17/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at Joy Beach Lido from the start of the season in mid-May.
The food, the atmosphere, the fantastic service, and the friendly staff were all amazing.
We'd love to come back on May 16, 2026, and walk over from Calabernardo along the beach.

17/05/2026: We just left this restaurant and I want to thank the owner for finding us a table even though we hadn't booked.
The prices were really fair considering the quantity and quality of the dishes, and they even offered a discount on the bill, a much-appreciated gesture.
The linguine with clams was delicious!
We'll definitely be back, thank you so much!

30/09/2025: Had some chicken and it was a go to for locals and tourists like me. Very simple, moist and hit the mark.
Was sold out in the first instance so they are clearly very good or do not cater for enough traffic (even though the place is sleepy )
09/09/2025: We had a wonderful experience here! The staff brought the chicken to our table and prepared everything for us outside—such kind and thoughtful service. Everything was done with a smile, and we felt truly welcomed. With Google Translate and a few gestures, we got by just fine. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—both for the food and the fantastic service! 🐔✨

Not to mention the very fair prices, which never hurts. Keep up the good work! We've already recommended you to friends and family, and we'll be back during the holidays for scacce and other treats. 17/05/2026: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. The fresh fish appetizer, on the "cold" plate, contained smoked carpaccio and boiled shrimp. The hot plate, with fried mixed seafood and mussels, was better. The second course, Sicilian-style swordfish, was even better. Unfortunately, we ordered a bottle of white wine, and despite the heat and our repeated requests for an ice bucket to keep it chilled, it never arrived, leaving us with a €30 charge for a bottle to drink warm, even though there was no one there, just ours and a very few other tables! Truly disappointing service. Very poor value for money.
17/05/2026: We ate well, the menu was varied, mainly featuring freshly caught fish of the day. The service was excellent, the prices reasonable, and the restaurant is very nice, having been converted from a former tuna processing warehouse.

25/04/2026: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. I wasn't sold on the pizza: it was a bit undercooked, heavy on mozzarella, and had a rather wet texture. The aroma wasn't particularly appealing either.
One thing that left me perplexed was seeing someone with a cigarette in their hand inside the pizzeria, near the pizza chef. I don't know if it was lit or not, but it's something I personally didn't appreciate.
Overall, I think there are several areas for improvement, especially regarding the quality of the pizza and the attention to the environment. I hope they can address these details to offer a better experience in the future.
25/04/2026: The fish was awful.
The very kind pizza chef, however, made a bunny pizza for my daughter.
I recommend this restaurant as a pizzeria.

31/10/2025: I regret having to write this review because the waiter served us very well, but today my mother and I went for breakfast and when it came time to pay, the man was incredibly rude to us simply for wanting to pay by card. This is the first time this has happened to me in all of Avola, and it's a shame that such a lovely place is ruined by someone who is always in a bad mood and treats customers poorly.

03/05/2026: I had the pleasure of spending an evening at this lounge bar, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, with a relaxing and refined atmosphere, perfect for both an evening with friends and a more intimate gathering.
The cocktail selection is excellent, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. You can sense the passion and professionalism behind every drink. The service was also impeccable: the staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to their needs.
The background music was well-chosen, never intrusive, and helped create a truly pleasant atmosphere. A place I'd love to return to and recommend to anyone looking for a different experience.
