16/09/2025: I was forced to store my 10-meter boat for 26 days waiting for repairs. I was shocked when I was presented with a bill for €2,400 for a cradle near the beach. I believe the cost is unjustified and far above the market average for such a service. I felt scammed and believe it is important to report this to other users. UPDATE: In response to the company's aggressive and deceptive response, I am forced to correct several inaccuracies. The technical data provided in their response is false: my boat is not the model they indicated. It is a 22-year-old Gagliotta Gagliardo 34 (not 37). It is 10.30 meters long (not 12 meters) and has 320 hp engines (not 400). This attempt to discredit me with blatantly incorrect information demonstrates their unprofessional and dishonest approach. I regret that they chose to respond with personal attacks and legal threats instead of addressing the issues raised in my review. I would like to point out that the insurance company only paid €35 ​​per day (based on the maximum price for this type of parking in Sicily), and that is what I had requested. Your invoice was rejected and not refunded because it was not credible. Why would I have asked to increase it if I already knew the maximum they would pay was €35/day? I simply asked to charge the maximum allowed and to include a few extra days in the quote, given the uncertainty regarding the part's arrival time. You simply took advantage of the situation. Why don't you publish your price lists, assuming they exist? I reiterate: my experience was unsatisfactory. I hope future customers can make their own assessments by carefully reading the company's responses.

28/08/2025: Pleasure boat storage with patient staff (Daniele and Luca) always available to resolve any issues. Mooring at a buoy is available, with transport service by dinghy "commanded" by the friendly and taciturn Peppe. Adjacent to the storage area is a tastefully furnished restaurant for aperitifs and refreshments, with a unique and enviable view of the Strait.

15/10/2025: Terrible experience. High prices that don't justify the quality, which is barely adequate. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I expected better from the advertising I'd seen. Nice place, limited parking, poor service.

05/10/2025: I feel compelled to give one star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to write a review. Only the setting deserves a few stars because it's very nice, but the rest is truly disappointing. 10 adults at the table didn't have the pleasure of eating at the same time, considering the dishes arrived within 10 minutes of each other. The food wasn't very tasty, with sour vegetables and flies on the plate. The waiters were polite, only one lady was at times rude. Unfortunately, the experience was negative.

30/09/2025: ...the family-run bakery, and I must say they're all great people who put a lot of effort into making cakes and birthday cakes! Huge selection of pastries and desserts, always super fresh! Top-notch ice cream!

12/07/2025: To forget. I booked a banquet for 50 people well in advance, choosing it specifically for the beauty of the exterior. Three days before the event, I was moved to another area of the villa due to the addition of other guests to another event on the same day. I accepted, understanding the situation. The very morning of my event, I received a call to inform me that over 100 people had been added to the other event and that I would no longer be able to use the exterior. This forced me to move entirely to a venue with no exterior and completely different from the vision I had envisioned for my event, which had been organized down to the last detail. You can imagine the stress, anger, and frustration I faced on a day that was supposed to be one of celebration and serenity. I've never seen or heard anyone tell me they had to change venues or even days (because I was even advised to change days, but the reason was my own, not theirs!), despite booking well in advance, giving priority to another event with more people, and completely ignoring the requests we had agreed upon from the start. Moral of the story: at 1:00 PM that same day, I had to completely reorganize an event elsewhere.

05/09/2025: Churrascaria Fuego in Palermo was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere is truly charming and refined, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends. The food is excellent: quality meats served to perfection and a wide variety to suit all tastes. Special praise goes to the staff, extremely kind and always available, attentive to every need with great professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: Lately, it's not as good as it used to be. They also offer a very limited local delivery service. I was a customer and moved a little further away, and they don't deliver here even though it's still in Catania and a stone's throw from the old address. You should start by expanding your local delivery radius, especially since it's still in Catania. Then check the quality of your specialty dishes, which aren't what they used to be. The service has also become even worse in general.

18/08/2025: A horrifying experience. First time in Montalbano Elicona (a delightful little village, by the way), we decided to stop at this pizzeria in the middle of the pine forest. We sat down at a table at 8:35, and no one brought us menus or water until we flagged down the waiters, who were apparently extremely busy serving the tables outside. We ordered around 9, ordering four pizzas, two of which were the same. The drinks we'd ordered weren't available (I'm talking about a standard Coke Zero and a Corona), despite them offering alternatives. One of the four pizzas wasn't available because the ingredients weren't there, so we had to change our order. So far, nothing special. Then the drama: the wait. We had to wait over an hour and a half for four pizzas. After an hour, we asked how the pizzas we'd ordered were coming along, and instead of apologizing for the wait, we were told it wasn't their fault because there was only one oven and we'd have to wait a couple more orders. I should point out that the restaurant ONLY served pizzas; a single oven to serve 45-50 tables in one evening might be a bit limited. Needless to say, by the time the pizzas arrived, we'd already lost our appetite (and the drinks had also been finished). However, we were delighted to notice that while we were waiting, the waiters and pizza chefs stopped to chat with other customers from the town, making the wait even more unnerving. We got up to pay and were allowed to go ahead of us by some "friends" of the restaurant owners. When we paid the bill, no apology was offered for the wait, nor was there any attempt to remedy the situation. Even though the pizza was good, I wouldn't recommend going there under any circumstances.

23/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant with generous seafood dishes. Everything was very good. Recommended.

19/10/2025: We went to dinner with about ten people a few days ago, and it was a less than thrilling experience, one we'll remember for the future. This review is intended to encourage the owners to draw lessons for the future. More specifically: 1) Despite having booked a few days in advance, when we arrived, there wasn't a table set for us; 2) Despite having ordered wine (€25.00 a bottle) and water, they only brought us a glass for water (no goblet or ice cube tray); 3) Despite having ordered two first courses, one meat and one fish (where the salt was left in the seawater where it was caught), they only brought us one soup plate. This service, at best approximate (if not completely absent), was paid for at a cost equal to 15% of the products consumed (about €6.50 per person). Obviously, even in the best of intentions, we would never recommend it. What a shame!

01/09/2025: We ordered 5 hot dogs, 2 without sauce for me because I can't eat sauce. 1 chip with pink sauce and 2 pink sauces. We received 3 with pink sauce, 1 with just chips, and 1 with just sausage. I asked him if I could exchange the one with pink sauce for one with just sausage, but he couldn't exchange them because he'd have lost a lot otherwise (€2.50). The food was very good, and the atmosphere was sobering.
