24/05/2025: Excellente cuisine avec une petite carte mais qui sort des sentiers battus. Tout est frais, bien cuisiné et très bien présenté. Zak le propriétaire de cette belle adresse est très sympathique, il parle très bien le français et est de bon conseil. Il nous a proposé un blanc et un rouge qui étaient fameux.

20/05/2025: A lovely restaurant set aside from the main road in Taormina. It had a lovely garden terrace where we had our meal. The meal was delicious. The starter aubergine caponata was incredible, well seasoned and rich in flavour. The bread was served warm with a helping of olive oil and balsamic vinegar- sadly lacking in other restaurants. The main meal was an alla Norma pizza and pasta both well seasoned and neatly balanced. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a meal!

17/05/2025: This is a warmth and lovely hotel, truly one of the best hotels that I have stayed throughout 20 years of traveling the world. Staff service is excellent. Everybody here is friendly and helpful. Francesco and Stefania are lovely and the guy has genuinely helped us on our traveling matters 🙏🏼 Can’t say enough about this hotel, but I will definitely stay here on my next trip in Taormina 😊

11/05/2025: Very good hotel: ✅ amazing place, ✅ fantastic view of the sea and Etna (room 465), ✅ delicious breakfasts, ✅very nice and helpful staff, ✅roofbar on the 6th floor with a wonderful view, ✅wallet parking (available for a fee of €30 per day).

18/05/2025: We had the best dinner here tonight. The service and atmosphere were excellent. I ordered the gnocchi and they were the best I have had in Taormina. They also had heaters next to the table's since it was cool outside. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious!

10/05/2025: Il ristorante si trova in un bel vicolo di Taormina, lontano dal caos. Il pesce è buono e molto fresco e la proprietaria molto cordiale e competente. Attenzione ai prezzi peró, soprattutto del vino, poichè abbiamo pagato un calice circa 16 euro. Nel complesso la qualità è ottima ma per un antipasto e un primo non spenderete meno di 80 euro a testa.

07/06/2025: A magical experience on the island of Etna Wherever you go on the island, you can’t go wrong, every dish here is prepared with local ingredients, and the flavors are exactly what you would expect from the residents of the land of Etna. But not everywhere did we experience the same level of genuine hospitality and expertise as we did at Mr. Santino’s place Mr. Santino personally attended us - a rare treasure these days. While we were eating, we noticed that every guest received their order incredibly fast, and with the very first bite, smiles of surprise and delight appeared on their faces: “How can something be this delicious?” This place has a truly special charm, not only because of the flavors but also thanks to the atmosphere and surroundings, and Mrs Santino If you’re looking for an authentic, heartfelt Sicilian culinary experience, this spot is an absolute must. Please note, restaurants are busy sometimes and service can be slow if many people approach in the same time! Five stars from us - we would gladly return anytime and will do! 02/06/2025: Very fresh and lovingly made dishes! Beautiful view to the Isola Bella and a very warm service. Thank you for having us! We were there for lunch and can recommend to try the pasta with king prawns and the grilled fresh fish.

02/06/2025: Best restaurant we ate at in Taormina! The atmosphere here is great. You sit on a quiet, almost hidden, terrace under a beautiful orange tree on the edge of the center. The service was friendly and happy to think along. The food was also very good! Definitely try the pasta norma. Glad we discovered this gem.

27/05/2025: Go here! Set back a little from the hustle and bustle of the main street this is a wonderful small Sicilian Trattoria. Very friendly staff with a genuine warm welcome and attentive service without any fuss. The food is traditional, very tasty and good value for Taormina. House wine is great too. Highly recommended.

29/05/2025: This restaurant has been our favorite for many years. The pasta is very good. The pizza used to be phenomenal - but sadly it has been removed from the menu and is no longer made here. The tartare is still mixed in front of us by the owner, who always takes care of his guests. The view of Etna and the sea from a restaurant is the best we have found in 15 years of traveling around Sicily. It is more expensive than it used to be - inflation, but it is still worth a dinner here for lovers of an amazing view and atmosphere.

07/06/2025: A really cute bar, right on Isola Bella. We had breakfast there in the morning for a very fair price, but also tried the hot dishes. Everything was delicious and fresh without exception. The service was very friendly and quick. We highly recommend the restaurant.

25/05/2025: What can I say? Absolutely stunning!! We visited last night for drinks and the staff were so amazing we went back for food and wine tonight. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was absolutely amazing. Never ever had a carbonara like it. We were going to go to try Osteria da Rita but thx manager was so rude we decided against it! A must must must visit in Taormina!! Thank you so much xxx

13/05/2025: Terrace overlooking Isola Bella beach. Wonderful location. Honest cuisine typical of the region. Decent welcome, but the service could be more attentive. A true experience typical of this type of touristy establishment.

04/05/2025: I thought it was really great! The restaurant is not fancy, but has a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was both attentive and super friendly! We had bruschetta as a greeting from the kitchen, grilled fish in caper and lemon sauce with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables as a side dish and grilled fish (sea bream) with lemon and mashed potatoes. I also asked if I could have an Amari Spritz and even though our waiter seemed to find that irritating, he made me one and it was delicious too!

22/05/2025: Came here for a wine tasting to learn about the different grapes and regions of Sicily and was served some of the best wine we’ve tasted recently. For context, my husband and I live in New York and constantly drink at some of the world’s best restaurants. This is a must visit for anyone visiting Taormina. The pricing is great and the value is unheard of. We were drinking bottles of wine from states that produce a less than 800 bottles annually. Highly recommend..

10/05/2025: ¡Qué hallazgo! Este lugar es un poco fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena buscar. La comida y los productos son absolutamente deliciosos y el conocimiento que Gabriele y Viola tienen de los vinos, muchos de los cuales son locales, para que coincida con sus opciones de comida es excepcional. Tomaron tiempo para explicar los perfiles de vino y por qué coincidían con las opciones de alimentos y hablar sobre los proveedores. El servicio fue discreto y tan amable. ¡La comida, vaya! Para mí destacaba el Gazpacho con burrata y a mi pareja le encantaban sus raviolis rellenos de carne de res en una salsa crema parmesana. Sea aventurero y pruebe este encantador menú siciliano y confíe en Gabriele para entregar en el frente de vino. Excelente, muy recomendable!
