They roast into the 2nd crack. Through I prefer light roasts, It was interesting to learn about the traditional Italien way of roasting...

24/07/2024: Un ringraziamento di cuore a Sante e al suo eccezionale staff per l'accoglienza calorosa e per la magnifica esperienza culinaria che ci hanno offerto al Ristorante Sapereta. Ogni piatto era un vero capolavoro, dal piccione arrosto al muflone sulla brace, passando per gli antipasti raffinati e i dolci sopraffini. La qualità e la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro si riflettono in ogni dettaglio, rendendo ogni boccone un'esperienza indimenticabile. La grandezza di questo ristorante non risiede solo nei suoi meravigliosi piatti, ma anche nella cura e nell'attenzione che dedicano ai loro ospiti. 13/09/2023: Unfriendly to tourists and the food on the images is not available. Seems like it's an eye catching good morning breakfast store but it's not. The Ambiente is super loud and also not cozy.

08/09/2023: Super good sweet and savory products, a huge choice of low-calorie products too. Excellent cappuccino (soy) and coffee and milk frothed to perfection. Clean and spacious internal and external environment. Friendly, smiling, polite staff and excellent memory which is always appreciated by the public. Excellent value for money (the price is too low for the quality of food and service). Definitely the bar where you have breakfast becomes a great way to start your day!!!

27/08/2024: We ordered 3 special pizzas, a coke and a beer, as we were leaving the waiter forgot about the beer. The pizzas were very BURNED and RAW, NO TOMATO sauce and very SMALL. Described as specialty pizzas and not gourmet, we were expecting large pizzas and were disappointed. The pizza crust was filled with PESTO bought at the supermarket, gray and tasteless (probably from a BARILLA SUB-BRAND), the dough GUMMY and DRY. The appearance of the pizzas was DEPRESSING, especially the one with mortadella and pistachios with a CEMENT GRAY color. Furthermore, the PRICE of the pizzas is too HIGH for the quality of the pizzas, only the classic ones have a good price. It goes without saying that such an experience is an evil joke for the customer. Once we finished eating the general comment was: INEDIBLE!

26/08/2024: A few weeks ago my partner and I had dinner in this wonderful osteria with Neapolitan charm and scents. We were welcomed kindly by the staff who immediately proved to be very professional, we had the pleasure of trying the cold cuts platter, different from the usual proposals and we particularly appreciated the duck breast, a real delicacy for the palate, we continued with a burrata and crostini with Colonnata lard which makes your mouth water just thinking about it, exceptional first courses and desserts with a home-made flavour. I highly recommend it, it's a place I promised myself I'd return to because in addition to the culinary goodness we felt strongly pampered by the staff, that kind of attention that only the south reserves... in short, a piece of Naples in the streets of Capoliveri!

25/08/2024: Very good pizza, well seasoned and with quality products. Digested very well. Perfect service, ordered by phone and despite being full, prepared on time.

21/08/2024: The pizza is also sufficient, however the service is excessively slow. Hours of waiting, pizzas ready and left in the open box for 10 minutes before delivering them (almost cold). I would recommend having some helpers at the checkout to speed up the service at least in the summer months.

25/08/2024: Ci siamo capitati quasi per sbaglio visto che tutti i ristoranti di Procchio erano pieni. È stata una piacevole sorpresa! Accolti con un bicchiere di prosecco dal titolare un po’ pazzerello che ci ha fatto divertire tutta la realtà. Cibo ottimo! Pasta con i ricci di mare eccellente! Tagliata di tonno abbondante e buonissima. Pizze speciali da fare addirittura il bis. Se torniamo all’Elba di sicuro faremo un salto qui! E non per ultimo il prezzo… eccellente !

30/07/2024: The breathtaking view is just a calling card for this activity: in a week of staying in the area we returned twice, for the Monday braciata and for the weekend aperitif. A warm and impeccable service for excellent food, local and often 0 km raw materials, traditional local dishes but not only that. If you are in the area it is definitely worth an evening!

04/07/2024: We loved our stay at Torre dei Baratti Bio Resort. The staff, the rooms, and the location are all incredibly good. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us as if we were regular guests, making us feel right at home. There’s a magical atmosphere at the property and in the bay that is hard to put into words. It feels uniquely different from any other place we've stayed. Breakfast was a delight, with great food served by the ever-smiling and welcoming restaurant staff. The views of Golfo di Baratti are unparalleled. With no houses and very few cars, it feels like stepping back in time to experience what Maremma was like in the 80s.

31/08/2024: Honestly I thought it would be better, the pizza wasn't up to par when it was still called the Cambusa. The mixed fried food was a little too hard, greasy and gave the impression of "overused" oil. The environment is welcoming and they work hard. The bar counter at the entrance could be better maintained, such as changing the placemat above the counter a little more often. Waited several minutes for the bill because only the lady in the kitchen could collect. Surely over time they will make the leap in quality
