03/05/2025: It is clear from this that reviews are for fools but justice must be done here. I celebrated my 39th birthday and it was one of the best I've ever celebrated. The owner of the house is a good man, he doesn't use French words AND IT DOES VERY GOOD because he doesn't make fun of you. Its answer lies in the quality of everything it offers you. Forever in my heart. Congratulations for your love and dedication

20/04/2025: After two years, I returned and what can I say... The place remained the same if not more beautiful. Placed with Mr. Antonio very kind, welcoming and always ready to satisfy our needs. Two years ago I left my heart here and a lot of serenity... I think it will go like this this time too. Thank you Masseria Usamborgia ❤️ Oh I forgot... EXCELLENT AND KM0 FOOD

05/06/2025: Gourmet sandwiches that had nothing gourmet about them. Tuna in a tin, there were no capers, oregano or oil as it was written on the menu and we were not informed of the lack. Discovered when tasting. They apologized but nothing was done to fix it. The staff was therefore not very attentive both in communication and management.

03/06/2025: Opening at 10 AM? 9:58AM approached the staff who simply said: "We are not working". Followed us after an argument with another staff member asking what do we want. When mentioned would like a coffee and a sandwich, he stated that they are opening at 11. Went down to La Bottega del Siculo with a warm welcome even though they were still cleaning and prepping the shop.

18/05/2025: Cena con amici posto piacevolissimo titolare gentilissimo e personale pronto e attento. Cucina ottima con prodotti freschi ben trattati . Spero di poterci tornare consigliatissimo

15/05/2025: Cena para dos. Primero Filetto di manzo vino bien hecho a pesar de ser ordenado medio raro. Segundo llegó medio raro sin embargo lleno de tendones y carente de calidad. Por último, pero no menos importante, parecía normal que una señora local estaba fumando su IQOS dentro del restaurante... El propietario parecía muy agradable, sin embargo, abrumado con su equipo no actuar en una noche de viernes ocupado... . nada más que añadir.

01/10/2024: What on earth is going on here…. I can’t even begin to understand the good reviews for this Restaurant. Arrived at this beautiful location very excited, expecting to have a true gastronomic feast and wow what an incredible let down. 4 of us, ordered 11 items from the menu and the best thing by far was the bread/olive oil. Shocking how the head chef could try any of what was served and think that guests would enjoy any of it. Risotto/pasta/linguine dishes- bland is such an understatement! Sicilian/Italian food should be rich and have depth that comes from being made with love and passion for all things food. The risotto especially was a total embarrassment to gastronomy.. Cod cous-cous and the octopus with pickled vegetables were both awfully boring with literally zero flavour. Embarrassing to serve such flat and bland food! Served alongside the amazing olive oil was a huge salt dispenser, could the concept of this place be ‘season and flavour the food by yourself’….. lentil/veg soup looked incredible, then one bite and the sadness just grew! seemed like it was prepared by a robot(honestly how can something so tasteless be served to anyone). The beef tartare was partly still frozen! The sea bass tartare had what might be considered a ‘hint’ of flavour but maybe I am kidding myself and starting to feel sorry for this place. Please do not even consider going to this place if like ourselves, you have travelled and sampled fine cuisine from many incredible establishments across the globe. The car journey back to the villa was part shock and part hilarious outbursts of what did we just experience.

We spent some wonderful days, you were super attentive to our every need and often suggested where to go thanks to you our stay in Noto will be unforgettable!!! In addition to the beautiful structure located in the center of the city, not to mention the beautiful room and cared for in every detail. The cleaning was top. Highly recommended!!!!

02/06/2025: Tasty Ice creams and nice selection to choose from. One of the few places that the Gelato is covered with Stainless Still cover, which is a must if you are aiming for the best places. I tried Tangerine, Coffee and Strawberry and they were all great. My wife had Pistachio and it wasn't any different. Unfortunately we didn't even take pictures 😅

26/05/2025: Location carinissima praticamente sembra una palafitta in riva al mare. Servizio rapido e cortese. Pesce buono così come gli antipasti dolci non provati. Comunque stra consigliato. Ah dimenticavo prezzi modici considerata la location! Bravi

08/06/2025: Walking around the splendid Noto we came across this restaurant/pizzeria/ice cream shop/aperitifs, I recommend the pizza which was delicious, the staff very kind, Corrado the owner helpful and very knowledgeable gave us great advice, I highly recommend going in my opinion a high quality place.

26/05/2025: Rooms big but very worn down, the overall feeling about the hotel is old and tired. Food like at the canteen, real bad. Reception was wonderful though that is why I give 2 stars instead of 1, or 0 if that was possible

25/05/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week. We received a wonderful welcome from the entertainment team, with a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. The entertainment team was fantastic throughout our stay. The activities offered were super friendly; they were adorable with our 3-year-old daughter. If our stay was a success, it's only thanks to them! The hotel urgently needs to be renovated! The balconies are cracked, which is very dangerous. The bathroom is full of rust near the shower. The mattresses are a disaster; you can feel all the springs (room 313). You don't have to be very particular about the room maintenance. Aside from changing towels and making the bed every day, nothing else is done... The food isn't any better. The food is really not great, and there are no desserts, except for the sweet ice cream and two choices of fruit. The dishes are very repetitive and not very tasty! However, the service staff are very kind, helpful, and cheerful 😃. However, the two restaurants (the pizzeria and the Sicilian restaurant) are super good and plentiful. Now for the services! The beach is relatively clean, with lounge chairs available and lifeguards on duty all day. The pool is not heated, the temperature is 18 degrees, with two pools. The bar we have available offers few cocktails that are included in the all-inclusive package, and there are very few snacks in the morning. At 4 p.m., croissants and marbled pastries were offered for breakfast, and for aperitifs, there were trays of chips and brezels, and that's it! First come, first served. The positives are definitely the hotel staff (entertainers, waiters, not to mention Mario, who was able to advise us and answer our questions). And the view, because let's be honest, the view is simply beautiful. Aside from that, the rest is disappointing; it's clearly not worth a 4-star hotel!

12/03/2025: We chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested, Sicilian specialties were basically out. A wet plate with wet packets of salt came to the table without comment with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to have ordered olives and a piece of peccorino cheese as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't look at us, even though we and two others were the only guests. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a flat dessert plate, also flatly filled. Then some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for the quantity and simplicity. It's a shame, with more interest in the guest we could have overlooked such mistakes. And we would have liked to have left money for la dolce vita if it had been available!!
