28/01/2026: The B&B is truly well-run, and the owner is very kind and helpful (we arrived after 8:00 PM due to work, but we spoke over the phone without any problems with check-in). He provided us with a super-extensive breakfast, almost like a hotel. The B&B also has a large, convenient, fenced parking lot.

26/01/2026: The people are exceptionally friendly and willing to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are simple and cold in the winter! The breakfast is excellent, and the dinner (not included) is very good! Highly recommended.

03/01/2026: Il Carrubbo Steak House is undoubtedly one of the best places I've been to in recent memory. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and always available to recommend the best cut of meat or wine. The meats are truly excellent: carefully selected, cooked to perfection, and impeccably presented, with a selection that satisfies both grill lovers and those seeking something more sophisticated. The appetizers and side dishes are also top-quality, made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. The excellent wine list, featuring local and international labels, completes the experience. The quality-price ratio is absolutely right for the quality of the restaurant and the raw materials offered. Ultimately, Il Carrubbo Steak House is a place worth trying and one you'll want to return to: highly recommended for those who love real meat and want a great dining experience.

20/12/2025: Company Christmas Lunch 2025 🔥 From appetizers to coffee: everything was top-notch, with super-kind and attentive staff. Delicious appetizer and amazing mini burgers 🤯 Perfect al dente pasta with a spectacular pork ragù. Main course? Worth a round of applause 👏 Excellent fruit and tiramisu, an immediate second 😍 Summary: Great food, fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

11/05/2026: We dined at Le Stranizze restaurant for the first time, and the overall experience was very positive. We started with some very fresh and excellent crudités. For our first course, we chose tagliolini with red shrimp, tartare, and squid ink sauce: an exquisite dish, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. Their wine, produced on site, was also excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant exudes a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, although unfortunately, during the evening, there was a rather loud and rude group of tourists, an attitude unbecoming of the atmosphere. The only negative note concerns the owner, Mr. De Gregorio: he entered the room without even a greeting, even though only two tables were occupied: ours and the tourists'. Furthermore, when leaving, after cordially greeting everyone, he looked at us without returning our greeting, presumably intent on toasting with the other customers. That said, the experience was still positive thanks to the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff, which is why we will gladly return.

23/04/2026: Nice little restaurant in a quiet street in the center of Sciacca. Very tasty food, the menu is not extensive but everything sounds great: fresh fish, pasta, meat…

19/04/2026: An experience to repeat and I recommend it to everyone. The owner is affable and easy-going, even in his way of doing things, he puts the customer at ease, making him the protagonist of his dishes characterized by very tasty flavors in their simplicity and authenticity.

04/04/2026: I eat here often and have always had a wonderful time! The food was all excellent, from appetizers to dessert: every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Today the service was simply perfect: the staff were professional, attentive to the customer's needs, and super kind. The owners were also welcoming and helpful; you could really feel the passion they put into what they do. The quality is excellent, but a special mention goes to the pasta with mixed legumes... it made me feel like I was at my grandmother's house ❤️ Highly recommended!

25/04/2026: A two-hour wait for a frozen sandwich—they told us an hour—seems excessive to me. The sandwich was decent, certainly not €20, and by then we were feeling hungry. Tourist trap.

24/04/2026: Very good, I personally consider it the best restaurant in Lampedusa. The prices are fair for the unique quality. The only flaw is the slow service; however, this is communicated in advance.

02/05/2026: The property is well-maintained and located in a convenient spot for parking both cars and motorbikes. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff made the stay even better. Their recommendations on where to eat and what to do were excellent.

05/04/2026: Poor customer service from the owners and staff. We booked for Easter lunch, arrived at 1:30 PM, and were told the kitchen would close at 2:30 PM (which wasn't communicated to us when we booked). The table was uncomfortable (small and narrow, not suitable for five adults). We asked the owner for a better table since there were empty tables, but he wouldn't grant it because he said there wasn't availability. After about ten minutes, a table with about ten seats was separated to create two smaller tables (so it must not have been booked). The food was poor. Really poor value for money. To top it all off, we were asked if we could pay in cash...obviously not!

16/04/2026: A truly beautiful B&B with a view of Porto Empedocle... the owner is very kind and helpful, a wonderful person!!! Top-notch cuisine, very high flavors and quality, very good!

07/04/2026: We came here for one night. The drive there was a bit of a challenge, but the breakfast and views made it all worthwhile. I highly recommend it.

Delicious and traditional cuisine, excellent, varied and traditional appetizers; two delicious first courses (the orecchiette with pork ragù was insane!!), a mix of top-quality meats, and a superb dessert! The peach with ricotta and amaretto ended the meal exceptionally well. An intimate and welcoming place, with courteous and attentive service! Highly recommended!!

24/03/2026: Excellent. We ate here just before heading to the Valley of the Temples. Quick, very good service and a good price. Their specialties are various types of bread rolls filled with different kinds of meat, all very tasty. Two per person is quite a generous meal, so the bill is very reasonable, and it's easy to get back on the trail.

If you want to enjoy a wide selection of appetizers to satisfy your taste buds, you've come to the right place! Personally, I would only refine the ambiance with a small renovation to make the place even more distinctive. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

The food is top-notch, especially the carpaccio and, of course, the cuts of meat, which are expertly cooked. The extensive wine list is excellent. Prices are in line with the "Braceria" style of restaurant. Highly recommended.

04/05/2026: A superb experience! We tried various tartares and carpaccios, both incredibly fresh, followed by a Spanish rib-eye steak, perfectly cooked and marbled. The added value is the staff: the owner, Pietro, is a valuable guide in choosing the cuts and the quality, while the waitresses Roberta and Françoise were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Attentive service and top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended for those seeking the best!
