18/05/2024: We recently had a wonderful meal at St. George. We had the 7-course tasting menu, though it ended up being a lot more because there were 6 canapes, a bread course and 6 petit fours. It was all delicious and perhaps the most exquisitely-looking food I've ever seen. The service was also excellent - attentive without it being pretention, although I thought the multiple-page Water Menu (divided by domestic water, international water, still water, sparking water, etc. where I think the most expensive bottle was 38 euros) and the similar Coffee Menu were a bit much. Overall, while It's not cheap, we thought it was worth it. At the end of the meal, the chef came out and stopped by all of the tables, which was nice.

11/08/2024: I ordered bruschetta and pasta there. Pasta Alio olio. I found it very, very tasty. In addition, the prices were not overpriced, even though it is a tourist hotspot. The service was very quick and friendly. I also received my food very quickly. It wasn't very busy and you could sit outside with a sea view. Would go there again.

03/08/2024: The guys who run the place are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The food paired with the wines (it is appropriate to say it in this order) was really good and well prepared, with an extra note for the trofie with anchovy butter and breadcrumbs, truly delicate. The wines are all natural, as we wanted. We recommend a tasting of 3/4 glasses, for a special journey.

12/07/2024: Lovely wine bar with local craft wines where the staff could tell a lot about the wine and the winemaker. The food was also good. Worth a visit if you want to try good wines from the island with character. The staff flexible to make our experience in the best way which we appreciated, as we had children with us.

30/08/2024: The food, wine and service were all phenomenal in this restaurant tucked away in a quiet and romantic courtyard. Sisters Sarah and Jaqueline are a power house running this restaurant. We knew it was going to be a great night and that we were in good hands by the way Sarah greeted us. The hospitality is over the top, as if all customers are family. Sarah was passionate in how she described the specials. Bringing a tray of the freshly caught fish was a treat. The chefs are skilled at preparing the fish you choose in a number of different ways. My husband enjoys fine wine and Sarah had wonderful expertise in knowing which Sicilian wines would best accompany what we ordered. A personal favorite was the pasta with Rock Lobster and Sea Bass with vegetables. As an American I personally appreciated that they did not drag out our dinner for hours and hours. The two young men who quietly shuttled dishes from the kitchen and discreetly cleared tables were a delight. We will be back.

26/08/2024: Very high prices, know this before you go. Having said this premise, a totally different level. If you want to make an investment, do it. The fantastic raw fish as well as the seafood salad that you will hardly find so fresh and with real flavours.

22/08/2024: Good food and nice atmosphere, but service could be improved. Seemed to be a clear difference in how they treated local vs. tourist customers.

21/08/2024: Restoran izuzetno romantičan. Posebno bašta. U Taormini u avgustu je ogromna gužva,ali u bašti ispod limunovog drveća je tako mirno i tiho da se gužva uopšte i ne osjeti. Hrana veoma ukusna. Veliki izbor sicilijanskih vina. Gazde ljubazne. Preporučujemo:)

30/08/2024: We are from Modica and we are here for the Amii Stewart concert in this restaurant - pizzeria for the second time. It's all good.

30/08/2024: We dropped in on the off-chance and were shown to a lovely window seat. The staff were very friendly and made us feel special on our last holiday meal. The food was excellent and in fact turned into the best meal of the holiday. Highly recommended.

26/08/2024: Waited for over an hour and a half to get food when it wasn’t even very busy for a table of 10. Starters came at the same time as mains. The grilled fish, except one, was dry, with no sauce served. The pasta with aubergine was delicious. The waiters were nice and the view was also good.

31/08/2024: The Lido is very well located. Come early in the morning (before 10 a.m.) or otherwise book because the deckchairs leave very quickly and the number is very limited. The price is a little high (30€ per person). Has showers and you can order drinks, the waiters come to the beach. Regarding the restaurant, don't hesitate to ask to be upstairs, the view is really great. The pizzas were a little overcooked and salty but the value for money was very good. I recommend this beach rather than Isola Bella, which is far too dense with tourists at this time.

29/08/2024: The view of the bay from the water is certainly very beautiful and the food is delicious. 30€ per person But the loungers are just super expensive. And you can also be unlucky and end up in really unattractively narrow places. The loungers are also very narrow, which is due to the small bay. There is not much space to swim out and some disgusting things end up in the water from the boats.

27/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant in the center, we had a great time, excellent food and impeccable service! We took two fish starters, 1 first course of linguine with clams and 1 second course of mixed fried food, water, coke and coffee, we spent €97. Prices in line with all the other restaurants in the centre. Very very large menu choice and this is a plus!

22/08/2024: Good food but the quantities are insufficient. It's too expensive for what it is. Nice rooftop terrace. Service: no smile, doesn't care about the customer... be careful the photos of the dishes on the Google comments do not necessarily correspond to the current menu. In short, disappointing!

19/08/2024: Didn’t stay, but ate at the excellent bistro. Our dinner was al fresco, in the garden under Sicilian orange trees and the moonlight. We were steps from the crowded main tourist drag, but it felt very secluded. Beautifully presented modern Sicilian cuisine and wines, in a superlative setting. It was a lovely way to end our visit to Taormina.

15/07/2024: While not a “5 star” hotel, I still give it 5 stars. It was just what I needed. It was clean, lovely views, convenient location to the heart of Taormina, and staff was so friendly. Truly felt like I was staying with family. While there is no direct beach, the hotel offers a shuttle to a private beach and provides towels. The breakfast was quite tasty (I loved the complimentary pistachio cream that was provided). There is also valet parking with a loading dock outside the hotel). FYI the parking and beach shuttle were are not complementary but worth the convenience.

21/06/2024: My wife and I have a particular fondness for rooftop terrace bars and this one did not disappoint. The staff was lovely and looked after us in our giddy anniversary celebratory mood. Highly recommend a visit to this lovely spot for a romantic drink with a beautiful view.

19/08/2024: service was impeccable. the food was delicious- probably the best me and my family had in sicily !! we were there alone as it was around 2pm and as soon as we got there, the staff were in full action and served us amazingly. thank you !!
