Fresh fish too and tasty dishes, shame about the spaghetti with clams which were excessively salty. Good value for money. 18/10/2024: Sono stato con la mia compagna a cena una sera di agosto. Abbiamo ordinato direttamente al titolare 2 primi, una frittura da dividere e una bottiglia di vino. All’arrivo dei primi uno dei due era sbagliato, nonostante sulla comanda fosse scritto corretto. Il cameriere si è scusato e mi ha rifatto il piatto da capo. La mia compagna ha mangiato il primo da sola. Per di più , nel momento in cui è mi arrivato il primo é arrivata anche la frittura, costringendomi a mangiare la frittura fredda e nuovamente da solo. Al momento del pagamento, ci aspettavamo uno sconto o quantomeno delle scuse dal titolare in quanto suo errore, che non sono arrivate. Solo uno scontrino bello salato. 31/01/2025: I went to Il Paradosso for lunch today and was undecided on which pizza to order, today I opted for the Salmon & Burrata Pizza. The Pizza was already very inviting from the look, because the eye also wants its part as well as the taste, really very good pizza, well cooked and it was also well stuffed and with quality ingredients. I will definitely return to try the other pizzas. The staff were also very helpful.

08/04/2025: Zuerst die Allee von Bolgheri und dann ab in die Osteria. Einfach herrlich! Wie genossen das Rindmenü und was soll man sagen, es war ausgezeichnet. Die Dolce durfte auch nicht fehlen Das Personal super freundlich, aufmerksam, es passte einfach alles. Die Weine auserlesen, top. Eines der besten Restaurants in der Toskana. Wir kommen wieder.

Servizio inesistente, bistecca fiorentina "frollata" ma in realta non è nemmeno frollata 40 gg. Personalmente non lo consiglio annemo ché come noi oggi non vogliate perdere tempo

19/01/2025: Situato nella bellissima caletta di Fetovaia assolutamente da visitare! Durante la nostra vacanza era la meta giornaliera da Cavoli per fare una bella passeggiata e prendere il giornale ( in quanto a metà settembre era unico posto dove arrivava ) personale anche del bar molto gentile, buono per fare una sosta con caffè e brioche. Come in tutta l’isola problema principale il parcheggio… x questo noi andavamo a piedi !

Both the reception and the farewell are very warm, the latter always with great tears. Brunettis have a large regular audience. We always meet here unspoken at the same time. Since all members of the family speak German very well, the guests are predominantly from German-speaking countries. The breakfast is therefore also adapted to the German-speaking audience. You won't find the typical unsalted Tuscan bread here. White and grain bread are baked by a baker according to Luigi's ideas. If you feel hungry at lunchtime, you can enjoy Luigi's famous Spaghetti Calabrese or Vongole on the giant terrace, accompanied of course by one of Luigi's wines. Unusual for us. We all like the wines from Azienda. We particularly love his Brunetti, a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. To start the evening there is a large starter buffet with everything Tuscan and Italian cuisine has to offer. There are three starters you simply can't pass up: Vitello Tomato, Pulpo and Mussels. This is followed by a constantly changing second, sometimes different pasta variants or fantastic risotto. You can then end the evening with a grappa or glass of wine and look forward to the next day. A tip: please don't try not to gain weight at the Agrihotel. It just doesn't work with this great food and great wine. The in-house olive oil is one of a kind and is pressed in our own oil mill. So it's not surprising that every guest stocks up on the house wines, olive oil, Düumante and grappa to take home, all of which can be stored for a longer period of time. 15/02/2025: Locale vecchio tenuto male non pulitissimo, bagni compresi, abbiamo ordinato diverse pietanze visto che eravamo in 10 persone, spaghetti di soia nelle varie soluzioni deludenti, riso alla cantonessa immangiabile…. L’unica cosa positiva forse è il prezzo…….

If you want to find a corner of Sardinia in Tuscany I recommend you give yourself a gift and spend a pleasant evening with good food, good wine and love for details. Ambiente accogliente e i due fratelli , uno in cucina e l’altro ai tavoli ci hanno accolto con squisita gentilezza. Cibo ottimo per qualità e presentazione , torneremo sicuramente.
