08/03/2024: Ambiente intimo (canto secondo me anche nel senso di angolino...) ed accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo che a richiesta ha abbassato un pochino il volume di una musica peraltro di gran classe. Menu con piatti tutti molto gustosi e grande attenzione riguardo al condimento che viene concordato nei minimi particolari. Cucina espresso ma contemporaneamente veloce. Prezzi nella fascia medio-alta ma giustificati dalla qualità del cibo. Insomma promosso a pieni voti...

03/03/2024: Sono Grossetano da generazioni, appassionato di ristorazione, solitamente molto critico. Credetemi se vi dico che qui abbiamo a che fare con uno dei ristoranti più piacevoli che abbiamo al momento in città. Tante accortezze. Proprietari gentilissimi ed incredibilmente professionali. Descrizione di ogni piatto nel dettaglio e con passione. Locale grazioso. Tranquillo. Illuminazione rilassante. Cibo veramente delizioso. E vorrei spendere una nota di merito anche sull’accompagnamento musicale: playlist azzeccatissima ad un volume tutt’altro che invadente. Professionisti veri. Bravi. Fidatevi: se siete indecisi, sarà senz’altro una delle migliori scelte che possiate fare.

25/02/2024: Excellent restaurant, impeccable, courteous, approachable service. The quality of the dishes is excellent, noteworthy is the Raglioni Cacio e Pepe, a unique explosion of flavors in the mouth. Highly recommended! Well done!

02/05/2024: Trattoria as they once were with a fixed price and menu. The road to the ancient village of Pereta is absolutely worth it. True Maremma cuisine: 3 starters 3 first courses Sorbet 2 seconds sweet grappa and coffee logically water and house wine all for €25. I prefer not to describe the dishes (it would be diminutive) because you have to savor them and eat them, they are truly fantastic. We were really happy to have followed the advice of the baker from Orbetello.

29/04/2024: Typical Tuscan tavern. The food is excellent and the service exceptional, the environment is warm and welcoming. Prices more than reasonable. Absolutely recommended!

28/03/2024: Friendly and helpful owner, we had a margherita (good) but the real goodness was the farinata or cecina depending on whether you are Ligurian or Tuscan. Very good, we ate a whole tray between us 😂. See you soon
