes, look at the photos to believe them, very good and plentiful, everything perfect. Historic and characteristic location. Ideal for groups of friends and couple dinners. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!!! Well done everyone!!!

22/11/2025: Nice place, decent cocktails, and slightly hysterical waiters. We had a great time, though, listening to grandma's songs remixed by the great Beppe Bottone, even though sometimes I wanted to tear my eyes out.

01/11/2025: While visiting the city, we stumbled across it by chance, and what an incredible coincidence! It was hard to find the entrance, but thankfully we made it in...we LOVED it! The service, the DJ's music, and the atmosphere were all fantastic. We hope we can come back! And the girl who served us in Spanish was so kind, despite our broken Italian.

16/10/2025: Great three-star hotel with large rooms. Breakfast is very good for an Italian three-star hotel. Parking is available at the hotel, but you can also park for free in the parking lot across the street. Elevator available. Half-board is available, as the hotel restaurant is located there. Although located on the main street, it is fairly quiet. I would prefer a room with a view of the Marietta Hotel.

04/09/2025: My experience is about the restaurant. Honestly, given the quality on the island, it was truly disappointing. Prices were high, dishes were poorly prepared, and the quality was honestly not great. I can't comment on the pizza. I'll add that a smile would certainly have been appreciated.
