19/09/2025: After we were looking for something to eat after a trip, we found this restaurant open on Maps. Unfortunately, there was a sign saying "pos fuori servizio," which means "not open at all." Very disappointing. Perhaps it's just a company holiday. Unfortunately, Maps isn't always up to date.

06/11/2025: Homemade food and generous portions! The restaurant doesn't have table service (self-service), but has tables inside and out (a small terrace with a sea view). The price is fair, and everything we tried was good. The staff? Virtually nonexistent!

09/10/2025: The place is next to the hotel where I was staying for work. I had a sandwich in the evening after returning from work. The place isn't huge. You can eat in, but it's more of a place for a takeaway sandwich or pizza, or something to eat on the go. The sandwich was very, very good. The flavors were well-balanced and very well-made.

13/09/2025: We ended up here by accident. We were supposed to go to the one next door. We ordered two different pizzas. They were good. The tomato sauce was very sweet, the black olives intense. Strong contrasts. The flavors aren't necessarily standard 😋 Maybe it's worth trying something different sometimes.

13/09/2025: The pizza is absolutely phenomenal - Daviola Rosa. Others too. They charge 5 euros for service, but that's irrelevant compared to the delicious food. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Delicious. I recommend it.

01/11/2025: I booked at 7.35pm for 8.30pm, I went to pick them up (thank goodness) and they gave them to me at 9.09pm, 39 MINUTES LATE, HUNTING, NEVER AGAIN

02/08/2025: Effettivamente i sapori li hanno persi tutti. Pessima esperienza, non torneremo mai più. Piatti insulsi e distanti dalla tradizione, sostanzialmente immangiabili. Una vera delusione, il peggior ristorante di Modica, nulla di ciò che abbiamo mangiato somigliava neppure lontanamente ai piatti della tradizione. Vivamente sconsigliato

04/11/2025: Excellent value for money It's located on a central street, always open for both lunch and dinner (it's beautifully lit in the evenings!) You can dine at the outdoor tables, take away, or order delivery. The portions are generous, and the ingredients and flavors are truly delicious! The sandwiches, piadinas, and fried foods are delicious, especially the panelle, which I love but aren't always easy to find! The staff is young and very friendly, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming, carefully decorated for Halloween (and, I assume, for any holiday). Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: Very friendly staff, warm, fresh, and above all, inexpensive food served very quickly, and no table service charges in a lovely garden. I don't understand the negative reviews; this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars 🌟. They invited us to visit their Halloween 🎃 room for free; the whole building was themed around Halloween 👻. Try the horse meat there—highly recommended!

18/10/2025: I ordered two very simple family-sized pizzas, and they told me to wait an hour, giving me the exact time (it was Saturday). I called them twenty minutes before the agreed-upon time, and they confirmed they'd be there at that time. When I got there, they still had to make them, wasting my time even more. In the end, I waited almost two hours. The girl who took my order was rude and unfriendly; when I spoke to her, she didn't even pay attention to me. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either! A bad experience.

02/11/2025: The short waitress with glasses didn't want to move us because she wanted to fill the tables near the bar last, absurd! (I just wanted to be able to watch the game... the coleslaw was still empty... raw ravioli, and the orecchiette tasted of nothing... the second course and then the inedible roulade... you should change the chef and staff...)

26/10/2025: We return regularly during our visits to Sicily. My original review still stands and we still enjoy our dinners with friends, family or just my wife. Classy and relaxed at the same time. This is one of the restaurants we go to regularly while we are staying in our Sicily Home. The outdoor eating area is large and comfortable. The walled garden is beautiful. We prefer eating outside but the inside is very nice as well when the weather is colder or raining. Only a ten minutes from where we live at Villa Ama. We have been there for a birthday of a friend with a large group. It it is two people or 15 people services is great. the food is wonderful. We enjoy the pizzas, the appetizers and both first and seconds. They always make us feel special when we arrive and all through dinner. Everyone we have taken there enjoys their time at Scornavacche. Often they have special events with lots of room for large groups in a separate area. See you soon.

18/11/2025: If you're visiting the village of Monterosso Almo, I recommend making a reservation at this delightful trattoria. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and you can enjoy a magnificent view. You'll find traditional dishes like ricotta ravioli with pork sauce, pappardelle with mushrooms, an excellent mixed roast, and, to finish, the unmissable cannoli with local ricotta. The service is excellent; you'll be greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Parking is available in the square or on the ring road. You can also take a relaxing stroll through the village's ancient streets and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

01/08/2025: A very good family-run pastry shop, with simple, delicious desserts. The father and son are very kind and welcoming. A must-visit if you're passing through Ragusa!
