06/01/2025: Never had better gelato In My Life. The recently-invented anise flavor was delicate and scrumptious (this from someone who doesn’t like pastis). Kudos to the chef!

05/08/2024: New management and now the Resort is called Il Carosello dei Baroni, a place of enchanting beauty, the service is excellent. Among the ancient stones, remains of a 1400s convent, stands the structure, finely reconstructed and elegantly furnished. A large swimming pool surrounds large common green areas. Highly recommended.

27/07/2024: We highly suggest you try this little place. Slightly out of the way (fortunately) from the already central street but at the same time easily reachable. Good cuisine, which mixes tradition with the chef's ideas. The drinks are delicious! Last note, but not least, the service, all very polite, friendly and fast. Must try

27/10/2024: Accolto da un personale gentilissimo, ci siamo gustati un’ottima cena tipica siciliana. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Il locale è caratteristico e c’è la possibilità di visitare il museo della famiglia Modica-Nicolaci.

21/02/2025: We strongly advise against it. Mixed fried fish for €15 which had nothing mixed about it (squid rings and defrosted prawns with very little flavour) grilled swordfish with swordfish which was only one, fine, fine and dry and the same two king prawns again for €15. The children had pasta, the little one had 4 paccheri counted on a plate, not much even for him... A ridiculous imitation of "nouvelle cuisine", my daughter's Bolognese was disgusting just by looking at it poor... the sauce seemed to be made with ketchup and the spaghetti were a single block... But not even two spaghetti are you capable of cooking?! We were the first to sit at the table and the bathrooms were already dirty, we should have already understood from there what the situation would be like. I give it two stars only for the name of the beer which made me laugh (see photo) and for the painting... But otherwise I'm sorry, I don't understand people who give 5 stars to a restaurant like this. Furthermore, recommended by a local, who visibly has no taste (or is a friend of the restaurateur). A tourist trap and that's it. February 2025 - I now see the manager's comment (from 2024). Our visit dates back to 2019. If you no longer have the beer in the photo and don't make the Bolognese anymore (it was spaghetti with tomato sauce, I'm not sure if there was any meat in it, they were so unwatchable) I can't know. I don't know if you have changed management, if you now clean the bathrooms or if the food is better. But six years ago we ate in your restaurant and the comments made refer to that period. I'm sorry but I stand by it. Other Internet users will be able to check whether things have changed and, if so, will post their own laudatory note.

29/10/2024: Simple but good hotel right on the promenade. All rooms with air conditioning and balcony. Daily room service. Breakfast is typically Italian, very sweet and not much choice.

29/10/2024: The hotel is family-run, we immediately felt welcome, the cleanliness and general comfort were excellent.

17/03/2025: Sono andato la scorsa settimana per una cena di famiglia. Ne parlavano tutti bene e abbiamo voluto provare. Location ed accoglienza fantastica, camerieri molto gentili e preparati, pizza davvero superlativa con ingredienti di prima qualità. Da questo momento in poi andrò sempre in questo locale, spettacolari veramente e continuate sempre così

04/10/2024: Don't be fooled, the ambience may not be that great, but the service and food are highly recommended. Not so touristy, locals tend to eat there.

16/10/2024: Very clean pizzeria, always tasty and impeccable pizzas with abundant toppings, kind staff, helpful and very approachable, large menu for the choices of pizzas but above all the menu is always updated and always new

11/10/2024: Best takeaway pizza in Noto; tasty and affordable . Shop opens at 17 pm, but start serving pizza at 19 pm (heat oven). So do not come before 19

05/02/2025: La prima cena a Noto! Locale bellissimo, servizio cortese e una magnifica sezione di cose buone da mangiare. Dei fritti straordinari, salumi e formaggi c’è di meglio, ma buoni. Pasta con le sarde da applausi. Nota importante: servono tutto anche senza glutine e questo è veramente da professionisti! Bella carta dei vini! Prezzi adeguati.

11/10/2024: Siamo tornati più volte in questo ristorante e non ci ha mai deluso: né per il cibo (molto buono e senza fronzoli) né per il servizio ( avendo ordinato un dolce che era presente in menù ma non effettivamente disponibile, ci è stato gentilmente offerto - anche nel senso di non caricato nel conto- un altro dessert). La location è molto gradevole.
