16/12/2024: Sono stato invitato a pranzo da una persona del luogo a conclusione di un incontro di lavoro. È stata una gradevolissima sorpresa, per la raffinatezza dei piatti, tutti ottimi, e per l’accoglienza. Ci ritornerò sicuramente con mia moglie.

02/01/2025: Very very nice restaurant/reception room. In my humble opinion, the location is much more beautiful than the Chiaramonte castle which is right above. The room is really beautiful, very rustic and welcoming and the garden is really beautiful, great for having a whole photo shoot. The menu then starts with a truly generous buffet, abundant I would say, and then moves on to the first and second courses which are delicate and tasty on the palate. The service and staff are worthy of note. Finally, very importantly, clean and well-maintained toilets. Unfortunately, I was there in the evening but I recommend the place in spring and summer so you can enjoy the Chiaramontano park to the fullest.

17/11/2024: The anxiety, the final details, the arrival at the church, and then... The reception here at Chiaramontano Park. Starting from the organization, to the professionalism of the staff, to the food, everything perfect beyond imagination! Location well cared for in every aspect, large spaces to welcome guests and all surrounded by the purest and most uncontaminated nature. Not to mention the menu, appreciated by all for both quality and quantity and paying great care and attention to people with allergies and intolerances. We had so much fun and, to this day, every time we think back to that day we get very emotional. We will forever have an indelible memory of our wedding. You made the most beautiful day of our lives fantastic, you made us live a dream! We especially thank Innocenzo who, from the first meeting, revealed himself to be a very capable person, expert and attentive to satisfying all our requests as much as possible and giving us valuable advice. 02/03/2025: A very nice restaurant, nice and good service and delicious food for a fair price. 4 stars for the atmosphere does not mean that it was not cozy enough, but I missed the entourage of the opera a bit, the (appropriate) music was missing. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal.

23/03/2025: Nice restaurant I had a great time even though it wasn't high season. It's not just a restaurant but a lovely b&b. The restaurant offers a fixed menu with various courses. Fresh and very good food. The staff is very precise and the nice thing is that there are many waiters who offer a smooth service. The place is not very big but welcoming, with warm colors that make it well lit during the day.

21/03/2025: Our group of just over 20 stayed here for just over a week as part of the Mandorlo in Fiore festival and the experience here was excellent. The rooms are cozy and have an incredible view, the food was incredible and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

01/04/2025: The restaurant is mainly frequented by tourists, a reservation is required to find a table on the main terrace which is small and offers a panoramic view of the Valley of the Temples. But noisy road below. Private parking on site with a valet guard. Stylish staff for this restaurant which aims to be gastronomic. Price in relation to the services. We chose an average sea fry and a decent zucchini cake. Pieces of beef next, be careful no accompaniment, contrary to what we thought. We were not asked to cook it, which is a shame, one was served medium-rare and the other was rather cooked? Excellent wine as an accompaniment, cheesecake desserts of any kind. In summary, average food, excellent wine, grandiose terrace setting, appreciable parking.

If i wear to suggest you to go there, do it fore the wine you will be surely not disappointed. Hence, the prices are super cheap.

08/02/2025: The place appears very sober, quiet and it is possible to park next to the Conad or in front of the place itself. I tried the appetizers and a "buttanesca" first course, as did my family. The sympathy of Mr. Salvino is one of the many positive aspects of the place that lead to a return as soon as possible: very approachable, very nice and with the ironic and friendly joke to fulfill any customer request. The house wine offered in bulk was very good, the nectar that accompanied the food. In the end the price also proved to be in line with what can be seen from the menu/price list. Positive experience, we will return as soon as possible.

First time we visited, we had the traditional "tagliere" with a fine selection of delicious meats, cheeses, dry roasted almonds, and the most wonderful focaccia with flakes of sea salt. Cocktails were delicious and Antonio was a delight. Moreover, the garden he has curated is so peaceful and relaxing. We immediately booked to go back for the raw shrimp plate. Out of this world!! You must book in advance, as the shrimp are caught that same morning in the waters of Linosa, and they only fish for the number of shrimp they'll serve. If you're curious and for the truly passionate, Antonio can explain in detail the origin of each gastronomic offering and the level of attention to the quality of the ingredients. Truly something special to experience! And the champagne paired with the shrimp is 100% worth it if you enjoy bubbly. So grateful to Antonio and the level of effort he has gone to creating this oasis, giving us a taste of the vegetation that once covered the island, and researching meticulously to offer the highest quality enogastronomic experience.

17/02/2025: The Stelle di Ponente venue is not positioned overlooking the cliff, like most venues in this area of ​​the island, but is positioned further inland. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet, and the courtyard where the tables are placed is well-kept and welcoming.
