18/10/2025: A restaurant with refined and meticulously prepared cuisine. The food is well-served and of excellent quality. The friendly and welcoming staff will bring your order beforehand, accompanied by delicious bread and excellent olive oil produced on the island. The prices are in line with the quality of the dishes and the excellent wine.

15/10/2025: By far the best restaurant on Elba so far. The food is excellent and always freshly prepared, and the service and kitchen staff are extremely friendly!

22/03/2026: A very quiet and well-kept little place, hard to believe it's located on the bustling Via Cambini. The original and tasty vegan dishes and the friendly staff really impressed me.

17/03/2026: A sublime experience. Fabrizio is an exceptional host and will guide you in choosing the best dish for your tastes. I would, however, suggest the risotto al salto as a first course and the baked potatoes as a side, both truly exceptional. There's not much to say about the meat, which is bordering on perfection. The price is commensurate with the quality, so it's higher than average, yet you'll leave the restaurant already wanting to return.

14/03/2026: Staff is great so is service. Food is amazing worth the visit and price. Also with a toddler for a Saturday lunch they were absolutely welcoming (not expected at all for the area!). So… bravi bravi bravi!

29/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for a birthday party. There were 25 of us, and everything was perfect. The location is very charming, nestled in the Suvereto countryside and just steps from the Petra winery. Since there were a lot of people, we opted for a €36 menu, which included: - a meat appetizer, cured meats, and crostini with chicken livers and sauce, all very good. - tortelli with sauce, which despite there being a lot of people, were good, although a little overcooked, so the pasta fell apart. - a magnificent and flavorful crouton of pork and roast potatoes. - a selection of homemade desserts, biscotti, and vin santo. - wine, water, and amaro were also included, which they left on the table. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and I especially want to compliment the waitress in the green sweater. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but the service was quick and we were well looked after. They changed our cutlery or brought it back for us after each course. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos, but I highly recommend going there.

14/03/2026: this restaurant offered a good variety of indian dishes & drinks. we ordered mango lassi, the mutton vindaloo, paneer tikka masala, chicken biryanani & cheese naan. everything was delicious but the paneer was especially tasty, creamy & a good amount of spice to it. we ordered chai to end the meal on a warm note. the interior of the restaurant was very clean, very cute decor & had plenty of space for different group sizes. highly recommend!

24/03/2026: Discovered this place thanks to a truly spot-on recommendation. The mixed antipasto was generous and varied, with excellent stuffed quail and a fantastic veal cheek on creamed potatoes. The wine selection is extensive and very reasonably priced. You can also sample some very high-quality wines by the glass. I hope to return soon.

22/03/2026: Excellent service, quality, and ambiance, not to mention the truly well-stocked wine cellar and its seemingly standard wine shop prices! In my personal opinion, I'd like to have a little more time between courses. Definitely recommended.

25/10/2025: A truly impeccable place, from the overall atmosphere to, most importantly, the food! You can sense the care and love that goes into every dish. Rarely do you find the typical flavor of home cooking combined with the expert expertise of a talented chef in a restaurant dish, but Tommaso perfectly manages to bring this combination to life! Even a simple post-dinner chat with the chef and waiters leaves a pleasant memory, always part of that customer care that restaurants with large seating capacity simply can't match. Keep up the good work, guys!

11/04/2026: This small restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand, was a delight. We tried the tasting menu and were very pleased: six courses, plus butter and dessert. We enjoyed all the dishes, which were very well-balanced, with excellent bread and focaccia to accompany them. The owner was very attentive and helpful in explaining the dishes.

01/04/2026: We chose the tasting menu and it was a truly special experience. The fish was incredibly fresh, and each dish was better than the last. You can sense great attention to both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. We'll definitely be back!

11/03/2026: A wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy an excellent plate of homemade pasta. The quality of the pasta is evident, as are the ingredients used to toss it. We ordered gnocchi with artichoke and burrata sauce, and tagliatelle with pistachio pesto, yellow datterini tomatoes, and salted ricotta. The work and quality behind the meal justify the reasonable prices (about €15 per dish). Friendly staff, simple and well-maintained restaurant. I highly recommend trying it at least once; I'll definitely be back.

22/03/2026: If you walk into Farmacia dei Sani thinking you're just going for dinner... you've already got it all wrong. We don't eat here: we treat ourselves. As soon as you walk in the door, it feels like you've entered a parallel dimension where time slows down, the glasses are never empty, and the menu isn't a list of dishes, but a declaration of intent. A place that has the (justified) arrogance of being different, and maintains that arrogance until the last bite. The food? It's not "good." It's dangerous. Because it gets you hooked. Real ingredients, dishes that don't pretend to be gourmet but are truly gourmet, and everything has that "we're putting our face forward" feel. It's not uncommon to leave thinking: okay, now the rest will be disappointing. And then the wine... They don't pour you a drink, they guide you. They tell you what you're about to drink as if it were a story, and you end up trusting them. And rightly so, because here, the pairing isn't optional: it's part of the show. The service is one of those rare blends of professionalism and genuine humanity. Not textbook fake kindness, but people who truly believe in what they do. Sometimes the wait might be a bit long, but when you realize there's quality behind it, not an assembly line... you even stop looking at the clock. The atmosphere? Intimate, a little unconventional, almost as if you've been invited to dinner by friends who cook damn well better than you. Prices? Fair, almost too fair for what you're taking home: the experience, not just the food. In short: La Farmacia dei Sani isn't for everyone. It's for those who want to leave a restaurant thinking, "OK, I remember this." And trust me... you will.
