28/07/2024: Bon par où commencer après cette claque culinaire si intense qu’elle m’a rappelée celles que je recevais de ma mère quand j’étais encore jeune et innocent. Bref, j’ai tout simplement gouté au bonheur pur et intense que la nourriture peut nous procurer quand elle est faite avec amour et passion. Déjà lors de la remise du graal c’est à dire le menu je fus choqué par la diversité des pizzas proposées à des prix renversant lorsque l’on vient de suisse. J’ai finalement arrêté mon choix sur une pizza dite « jaune » excusez moi je suis novice dans le game des pizzas exceptionnelles et traditionnelles. Voici le moment tant attendu : la dégustation. Un vrai orgasme culinaire aussi simple que ça . La meilleure pizza que j’ai pu manger au cours de ma misérable vie avant d’avoir goûter à la vrai pizza italienne. Le seul bémol de ce restaurant est qu’il est pris d’assaut et faut s’y prendre tôt pour avoir une place mais c’est totalement compréhensible. Mais vous en faites pas vous pouvez en prendre à emporter si jamais. Foncer les yeux fermés à cette adresse ! MERCI

20/07/2024: Pizzeria posta alla fine del Corso di Noto Buono tutto..o quasi.. Pizze di livello, servizio buono..personale attento, gentile Non do il massimo perché ritengo i prezzi delle pizze..in po esagerati..sono buone..ma non può esistere una pizza a 12 euro..qualunque ingrediente la condisca.. Locale piccolo ma accogliente..

24/08/2024: Terrible pizza experience. The dough turned out to be excessively chewy. The pizza, instead of being light and fragrant, was heavy. Additionally, I experienced significant difficulty in digestion, which made the entire meal quite indigestible. Unfortunately, in light of these aspects, I cannot recommend this place (at least for the pizzeria side).

22/08/2024: Without praise and without infamy, a quiet place in the center of Noto. Friendly and smiling waitress. The food didn't make us tear our hair out. The icing on the cake was when the bill was paid, where the owner did the math on his phone and told me the total without a receipt. Bill a little high for the quality of the dinner.

22/08/2024: Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Pesce molto buono, piatti tipici della zona. Il posto si trova in una piazza stupenda, proprio nel centro di Noto! Il proprietario simpatico, disponibile e professionale! Anche lo staff, molto carini e cortesi!

15/08/2024: Dopo aver letto le recensioni positive abbiamo cenato presso Sabbinirica Bistrot. Che dire? Antipasti gustosissimi e pesce spada con caponata veramente gustoso. Ottimo.

15/08/2024: Having come for the first time some time ago, we fell in love, like good Sicilians, with cassatina with sheep's ricotta. With a creamy, fresh, intense consistency that melts on the palate, giving you a sweet cuddle. We returned with the curiosity to taste again that goodness that did not disappoint us. Together with the cassatina we wanted to try a particular ice cream that struck us at first glance, gold flavour, and a refreshing and delicious mix of lemon, almond and saffron ice cream. Exceptional combination. Not happy, we also wanted to try a peach sorbet with honey walnut ice cream and caramelized walnuts on top. What can I say, everything was perfect from the tastes to the comfortable, elegant, quiet environment and an excellent, efficient, friendly and smiling staff who paid attention to detail.

15/08/2024: Unbeatable place to have breakfast. The perfect brioche, but highly recommended above all the cream cannoli. 10/10. During rush hour, it gets crowded and you have to wait, but it's worth it. Very good attention from the waiters.

24/07/2024: Ieri sera dopo il concerto di Stef Burns pensi che un ottimo gelato sia la cosa migliore… ma hai poca gentilezza e un furto di 4 euro per un mini gelato! Questa è ormai Noto da evitare su ogni fronte! Un deliberato furto dei commercianti nei confronti del turista!

08/08/2024: Very bad experience Menu wording: Spaghettone with red prawn, artichokes and shellfish reduction. (In the English translation they specify Tartare) The waitress takes the trouble to point out that the prawn is raw. Unfortunately the dish arrives and does not correspond in any way to what is explained on the card. They feature tagliolini served in a green swamp, fennel seeds everywhere to cover any flavor and on top of it all a handful of raw anemic prawns. No trace of shellfish reduction Gambero Rosso is red shrimp, I don't find it honest to insist on trying to mislead the product, I don't find it correct to present a different format and above all not to communicate the lack of it in the event of a product being sold out. Dish sent back and canceled from the bill The table next to us ordered 3 portions but no one bothered to inform the customer that the dish was not in line with what was written. To err is human to persevere... Best regards

07/08/2024: Terrible, truly terrible. Spaghettoni with red prawn and artichokes with shellfish reduction, the shellfish reduction was completely non-existent, the artichoke puree was a green slop of I don't know what and the red prawn were frozen shrimp. Terrible experience.

05/05/2024: We ordered a couple of margheritas, the ingredients didn't seem fresh and the flavor of the pizzas wasn't that great. At least the prices aren't high

26/08/2024: Wonderful palace with large and regal rooms! Great fresh breakfast! The visit to the noble palace is beautiful! We had a great time 👍🏻

23/08/2024: It is advertised as a four-star hotel, and not as a guest house as it is. Minimal rooms, bathroom with water heater, noisy air conditioning, barely adequate cleanliness. Discount and poor breakfast, be careful with the yoghurts left out of the fridge for hours every day, thus interrupting the chain of the cold, without being placed on a container refrigerated by ice or a special container ..... Incomprehensible staff, not very polite and kind, excluding the girl at the reception on the morning of 08.22. The only positive note is the very central location next to a wonderful church.

22/09/2023: As natural wine enthusiasts we discovered this hidden gem a stone's throw from Noto. Marco and his cuisine are a must-try, a unique experience that smells both of Sicily and of contemporaneity. A cuisine that certainly deserves to be in more than one guide, up to par with innovators like Yoji and young chefs like Jacopo Ticchi. The dishes exude strong passion and creativity. Very fresh fish. Marco gave us an off-menu dish with sea anemone sauce (if I remember correctly). Divine. The raw dishes are also unforgettable.

31/08/2023: Place to avoid, excessive prices, a glass of wine costs double that of the best restaurants, but the worst disappointment is the poor quality food but always sold at exorbitant prices

21/08/2024: Small place on the main street of Noto. We consumed a cunsata tongs, a cunsata bread and a salad. Everything excellent. Fresh and top quality raw materials. Honest prices.

20/08/2024: You eat very well! The breads are excellent as are the prices. I have read negative comments about the staff but I have a completely different opinion. The Girls were super nice and very fast. I recommend it if you want to eat something typical with quality products.
