What a pleasant surprise! I finally enjoyed a lady pizza!!! Excellent leavening, light and digestible... I use excellent raw materials, the taste of the tomato sauce is very, very good and zero acidity, furthermore I took the Norma... it was delicious. The pizzas that my friends took were the same. Regarding the service, my personal praise goes to the owner, very empathetic and attentive, he advised us with precision and skill, he was also an "attacker", in the sense that he enticed us with desserts, which they prepare, with the pizza dough fried and dipped in sugar, are called "cuzzoli" served with Nutella. And then I must say that the name Bacilicó is also original even if simple because it is part of those imaginative Sicilian words that when you evoke them you feel all the strength and beauty they have!!! Last night we went to eat at Bacilico', there were 7 of us, we had six different pizzas, my son had a hamburger. Everything was delicious, the pizza dough well-blended, fresh ingredients, and friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return.
