I understand the importance of punctuality in the restaurant industry, but there are ways and means to communicate this to a customer who is paying for a service. * Surreal service: The low point of the evening came at the end of dinner. After purchasing an ice cream, we asked for a simple spoon to eat it. The staff's response? "Wait until it melts." I find it unacceptable that a business would respond with such sarcasm and laziness to a basic request. A customer should never feel like a "bother," especially for something as inexpensive as a plastic or metal spoon. * Conclusion: If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere and professional service, I recommend looking elsewhere. Kindness is not a given here.
