25/11/2025: The place has a great atmosphere. The food portions are decent, though some of us (6 of us) were left half-eaten. We ordered pasta and fish (sea bass). Delicious. Unfortunately, we arrived before closing time (3 p.m.) and the dishes were undercooked. The pasta was too hard, and the potatoes served with the fish were also hard. Hence the only 3 stars. The service was okay.

06/05/2026: The best thing about the restaurant is undoubtedly its location; the views of the Valley of the Temples are incredible and well worth the trip. The staff was attentive and the prices are in line with the area, but the culinary experience didn't live up to the expectations set by its Michelin-starred recommendations. The flavor of the dishes was quite average, nothing special or extraordinary for a place of this caliber. The most disappointing thing was receiving my dish cold; it's a very unpleasant first impression and demonstrates a lack of attention to the timing of preparations. I had to send it back, and although they resolved the issue, it detracts significantly from the overall experience. It's a place to go for the scenery, but not for the food.

21/04/2026: We went there with friends a few weeks ago for an aperitivo. A sunset aperitivo is an experience I recommend to everyone: sipping a drink while the sun sinks into the sea, surrounded by the manicured greenery of the golf course, is pure poetry. The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, the service impeccable, and the light... well, that's indescribable.

07/05/2026: A place that's a delight of voluptuous flavors and indulgence, with excellent products. Always crowded, but off the beaten path... what can I say... you have to come to taste so many delicacies. The gelato is among the best I've ever tasted.

30/04/2026: There’s no denying the food here is very good—everything we ordered, especially the octopus and pasta, was rich in flavor and clearly made with care. That said, the timing really let the experience down. We ended up waiting over two hours for our meal, which was completely unexpected. It also didn’t seem to be just our table—pretty much everyone around us was waiting as well, despite the restaurant not even being full. What made it more frustrating was that no one on the staff gave any heads-up about the delay. If we had known the kitchen was that backed up, we would have planned differently. The team is friendly and attentive in general, but not communicating such long wait times puts guests in an awkward position. Great food can carry a place far, but without transparency on service timing, it’s hard to fully enjoy it.

28/11/2025: One of the best pizzas in the area. I'm a bit picky about which flavors to choose, and before finding the right one for me, I practically tried them all. While you were on vacation, I gave several other pizzerias a second chance. Okay, they were all more or less good, but nothing like yours. You guys are unbeatable. TOP

08/03/2026: A very normal place like many others that pretends to be an "in" place like New York, none of that, (fly Down), we asked for a Crodino, and he looked at us as if he didn't know what it was with a snobbish air, and as an aperitif he didn't know the Chips, what can I say, they pretend to be high level but deep down, really deep down "Fly Down".

07/10/2025: Absolutely delicious pizzas served in a brand newly decorated room. very generous pizza (one of the best I had with mortadella). If you don’t finish your pizza you can take it away. Service was Quick and efficient. They have a high chair for kids !

The food is truly excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The only small flaw is the menu, which remains relatively unchanged over time and offers limited choices, especially when it comes to desserts. It would be nice to see something new every now and then.
