The owner's idea to create an institution where, for a fixed price, guests are served a variety of original fish and seafood dishes throughout the evening deserves sincere respect. Each serving is a small surprise that arouses curiosity and a desire to wait for the next dish. It was a pleasure to meet the chef. You feel that he does not just cook, but puts his soul into his dishes. Unusual combinations of flavors, for example, sushi with strawberries, are surprising at first, but after the first bite you understand how well thought out and harmonious it is. You can see talent, courage and love for their work. I would like to separately mention all the wonderful waiters. They are very friendly, attentive and sincerely interested in ensuring that guests enjoy the evening. This is the kind of service that creates an atmosphere that makes you want to return to. Thank you to the owner I met for such a wonderful concept, the chef for his true gastronomic creativity, and the entire team for the warm welcome. This is a place I want to recommend to friends and definitely come back again. And I will definitely do it very soon 🤗

07/06/2026: This restaurant is well worth a visit. We had excellent tasty pasta dishes here from the daily specials menu, a red mullet ragu and a Sicilian pasta with clams. All the food was really well cooked and very tasty. Service was great and we loved the atmosphere, sitting outside. We would also recommend the local white wine.

Stefano and Rosita open the doors of their home and share their decades of experience and passion for Sicilian cuisine with their guests, making you feel more like a guest than a customer. Dinner was a journey through traditional flavors, prepared with local ingredients, excellent raw materials, and great care. We enjoyed a rich selection of appetizers and a splendid first course with fresh homemade pasta. Everything was delicious, but two dishes remained in our hearts: the caponata, simply exceptional, and the meatballs in sweet and sour sauce, truly unforgettable. Stefano and Rosita's welcome was warm and sincere, making us feel right at home. Places like this represent the true essence of Sicilian hospitality. If you're looking for authentic Sicilian cuisine, away from the touristy restaurants, PalmaUliva is a must-see. Thank you Stefano and Rosita, we'll definitely be back!

05/07/2026: Pizzeria Très Chic in Favara is truly delicious! The pizzas are made with light dough and the freshest ingredients, cooked in a wood-fired oven for a crispy and flavorful result. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, creating a welcoming atmosphere, while the staff is friendly and professional. For all this, it deserves my personal sixth star 🌟 highly recommended!
