23/11/2025: We arrived already full, just walking back to our hotel, when we heard beautiful music coming from the restaurant. The music, the wine, and the snacks were all excellent. And the singer — an absolute star! Truly an unexpected and memorable stop

10/11/2025: I'll get straight to the point. I ordered a coffee and a Crodino at the counter, "SO IT WAS ALL EATEN ON THE FAST." I went to pay, and the bill was €6.50, of which only €5 was for the Crodino. I asked for clarification on the price, and the woman at the counter (I think she's the owner) told me I was paying for an aperitif plus service charge. I replied that it wasn't an aperitif, but a plain Crodino because there were no salty treats like peanuts, chips, etc. As for the service charge, I simply said it was consumed at the counter, so I didn't understand what she meant by service charge. Anyway, I paid and told her clearly that I would never go into that place again. That was my experience. I've attached a photo to avoid any misunderstandings.

22/10/2025: The food was average, the quality of the welcome was poor, but the shock was the hygiene: if the kitchen is as dirty as the toilets, run away.

21/07/2025: I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the Zaiera Resort. I read reviews that were, in my opinion, exaggerated and not entirely truthful. The hotel isn't the best, well-maintained, and perfect, but it's not as bad as some have described. Upon arrival, Mrs. Patrizia and the manager were extremely kind and helpful. My room was absolutely clean (there were no dead insects or dirt, as some have reported). The food, starting with breakfast, was always very pleasant and tasty, well-prepared and tastefully done. The spa was very nice and relaxing; with a few more attentions, it would be much more beautiful. The outdoor area is poorly maintained. Many of the pool chairs and umbrellas are broken, and the worst thing of all is the lack of safety, as there is no lifeguard. This is the biggest flaw of the facility, as it could be much better. There is a huge area full of tennis and volleyball courts that is practically abandoned, a huge shame. The outdoor areas are unused. Overall it was a good stay, but enhancing this hotel would bring it to a much higher and more refined value.

09/10/2024: I do not recommend to order mixed grill meat..fat and salty, same with "salad". First time in Italy I was not able to finish my meal, even though I was hungry 😪
