18/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance on the way up to Taormina. It's very cute, well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming and kind. As for the food, I have to say it's excellent. I should point out that I'm a vegetarian, and finding creative alternatives in Italian restaurants is difficult. But here, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a cauliflower meatball appetizer and a porcini mushroom panzerotti with parmesan cream. Both were plentiful and very good. The price is standard for Taormina, so it's fair to say.

20/11/2025: A perfect restaurant, just a six-minute walk from the center. You get great value for your money, high quality, and attentive service. Highly recommended!

02/04/2026: Amazing food, Amazing service. I had the Crema Di Melanzane which was absolutely out of this world, and the Panna Cotta which might've been the best I've ever had. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would absolutely recommend a visit!

30/03/2026: My boyfriend and I fancied a little drink before heading back to our hotel. It was quiet here with a nice looking atmosphere so we decided to go in. We sat down (empty restaurant bar one couple) told the waiter we just wanted drinks. He looks at me and says no, I wasn’t sure whether he was relocating British humour by saying no for a laugh, or just being rude. He was just being rude lol. I understand not allowing customers to come in for just a drink when the restaurant is busy, but it was quiet, we also would have ordered a dessert most likely. Anyway, drinks were okay at best, not cheap, and the service was not pleasant! Visit if you don’t mind people being rude towards you🌸

03/09/2025: Love this place the service was very welcoming and very precise server spoke English as she said she lived in NY before. The cappuccino was really good and all the pastries she recommended. To our surprise all of it cost a lot less than at the beach and taormina. We'll be coming back tomorrow morning.

03/12/2025: The pizzas were good, but the pizza chef was unpleasant and rude to the group. It was just because everyone wanted to pay for their own meal.

29/12/2025: Excellent resturant experience: food, service, atmosphere all great. On site meat fridge to let you see the choices of meat and cut you desire. We started with amberjack cerviche and beef carpaccio with truffle. The carpaccio was hands down the winner. Next The truffle egg pasta and shrimp spaghetti were also tasty. Portions are not huge but flavor is there. We also had the grilled Florentine steak with the Italian dry aged t bone (think it was 120 euro per kg with min order of 1 kg) to share between three of us and it was huge and delicious. The steak came with 4 sauces and 2 types of salt. All giving a different flavor profile. The steak also came with a hot stone if you want the meat to be cook a bit more (so recommend medium rare to start and adjust to your own liking after ). Tiramisu for dessert to finish the night off. We agree the meat dishes were better than the seafood. Worth a go with you crave good quality meat.

07/11/2025: Great service. We ordered a tuna salad, zucchini tart, and picanha steak. Everything was delicious. The only downside was the dessert, a "cheesecake" that was actually made with cream. If you like cream, great, otherwise you're better off ordering something else.

28/11/2025: Beautiful setting and super romantic. Food was delicious and staff were lovely. Portions are small so marked down for that in terms of value for money. Marked down on service as was charged an additional €30 for a bottle of wine we did not order. Did not notice until we got back to the hotel as we were in a rush to pay because it started to rain and we were outside! With that being said I would go again, without the kids and make sure I check the bill properly next time! The outdoor terrace is truly stunning.

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!

02/10/2025: The three stars are only for the arranchinis. We ordered coca cola zero and they gave us something else that they called “sicilian coca cola zero”. They didn’t tell us for that thing as we were talking to be bottled and to take it to go.

06/04/2026: The atmosphere was lovely, and the carpaccio was delicious. However, I felt uncomfortable during a casual conversation in English with one of the staff members. I was told “xie xie,” and when I gently corrected them, they laughed and said they couldn’t tell the difference between Asians. Please try to imagine how you would feel if someone said they couldn’t distinguish you from people of other European countries. That would be disrespectful to people of any country. I really liked Taormina, so it was especially disappointing to end my trip on a sad note after visiting this restaurant.

17/10/2025: We had an absolutely legendary lunch at Caffe Isola Bella. Nazar and Fabio guided us through the menu. The food was very good. Can’t wait to come back for round two.

16/02/2026: A very average experience. While the pizza was decent, the Aglio Olio pasta was a disaster. It was completely flavorless and lacked spice.

13/02/2026: Having had the experience at the Cyclope, which we didn't know was under the same management, we were looking for a place to eat well. I must say the food was decent, but the tiramisu was terrible, so much so that we vomited all night. I remind you of one fundamental thing: a second course must be served strictly cut on a flat plate. Perhaps because there was a group and they didn't have plates, it was served on a very deep plate. It was poorly cooked, a shame.

07/04/2026: We came here on a strong recommendation from a close friend, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We tried the pork pasta, artichoke pasta, and bluefin caviar pasta—every single dish was outstanding. The pork pasta portion was especially generous and incredibly satisfying. The wine selection is also well curated and pairs nicely with the food. What really made the experience special was the owner’s warm hospitality—she made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A truly memorable spot and definitely worth visiting.

03/04/2026: A very good restaurant, we loved it! The service was incredible; they replenished our bread basket and gave us olive oil to drizzle on the bread before our meal. For starters, we ordered a cheese that was EXQUISITE; we highly recommend it. For our main courses, we ordered three pasta dishes, all delicious. We arrived without a reservation at 8:30 pm and didn't have to wait—fantastic! We would definitely return!
