01/09/2023: Absolutely stunning location in the heart of the Maremma countryside. Pool is beautiful, food made in loco is delicious, delicious cocktails and very good service. There are several animals kept in total freedom across the fields and hills around the property including donkeys, native cows, horses, ponies and chickens. Absolute must go :) #wewillbebacksoon!

25/08/2023: io e mio marito abbiamo cenato qui in quanto ospiti della Locanda di Aurora( stessa ottima gestione). ogni sera è stata una cena indimenticabile, dalla pasta fatta in casa alla crema al mascarpone e per finire un liquorino delizioso, sempre home-made! Tutto curatissimo e cucinato con grande amore. Anche la location è spettacolare e molto romantica! Grazie Benni e Aurora , siete stati dei padroni di casa meravigliosi. a presto!

06/05/2024: A really wonderful place. Ristorante La Rosa Blu enchanted me from the start. The atmosphere is incredibly homely and cozy. The owners are warm and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The young man in service is charming and very friendly. The dishes are simple but incredibly tasty. The homemade pasta dishes are a dream and taste like “Mamma's”. Every bite is a delight! I was also impressed by the pizza, crispy dough, generously topped with just the right amount of cheese. Haven't eaten better anywhere. Here we cook with love. Thank you very much for that. Overall, Ristorante la Rosa Blu is a place I can recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy real Italian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

30/04/2024: The bad reviews are real! The Italian food i have outside of Italy is better than the Italian food at this place. The view is nice and that’s it. You can easily see the omelette in the carbonara in the pictures. The gnocchi was so bad that i just had one bite and sent it back and they still charged us for it. They are not very attentive either, I ask a question to the waitress and she says she will ask and come back and then she never does unless i ask about it again.

Trekking within everyone's reach but not only, for adrenaline (and beer) lovers, Sassoforte is also one of the best places to climb without a rope and have lots of fun! Bouldering in Sassoforte! ...ask around... ;-)
