I was a bit disappointed, mainly by the organization and the wait staff. The food is worth it, both in quality and quantity. The kitchen, the chefs, and the non-waiting staff are definitely 5-star. Everything else, however, needs a rethink... They sat us in a place they had indicated, and at least three times, a different waiter, passing by, bumped into my chair. The spaces between the tables were very narrow; I don't understand why the other half of the room after the bar, which was almost empty, wasn't offered to us. During the appetizers, no dish was left for the mussel shells... It's the first time this has happened to me, but at the end of the seafood appetizers, no napkins were brought (they were at the other tables, so it was definitely an oversight by the person serving us). We had to ask for cutlery several times because, every time we changed plates, they'd take it away, but then when they brought the next course, they'd leave it without the cutlery... Finally, the coffee... it's fine for me to go get it at the counter, but at least keep the service staff's waste bin, located in the center of the counter where you can get coffee or liqueurs, closed (I won't go into detail about where you could have placed it to better organize the space).

Very tasty food, be sure to choose the fish or seafood recipes. Fine cuisine. There were no tourists at this moment, only Italians.

Good fish and a variety of dishes. I prefer table service with waiters rather than this robot serving tables. I find the price of €40 per person expensive.

Today we had the pleasure of lunch at Piero's restaurant, and everything was delicious, from the excellent appetizers to the high-quality first courses. The service was also excellent, and the staff were all attentive and meticulous. Good luck, Piero, keep up the good work, and we'll definitely be back.

Easter Sunday. We arrived on time (1:00 PM) and were assigned table #3. A few minutes later, the appetizers arrived. The food was good, the portions a bit small, not in line with the abundance shown on social media. All in all, we were there, waiting for the first courses, waiting... waiting... the other tables were all served... we waited... in the meantime, a young woman passed by a couple of times, perhaps restocking the bottles that were emptying at the tables in the meantime. She glanced at our table, smiled, and left... we waited... the other tables were waiting for their second courses, and we waited. A very kind waiter passed by and offered us seconds of the first courses. Needless to say, one of the waiters responded a little resentfully. The waiter understood the situation and ran off to get the first courses. Table #3 had been forgotten. No one should tell me it was crowded or confusing, because several tables were empty; the restaurant was full after 3:00 PM. After finishing the main courses, they left rather hastily. POOR SERVICE.
