12/03/2025: A very good place to take a break. Parking is for customers only and you won't regret it. The portions are large, the food is delicious. Stopped here twice. The first time it was late and the cafe was closed, so I only had coffee in the morning. The second time he already had a full dinner. Top quality/price ratio

04/03/2025: I stood there with my truck for almost 15 hours. Very friendly staff, very tasty food (morning, lunch and evening). Prices are also absolutely humane these days.

22/05/2025: A definite recommendation! Delicious food and good service amidst apple orchards. My tip: the beef goulash (very tender) with two bacon dumplings (😍) and cream sauce, served with a mixed salad – delicious and filling at the same time!

20/05/2025: The Sandgruberhof impresses with its friendliness and exceptionally delicious South Tyrolean cuisine. We had the homemade shepherd's pasta and the cheese dumplings and were absolutely delighted. The house wine is also highly recommended. Everything here is excellent, from the service to the food and drinks. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the Sandgruberhof.

06/02/2025: A little paradise of enjoyment 🥰 The Villanderer Buschenschank Larmhof is run with a lot of love and you can feel that in every detail. The rustic, cozy farmhouse parlor invites you to linger while you treat yourself to delicious delicacies. As a starter there was a wonderful barley soup - strong, aromatic and cooked with a lot of love 👩🏻‍🍳 For the main course, my husband had a hearty platter with surf meat, house sausage, fried ribs, sauerkraut and potato leaves 🥩 I enjoyed Schlutzkrapfen, spinach dumplings and cheese dumplings with butter and parmesan 👌🏻 Both are a dream for all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine! Plus a glass of our own Vernatsch 🍷 wonderful! Anyone who appreciates rustic cosiness, warm hospitality and homemade specialties has come to the right place 🫶🏻

Mangiato un canederlo in brodo e una insalata di cappuccio con lo speck. Acqua, caffè e un bicchiere di ottimo Chardonnay in quantità finalmente dignitosa. Prezzo euro 22 cad. Servizio puntuale e cortese. Consigliato👍

10/05/2025: A small trattoria in the middle of Merano. The ambience is a little more comfortable than Peter Fox's (“neon lights and plastic chairs”), but that's not the deciding factor: very warm hosts in a very familiar atmosphere and really sensational cuisine!!! Strong recommendation! Please go and enjoy.

08/05/2025: We spontaneously went there at the beginning of May and I can only heartily recommend this restaurant! We had a wonderful evening on the terrace with delicious regional wine (which we bought a few bottles of directly from the winery in the neighboring town the next day) and had a seasonal pasta dish with asparagus and shrimp as well as the dish of the day (lamb) and crème brulée as dessert. Everything tasted wonderful, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was magical with the view of the mountains at sunset. Great value for money!

24/04/2025: Very familiar, beautiful view No matter where I have traveled, nowhere has it been as beautiful as here. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our time, I've only heard good things about their food but I'll definitely be back here if I go to South Tyrol. Very cute, great animals. The perfect place to switch off. And if something happened or we had questions, someone was there to help straight away
