18/11/2025: Third week of September, four adults, no reservations. There wasn't a place open for lunch. On the recommendation of another nearby place that only served "dinner," we stopped at Panificio San Giuseppe for lunch. We received an incredible welcome; we were amazed by how the owner presented his dishes; we savored them just by reading them. Our expectations were not disappointed; the dishes were incredible. Traditional dishes revisited by the owner, who managed to maintain the "classic" flavors with a modern twist. The result was astonishing. While we waited for our dishes to arrive, he entertained us with traditional Cianciana appetizers, which only served to prepare our palates for what we later ate. Highly recommended; when we return to Cianciana, we'll definitely be back! PS: We bought some delicious bread, which stayed soft and tasty for days... in hindsight, we would have gained a few more pounds! ;-)

29/01/2026: I'm giving one star because unfortunately, you can't give less than this. It's a pizza at a table with at least a 20-minute wait after ordering. It's devoid of passion and flavor. I swear, it's one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Afterwards, we go home to pay. He does everything his own way and doesn't even ask if he uses single or separate billing. I reply, "Please, can you charge us half?" He replies, "If you tell me first, I'll pay and leave." Very rude. P.S. We were outside, it was freezing cold. And not even a stove.

25/01/2026: This place primarily serves takeout pizza. Friendly service allowed us to order in advance and eat on site an hour before opening! Everything is closed in winter, but this was a pleasant surprise. The pizza has a very tasty crust, and the toppings are also good. We recommend it.

16/09/2025: We expected something better. Fried zucchini flowers, far too greasy and heavy to digest. The amatriciana was good. The wine list was quite limited.

08/01/2026: No one was rude to you or anyone but they gave us a menu and no one told us that we couldn't order pizzas, spending 15 minutes waiting, it will be easier if they tell us that the part of the menu is only part of it and not all of it, no one told us and we already ordered the drink! His behavior was wrong Nessuno è stato rude con te o con chiunque altro, ma ci hanno dato un menù e nessuno ci ha detto che non potevamos odinare pizze. After serving for 15 minutes, it is very easy to know if the birds are in the menu and only part of the menu is shown, not all. Nessuno ce l'ha detto, and abbiamo già ordinato da bere! Your behavior is stato sbagliato. Answer: The water was paid for without even asking for it! You have superiority and arrogance when you treat people like this! You discriminate without even knowing or understanding the situation! It leaves much to be desired.

06/01/2026: We spent a holiday afternoon there, and first, they were slow to serve us. The waitress didn't even bother to try to understand us! After I called her over 15 minutes later to take my order, she told me they were out of pizzas! She could have said that from the start, and we wouldn't have wasted time. It's called "Ristorante Pizzeria," they should really change the name. The service was terrible. I had to use my translator to understand because they didn't come over to explain! Not even in English! And their response! Unprofessional, aggressive, and insulting! That says it all! Nothing more to add! Shameful!

22/09/2025: What a great little find. Fast friendly service, delicious coffee and the most amazing pastry - I ordered a pastry that looked like a donut but not as spongy - it was was buttery, moist and orange flavoured dusted in sugar and filled with Nutella. There were some delicious looking savoury options and loads of pastries, cakes and gelato. You can sit outside or inside. Very delicious!

20/09/2025: At the village festival, the granita wasn't exceptional, just average. The atmosphere, perhaps because of the unusual evening, wasn't very welcoming.

23/11/2025: We ordered a C'Amuri and I was hesitant, but the guy at the counter was kind enough to offer me a custom sandwich. They made the sandwiches very quickly! Delicious and juicy, highly recommended as a sandwich shop. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality!!

19/10/2025: I think it's hard to find a better sandwich in Lampedusa. Fair prices, quick and friendly service. Popular with locals for the obvious quality. Definitely worth a try.

26/01/2026: A fully equipped restaurant, the food is excellent, from appetizers to first courses, and the high-quality meat or fish main courses. Impeccable service, and the staff are extraordinarily professional. Highly recommended.
