Today we had the pleasure of lunch at Piero's restaurant, and everything was delicious, from the excellent appetizers to the high-quality first courses. Easter Sunday.
We arrived on time (1:00 PM) and were assigned table #3. A few minutes later, the appetizers arrived. The food was good, the portions a bit small, not in line with the abundance shown on social media. All in all, we were there, waiting for the first courses, waiting... waiting... the other tables were all served... we waited... in the meantime, a young woman passed by a couple of times, perhaps restocking the bottles that were emptying at the tables in the meantime. She glanced at our table, smiled, and left... we waited... the other tables were waiting for their second courses, and we waited. A very kind waiter passed by and offered us seconds of the first courses. Needless to say, one of the waiters responded a little resentfully. The waiter understood the situation and ran off to get the first courses. Table #3 had been forgotten. No one should tell me it was crowded or confusing, because several tables were empty; the restaurant was full after 3:00 PM. After finishing the main courses, they left rather hastily. POOR SERVICE.

Everything was fantastic! The fish was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the XXL menu. The pasta was spectacular, and the brioche with granita was priceless.

The important thing I want to clarify is the time. I was booked for the second sitting at 3:00 PM. We were seated at 3:00 PM, super punctual. Everything was hot, the food was excellent, and the service was excellent...

I'll start by saying I've never eaten at this restaurant, but I'd like to share my thoughts on the reviews I've read. I understand that everyone has their own tastes, but how is it possible that 95% are satisfied and 5% are very critical? Perhaps, given the difference between satisfied and dissatisfied, I'm led to believe that the minority aren't seafood lovers but are used to eating at Michelin-starred restaurants, where they might spend €300 but are still satisfied because they're amazed by the clean location, the silver service, the crystal glasses, and the sparkling bathroom.
