Excelsior appetizer with swordfish that tasted of nothing, anchovies full of vinegar, oysters without water (they should not be served without), hard and frozen cuttlefish not local). In a seaside place like Agrigento you have to take fresh fish. I threw away 110 euros without wine for three people (1 pizza, two appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course) and then the cream in the paccheri with the fish is not put. the ABC of cooking. Better to dedicate yourself to pizzas. Honestly I expected a: did you eat well? And instead he quietly beat the bill even though I had sent the swordfish back. It's not done.

If a customer reviews you negatively, take advantage of the situation in a more constructive way to try to improve where you may have some shortcomings. Good things!

10/07/2025: The place was dark and unclean. We ordered a burger and fries. The meat smelled bad and was definitely not fresh or of good quality. I was sick all night. Definitely a bad experience and not one to repeat. And on top of that, we spent €40 for two sandwiches and two beers.

09/08/2025: We discovered this excellent restaurant through Google Maps. The lunch menu offered a wide selection. Pizza is also available in the evenings. There are electric charging stations about 100 meters away. We received a very warm welcome and translated the menu using Google Translate. A regular customer helped us order in English. Despite the language barrier, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. The octopus and the grilled meat were very tender. The pasta with pistachios and speck was also very good. The interior of the restaurant was typically Sicilian. We were extremely satisfied and felt very comfortable.

16/06/2025: The gentleman who served us (I think the owner) was very kind and super professional. He answered all the questions we asked and explained all the differences between one dessert and another. The shop is small but big enough to contain all the goodness they sell. I tried the almond paste and marzipan desserts but their specialty is the Easter lamb (as per local tradition) and I would be curious to try the panettoni because from what he described to us they must be a fairy tale. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to attach but I can assure you that the desserts are beautiful (as well as delicious of course). If you pass through Favara it must be a must.

19/05/2025: Ho acquistato presso una enoteca del Brindisino, precisamente ad Oria, denominata Wine Shop, una colomba ai frutti di bosco, ottima confezione ma purtroppo estremamente deludente, era scritto nel sito che c'era una crema ai frutti di bosco, mentre di fatto la crema era completamente assente e pertanto dal gusto estremamente asciutto. Una vera delusione visti gli elogi del negoziazione che l'ha venduta. Probabilmente hanno dimenticato di farcirla con la crema. Per fortuna che l'abbiamo aperta in famiglia evitando di regalarla.
