15/03/2024: I was there a few nights ago for dinner, we were a table of 7 friends. We tasted the trio of mini sandwiches, the fillet and the caramelized onion, starting with the excellent quality beef tartare (I would have added some particular sauce to the dish to match). We started with the fried potatoes and their sauces. The beer list and lemon mousse are interesting. The price satisfied us. We'll be back

09/02/2024: It is a self-service restaurant on Viale Lido, 1 km from the sea, open only for lunch, so it is not possible to book because you sit down just long enough to eat your meal. Very convenient for workshops and tourists for example. The menu changes from day to day and ranges from the great classics of Italian cuisine (lasagne, baked pasta, etc.) to fish-based first and second courses. We also found some roast meat. Wide choice of side dishes. Ideal for a quick lunch without too many pretensions.

07/02/2024: Excellent restaurant, with front parking, very convenient. The interior has a marine decor which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The environment fits perfectly with the Mediterranean taste of the dishes served. When "tasting" the dishes (given the generous portions) you can enjoy the excellent raw materials, including fresh fish!😋 During dinner you can feel a relaxing atmosphere and the service is punctual. I will definitely be back✨️

Che dire.... considerando il periodo che stiamo attraversando, i prezzi sono buoni, pesce freschissimo e di prima qualità, anbia scelta nel menù, personale molto gentile, bisogna aspettare ma ne vale la pena. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e scherzosa. Consigliato

26/03/2024: Casa Trimarchi was our choice for a snack before the nearby Puppet Show. Caponata was lovely and warm accompanied by some very good bread. My partner's buffalo mozzarella plate was with fresh small tomatoes that were the star of the plate. White wines suggested by owner were very good. Lovely place to sit. The vegetables displayed from the restaurant's farm were beautiful!

05/04/2024: A journey through flavor and time ❤ As soon as I stepped into the Rustico Restaurant, I felt like I was entering my grandparents' living room. The simple but cozy atmosphere, the retro decor and the delicious smells coming from the kitchen all contributed to this feeling. The owners, two brothers who are also two pieces of history, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at ease, to the point that I feel like they are a little like my grandparents. The food? simple and exquisite. Each dish is simple but prepared with love and care, using fresh, zero-mile ingredients. From the appetizers (space) to the first courses to the second courses, every bite was a pleasure. The price? Super honest! It's difficult to find better value for money than this. But what made the experience truly special were the two grandparents: they told me stories of their childhood, of their jobs, of Avola and even shared some tricks from their family recipes. It was like having a conversation with distant relatives. In short, Ristorante Rustico is the name on the door, but for me it will always be "the living room". Finally an authentic and sincere place that can truly be considered Sicily.

17/02/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo in questa graziosa locanda e abbiamo ricevuto una splendida accoglienza. Il proprietario Antonio ci ha fatto sentire a casa e Maria ci ha deliziato con i suoi piatti. Piatti cucinati con amore e davvero squisiti, dall'antipasto al dolce. Se dovessimo ripassare ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

20/02/2024: Dopo aver consumato un veloce pranzo nella gastronomia a pochi passi, siamo stati in questo bar per un caffè, ma alla vista della fornita vetrina di golosissimi pasticcini, non abbiamo resistito alla tentazione che ci ha lasciati più che soddisfatti dal buon gusto di quanto assaggiato. Lo consigliamo senza dubbio.
