16/09/2023: Avevo prenotato per una cena in famiglia. Cibo nella norma. Quando hanno portato i primi il mio era freddo, probabilmente era rimasto non servito e poi portato insieme agli altri primi. Ho fatto notare al titolare che non si è mostrato all'altezza della situazione non credendomi , alla fine si è convinto quando ha toccato il fondo dei piatti dei miei familiari. , e questo è a dir poco assurdo. Mi hanno riscaldato il piatto controvoglia. Il personale è stato abbastanza gentile ma alla fine della cena, al momento del pagamento il titolare ha cominciato a tirar fuori prezzi diversi per tutte le pietanze ordinate dicendomi che il menù doveva essere sostituito. Io ovviamente ho protestato dicendo che non ero un "turista straniero" che magari sconosce la lingua e dopo lunghe discussioni ha rifatto il conto, mettendo sempre qualche suo "prezzo" e deridendomi perchè alla fine avrei pagato solo 7 euro in più. Dal menù,presentato sarebbero stati 11 euro..ed è xxxxxxxx il comportamento tenuto da un gestore, verso il cliente e nei confronti di tutti gli altri gestori attenti che svolgono tale professione. Mi ha detto anche di non ritornare più...magari pensava che mi avrebbe rivisto....Sconsigliato!!!

05/09/2023: Se siete dalle parti di Calabernardo( ma anche se non lo siete) dovete andare a cena(soltanto) in questo ristorante dove la parola d’ordine è servizio eccellente, cibi freschi e soprattutto ottimi prezzi (parliamo di pesce…)

22/09/2023: As natural wine enthusiasts we discovered this hidden gem a stone's throw from Noto. Marco and his cuisine are a must-try, a unique experience that smells both of Sicily and of contemporaneity. A cuisine that certainly deserves to be in more than one guide, up to par with innovators like Yoji and young chefs like Jacopo Ticchi. The dishes exude strong passion and creativity. Very fresh fish. Marco gave us an off-menu dish with sea anemone sauce (if I remember correctly). Divine. The raw dishes are also unforgettable.

04/11/2023: Great location for an incredible Sicilian meal. A cavelike restaurant with many tables it service which is second to none. Excellent wine choices with local wines front and centre. The antipasto Rustico is full of beautiful bites of loveliness (even without the meat). The pasta course of a special with greens is unbelievably lovely. The pistachio crusted tuna tasted divine. This is cooking by a real nonna and her team.

06/11/2023: Veniamo accomodati in un box in vetro all'esterno, molto asettico, non sei né dentro né fuori. Personale ormai a fine stagione parecchio svogliato; il maître è molto avaro dei consigli che gli vengono richiesti e "forza" per un vino che ha più a portata di mano tra quelli disponibili. La scelta ricade poi su una bottiglia diversa ma comunque abbastanza costosa, tuttavia i calici del servizio sono osceni. Il menu è accattivante sulla carta, ma la realizzazione è piatta ed in parte tecnicamente non perfetta. I piatti sono serviti e ritirati senza offrire/chiedere alcun commento

19/08/2023: Ristorante inserito in una masseria meravigliosa, tutto di loro produzione dal grano all'olio. Il personale delizioso e disponibile , Pronto a soddisfare le tue esigenze. (Avevamo prenotato una mezz'ora prima) Del menu', antipasti buoni.(caponata ottima), i primi da rivedere, poco saporiti, I dolci top.(gin tonic compreso). Da PROVARE.

09/03/2024: Really terrible... I asked for a sandwich and it arrives wrong, so I call back to have it remade correctly, but nothing arrives wrong for the second time, adding mayonnaise and I'm also allergic to it, it's really embarrassing, a place that administers food cannot afford to make mistakes in orders. Incompetent!

09/03/2024: I felt really bad. I had ordered two sandwiches to be delivered to my home, but I had to pick them up myself. After sending another person to take the order, I discover that one sandwich was wrong. I called back to inform them of the error and they assured me that they would do it again. Despite the warning, the second sandwich arrived wrong again. Not only do they send me the wrong orders, but they also make me pay for them! Despite this circumstance, I call them back to warn them to be more careful in the future, but they blame me for having misunderstood because they had warned me of how the sandwich would be made for confirmation but in reality they never told me! I find it truly absurd.

22/10/2023: Clear break with the previous management which had strongly penalized the structure and its potential. Today you can enjoy the splendor of Noto Antica, with the kind and generous welcome of a respectable family. Location:10/10 (you can breathe history in absolute peace, and it's worth a few kilometers of countryside to reach it, if you're looking for nightlife and social life, go elsewhere) Rooms:10/10 (tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean) Services and hospitality: 10/10 (the owners are delightful people, the elderly professor told us the history of the place and showed us the valuable archaeological details of the place. The girls in service were all very kind and helpful) Prices: 10/10 (b&b prices in a hotel structure of at least 4 stars, with a little more investment they could ask for more The place is enchanting, it pays the price of a previous wicked management (that of the rudeness described in the old reviews), which is why today it offers the best it can with the resources and means currently available, but any deficiency is filled by the warmth of their welcome and availability. Well-stocked minibar, pool towels provided free of charge (just ask for them), remote check-in upon arrival at any time. They leave a beautiful memory. We will certainly be back.

20/09/2023: Attention soyez avisés que les Hotes ne sont pas bien honnêtes ! Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits au Borgo Alveria. Après déjà 10 jours en Sicile. Donc pas mal de linge à laver 😉. On choisit ce Borgo aussi pour le lave linge bien précisé sur Booking. Helas !! 3 x hélas !! Faux ! On nous propose de faire laver le linge par une personne venant faire le ménage. Soit 40€ à notre charge. Et pour couronner le tout : l hôte modifie les équipements dans booking … dans les jours qui suivent notre arrivée. Donc plus moyen de faire la preuve de notre bonne foi ! Après appel chez Booking, l opératrice nous avoue ne pas voir de moyen de vérifier la publication à la date de notre rèsa. Très désappointés il ne nous reste qu à payer les 40€. Très déçus de ce comportement ! Nous souhaitons partager cettte expérience afin que une vous soyez en ALERTE rouge !! Méfiance et Prenez des captures écran des équipements à l avenir ! Bonnes vacances à vous ! Ps : petit dej au top avec une jeune fille attentionnée et charmante. Sourire garanti !

03/11/2023: …another beautiful palace in Noto!!…it's Palazzo Landolina!!…it was the summer residence of one of the richest families in the city!!…I'll start by saying that I only saw it from the outside!!…but it is said that at inside there are numerous rooms!!...and there are splendid frescoes and beautiful paintings from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries!!...it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site!!...the building is located right near the Cathedral of Noto !!…it is also said that King Ferdinand II of Bourbon and Queen Maria Teresa of Austria stayed three times at Palazzo Landolina!!…right in front of this Palazzo Landolina…there is also the square which bears its own name!!…and here you can also see the Monument to the Fallen of the First World War!!…there was also the statue of Ferdinand II but it was destroyed with the revolutionary clashes of the times!!…

31/03/2024: We haven't gotten around to trying the food, more than an hour after placing the order. Everything looks very good but there is a serious organization problem in the kitchen.

24/09/2023: Nice place by the sea But prices not consistent with the menu From the menu 2 aperitifs €14 Ordered a €5 menu board Estimated cost €19 Real cost €38 The cutting board paid €15 It's an unreported 20% increase… Meh (could it be the service??? But we ordered from the menu!!! Dunno) Maybe we read it wrong (two of us saw a €5 platter) Or there's something written on the menu at the bottom that we haven't seen, I don't know... However unclear... At first I thought about going back but after the bill... nope! ATTENTION!!!

23/09/2023: Feel free to sit for fifteen minutes without taking an order. Then they have almost nothing on the menu. Wine in a glass was not possible. Only 2 sandwiches they had. Very unfriendly staff. It's better to sit next door where they have an extensive menu and friendly staff.

13/11/2023: Non diffidate dalla pubblicità del sito, mangiare pessimo,e fargli solo un complimento, camerieri non professionisti e non informati con la cucina. Direi se vi trovaste per caso in quella rotonda, tirate dritto a che piu non posso.

05/11/2023: E' sempre un'esperienza positiva e un vero piacere tornarci. Conduzione familiare, e si sente nella garbata calorosità del personale, nella piacevolezza dell'atmosfera e nella genuinità/abbondanza degli ingredienti. Speriamo davvero che non cambi!

25/12/2023: L’agriturismo Leone è uno di quei posti, eccezionalmente raro, dove non si va solo per gustare eccellenti piatti della tradizione della Sicilia sud orientale ma si entra in contatto con la cultura del posto e con una storia fatta di sacrifici e ricordi di una cultura secolare. Oltre alla qualità del cibo altissima con ingredienti del posto, alla quantità abbondante, basta fermarsi qualche minuto e scambiare qualche battuta con i proprietari per scoprire l’amore, la tenacia e lo spirito di sacrificio di chi non fa solamente un lavoro ma contribuisce, in misura veramente rilevante, allo sviluppo di luoghi e cultura di un territorio, come quello del netino, che una volta visitato rimane negli occhi e nel cuore.
