04/04/2024: Very friendly welcome for a drink. The view is pretty. I recommend freshly squeezed lemon juice.

03/03/2024: Cashier as nice as a crab in his underwear. Requesting a mint granita, the boy at the cash register, with an arrogant air, replies that they don't make them since they only use quality products and that they only make mint syrup in the north. But what the hell kind of answer is that? By chance, hearing my accent, he felt compelled to blurt out the first stupid thing that crossed his mind, I'll never find out. Without a doubt he had a very unpleasant and discriminatory attitude towards those who are not Sicilian, a senseless attitude given that people should not be judged based on their origin. I don't recommend it to anyone who isn't local. PS other reviewers say this quality granita doesn't taste good ;)

28/11/2023: This was one of the best restaurants I went to on my trip to Italy, because of the service and the amazing food. I have the sandwich with pistachio cheese and prosciutto, and I cried eating it. So so good. You have to go!

31/12/2023: Abbiamo mangiato in quattro prendendo un tagliere di quelli completi e c’è arrivato un piatto davvero meraviglioso Già la vista e poi anche al palato. Le dosi sono abbondanti, i cibi genuini e a km zero. Merita appieno il punteggio che ha.

11/12/2023: Passeggiando per Taormina abbiamo incrociato la bottega ma quasi non ci saremmo fermati se non avessimo buttato l'occhio dentro meglio , in effetti la sala dove poter spizzicare e seminascosta . Il tagliere scelto mix salumi formaggi ottimo accompagnato da un calice di vino locale che nulla lasciava al caso.

01/04/2024: Após caminhar pelas ruas, e admirar a espetacular Taormina, entrar no espetacular Circe para vinhos e affettati é tudo de bom. Elegante, sem excessos, com atendimento de primeira, sentar, beber e comer, e admirar o mar de Taormina, é um must!

29/11/2023: We were in Taormina in mid-September and found this place while Googling for a vegetarian restaurant - we were not disappointed! The ambiance is fabulous, we loved every wine we tried, and the bruschetta and tiramisu were delicious!! Unfortunately, we didn't get back to try their pasta dishes, but if we ever make it back to Taormina, I hope Timoleone's is still there. We met the owner, who was friendly, down to earth, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his restaurant. We saw him working as hard as the staff!! Five stars all the way!!

12/11/2023: Great ambience and very attentive waiters made this a great place to enjoy drinks in the evening. We sat on the steps watching people walk by and had a couple of cocktails and excellent wine. Love it.

06/04/2024: Excellent meal this lunch at Al Giardino. The catch of the day (bluefin tuna) was excellent and the tiramisu fantastic! Excellent value. We will definitely return there if we pass through Taormina again!

04/01/2024: We have staid at Villa Angela from 16/9/2023 to 24/09/2023 and were completely overwhelmed. The staff is superfriendly and literally knows your wish before it is expressed. Lunch is offered in the restaurant (breakfast room) with a stunning view on the Mediterranean Sea. For diner the hotel offers superdelicious sandwiches and salads which we have enjoyed several times. The rooms are highclass and have a huge terrace. Breakfast selection is huge and very delicious. Situated approximately 200m above Taormina with a brilliant view onto Mediterranean Sea and underneath a well known church. The staff cannot be beaten in kindness and one feels like staying with family. We will for sure return and can highly recommend this place with 200%.

27/03/2024: Aranciara is the best restaurant we ate in Sicily. Found it just wandering and had an amazing lunch, authentic, and delicious. very varied menu, wonderful wine selection and attentive service. We had several dishes and all were perfect. In particular we loved the braciole. Highly recommend!
