18/06/2026: Ciao! We were greeted with a delicious appetizer. Despite the language barrier (we're from Poland, speak English, and are learning Italian), we managed to communicate with the restaurant staff. 😅 The food - delicious! We had tomato spaghetti (Spaghetti all’amatriciana) and panini (pizza panino), really fresh and delicious. The frizzante vino was delicious, I recommend it to everyone! 🇮🇹🇵🇱🤌🏻

07/05/2026: Oh my gosh yum! What a find! Slightly out of the way but 100% worth the walk. The cafe is a vibe, staff are friendly and helpful. Place is full of yummy food. The translation on the menu you might not be perfect but the food is delicious! Highly recommend!!!!

18/07/2026: I went for lunch a few days ago, looking for a Sicilian place with good quality and a fair price. I found it online by chance and was impressed; it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for your hospitality and congratulations again for the delicious traditional dishes.

03/08/2026: We were there last night on our way back from the beach. The kind waitress told us that, despite the set menu, we could also order just an appetizer and main course. The octopus was tender, and the fish seemed fresh but not exceptional, touted as the restaurant's specialty. Then at the cash register, the owner took us for tourists to fleece and asked us for the bill for the full menu, including the entrees we hadn't ordered for both of us. The waitress also remembered that we hadn't ordered the entrees; apparently charging for everything without the entree wasn't even the custom there. But the owner at the cash register raised her voice, saying the entree is 5 euros, "It's not worth my while to even open the door if I don't charge you for the full menu," she said. "So I'll charge you for drinks and cover charge, and you'll still end up with the full menu price." We'd essentially each ordered three entrees and would have paid the same. Evidently something doesn't add up... We don't make any further inquiries, we pay and leave, making it clear that the game wasn't right, annoyed more by the suspicion of having been cheated, by the lack of clarity and the rude manners of the owner/cashier than by the price.

07/07/2026: I'll limit myself to describing the events. We sit at a table for four, on which a jar of water and a fake flower rest. The establishment's dog, presumably with ear problems, rolls between the tables, raising dust because the floor is gravelly. We are also brought the menu. We ask for water, which is brought quickly. Then we wait at least 40 minutes for our order. This is because the only girl from the three-person staff capable of taking orders was busy tending to and clearing a table of about 20 people. We order just before getting up to leave the place. The girl is very unsympathetic. Appetizers for everyone, four first courses, and a bottle of wine. I point out that the first and second wines requested on the wine list were not available. But the best is yet to come. When the wine arrives, a still white, I point out to the waitress that it is rather warm and ask for an ice bucket. Well, the waitress capped the bottle again and headed back into the restaurant. She returned shortly after with the bottle in the cooler. I've never seen anything like it!!! The quality of the dishes, which arrived promptly after ordering, was good! Conclusions: The chef's skill was good, the service management was terrible.

12/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal. The modest menu, updated daily, guarantees quality and the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was competent and courteous, and the prices were very reasonable. An experience worth repeating. I recommend booking.

01/08/2026: After a trip to the beach, we were looking for a restaurant where we could eat al fresco on the way home. We discovered this place, where the food is really good, at a reasonable price (about €15 for a well-prepared and very generous dish). The atmosphere isn't the best, but it wouldn't take much to make it more welcoming and pleasant.
