06/08/2024: Nothing different from all the cannoli I can find in any Italian pastry shop. I also asked why there is sheep's ricotta in August (which is actually impossible as it is produced in the winter/spring periods). I was told that their ricotta is only fresh. After a bit of chatting I was told that the milk is frozen so in my opinion it couldn't be defined as fresh! A piece of advice if you want a cannoli made with fresh sheep's ricotta, go there in cold periods!

29/07/2024: La prima affermazione detta quando siamo usciti dal negozio è stata: “che bella persona”. Il signor Roberto (al pari dei suoi figli) è assolutamente l’esempio migliore di come dovrebbe comportarsi un commerciante. Super ospitale, umile e chiacchierone, ci ha fatto assaggiare di tutto e di più dei suoi prodotti gratuitamente, e devo dire che erano tutti spettacolari. Se cercate il classico luogo turistico in cui consumare prodotti mediocri a prezzi elevatissimi, lontani da Roberto: lui ha a cuore la tradizione, la qualità, la bontà ed i prezzi giusti di ciò che vende. Assolutamente da provare se passate per Taormina, a mani basse il migliore.

28/08/2024: A good pizzeria. Nothing more and nothing less. They let us sit on their veranda, which I must say was very very pretty. Quite expensive, 4 croquettes for 8.50 euros seems exaggerated to me, but it doesn't matter. The pizzas were good and our stay at the Napoletana was more than good. Clearly there are better pizzerias in Taormina, but this one doesn't have much to envy. The only problem is punctuality. If I book for 10pm. I have to have the table ready at 10pm, not that I have to sit at 10pm... Small imperfection to fill. However, we had a lovely evening, in good company and with good food. Must try.

10/08/2024: We were in Taormina a few evenings ago in this restaurant that we already knew. In fact it is a guarantee for the quality of the food and friendliness. Perhaps we didn't expect to find so many people on a weekday so we had to wait a while for a table. But we ate very well!

01/04/2024: Após caminhar pelas ruas, e admirar a espetacular Taormina, entrar no espetacular Circe para vinhos e affettati é tudo de bom. Elegante, sem excessos, com atendimento de primeira, sentar, beber e comer, e admirar o mar de Taormina, é um must!

18/08/2024: From the reviews I thought this was a good place… we ordered a Caponata, Polpette, Pasta al Pesto… The caponata was sweet and had no taste. The pasta was cold and undercoked. The pasta apparently had shrimp, I saw like 2. The Polpette al ragú sauce was super sweet. Seemed like I ate in Olive Garden. I think I’ve never had this experience in Italy let alone in Sicily before. The waiter asked us why we didn’t eat the caponata and we told him out experience, he came back saying “but you ate all of it”. Maybe it was because we went 45 minutes before closing time… not sure… but terrible experience

13/08/2024: I strongly advise against choosing meat from the menu, especially the grilled """""steak", you will get a slice of veal full of nerves and fat and with half a liter of oil on top, plus vegetables decent grills but very few and excessively expensive, I recommend rewriting the menu in a non-mendacious way and more relevant to the real size of the course.

12/08/2024: This is the best restaurant I have ever been to! The food was delicious and so fulling, me and my family just kept coming back there during our stay in Sicily. One night we went to Taormina and the food there had nothing on this restaurant! AI paladini is such a worthwhile visit, you should definitely go!

10/08/2024: I'm addicted to granitas in general. And yes here they are very good. There was a long line at the beginning of August. It can be a long wait. Given their success this lacks table. Please note we cannot take takeaway.

30/07/2024: The view of the restaurant is amazing. The food looks excellent and is fantastic with a lot of flavors and good quality. For me this is a must to eat in the restaurant when visiting Taormina. The service was very friendly and helpful. The car needs to be parked at the street as there is no parking space. Will come back again !!!

03/08/2024: Very particular place, with an unconditioned veranda, overlooking Isola Bella. If it's not windy you suffer a bit from the heat. Dishes not up to the price paid, 2 first courses, 1 second course, half a bottle of wine and a dessert (which arrived half the price compared to the next table...€), total: 99

01/09/2024: Lovely place, amazing food, good range of food options and such a friendly atmosphere. The staff was so sweet serving us and even remembered us and treated us as regulars after just a few days of coming back. The benches are much more affordable compared to other places I've seen and the ocean is right in front of the restaurant which makes it perfect to come back once you get hungry again.

18/08/2024: Ho cenato due volte in 15gg: menù non ricchissimo ma può essere un pregio; peccato che la lavagnetta di quello del giorno sia stata la stessa in entrambe le occasioni. Piatti saporiti, servizio cortese e veloce. Prezzo medio-alto ma a Taormina può succedere di molto peggio. PS un consiglio: il vino al calice va servito sempre dalla bottiglia

05/05/2024: Passando nuovamente per Taormina nel nostro viaggio di rientro verso casa, non potevamo non fermarci di nuovo in questo ristorante che ci aveva già due settimane prima rubato il cuore per l'incantevole terrazza fiorita affacciata sul duomo, la gentilezza dello staff e soprattutto la qualità e la bontà di quando servito. Tutto ancora una volta confermato! La "Sicilia nel piatto" e la "norma" superlativi! Super consigliatissimo!

13/08/2024: It is practically useless to book, they accept overbooked reservations, and we leave a boy at the entrance to take the complaints of everyone who is confident of entering more or less at the time of the reservation. Knowing the place, very crowded and in demand, we booked the day before by calling the number indicated on Google as a contact. We were able to get seated more than an hour after our reservation time. It would be more honest to say, come here and queue!
