18/07/2025: La caverna del maestro birraio it's a 10 out of 10. The food was fresh and delicious. The owner and staff and super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is wow. The place it's perfect, nice, clean and away from the road. Lots of parking. It was a great experience.

13/05/2025: The sandwiches are good and the prices are affordable, the staff is very friendly. Too bad for the very small environment; not suitable for eating on the spot. There are a couple of uncomfortable seats with support against the wall.

07/08/2025: We had a very good meal. We found the "Gorgonzola Gnocchi," atypical for southern Italy, here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the pasta with seafood was also very tasty. We can't say that the waiters were unfriendly. Everyone was friendly, and they even swatted the wasps away from under our noses with an electric tennis racket. All good. Thank you.

05/08/2025: Think school canteen and you’ll not be far wrong. Food was fine, service needs improvement. Seated quickly, menus issued, drinks prompt. Food arrived and literally chucked on the table. Fish was fine but wasn’t filleted as per the menu and so was returned to the kitchen to be done. No Parmesan offered with the pasta - had to be asked for. First bottle of wine returned as it was corked. Water was good though.

23/07/2025: Disappointing and Rude Experience I had a terrible experience at this ice cream shop, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. **First day:** I bought a lemon and mulberry granita, in a large glass, for **€4**. That's already a lot for a mix of water and syrup, but it's manageable considering the size. **Second day:** Same granita, but in a **medium** size, and I was charged **€4.50**! Confused, I asked for an explanation, and the sales assistant, with an **unnerved and rude** attitude, pointed to a **hidden** price list, claiming that the two flavors cost different amounts (€4.50 and €3.50). Too bad that even averaging it doesn't come to €4.50! When I pointed out that the prices **should be clear and visible** (perhaps displayed at the counter, right?), the entire staff started **mishandling** me, almost **ordering** me to take my money back and leave. **What manners!** **Conclusions:** - **Opaque prices**, with inexplicable differences. - **Rude staff** and aggressive when asking for clarification. - **A "rip-off-tourist" attitude**, with no respect for the customer. **Highly not recommended.** If you're looking for a place to spend a fortune on a mediocre granita and be treated condescendingly, this is the place. Otherwise, avoid!

17/08/2025: We chose this restaurant by chance and were pleased with the service and food. We recommend the gnocchi alla sorrentina and paccheri with ragù, as well as the spaghetti with breadcrumbs and anchovies, as well as the usual fare.

13/08/2025: I visited this restaurant after seeing the many positive reviews on TikTok, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The fritto misto was overall good, crispy, and beautifully presented. The pistachio burger, on the other hand, was a huge disappointment: beautiful to look at and perfect for photos, but the pistachio flavor was virtually absent. The meat itself was good, but the dish didn't live up to the promise made by the social media images. In short: decent quality, but be careful not to be fooled by the "wow" factor on TikTok.

08/04/2025: It's not a negative review... but if I can recommend, avoid the pizza tour as it will penalize you! Good morning, I was told that you took this review of mine as negative, which was not my intention. Let me explain better: personally, I don't like the pizza round because the pizza alters the tastes, I always get a unique taste for this very reason, I must say excellent dough, excellent cooking, excellent service and location, in fact I gave 5 stars to the food, I gave 3 only for this reason. I would like to point out that at another event at your place in August, again with the pizza tour, your collaborator (I think his name was Federico) told us that if we wanted a unique flavor we just had to say it... which I did. I hope I have remedied it. If for you it was a bad review, mine was not a criticism of you or of those who invited me. It would have been enough to reply to the message and I would have remedied it immediately. I only discovered it last night. Best regards.

28/06/2025: For a truly local food experience this trattoria is perfect. It's away from all the tourist crowds. Some staff members don't speak English, but they try to help and ask their colleagues who do. I've used the app for translation but other team members were quick to help with a smile. Pasta dishes are superb, full of flavour. The option to order half a portion is simply brilliant. Regular size portions are large so be aware. Beef steak with cheese was also very tasty and tender. The value for money is much better than on the main street and the atmosphere is 100% real Palermo. The old photographs of Palermo are so interesting.

23/06/2025: Typical old-style trattoria dedicated to the Palermo football club. Excellent value for money, the best among the trattorias in Palermo that we tried. For the first courses you can choose between a half portion (60 grams) and a full portion (120 grams). The general menu lists all the specialties, really many, then inside the menu is proposed with the specialties available that day. We tried the grouper ravioli, the roasted swordfish and the sardine meatballs. We would have returned a second time but unfortunately we were unable to, I recommend checking the opening hours and booking.

02/07/2025: Nice and welcoming location with both an internal room and a terrace on the beach. Fairly quick service, very friendly and kind staff. The owner Mrs. Melania is very courteous, attentive and above all nice. Tasty cuisine. Moderate prices. We will gladly return.

30/06/2025: Baba food. Super-much delicious, and the portions are so generous that the price is almost ridiculous. I can highly recommend it! (They also have gluten-free pizza and small pizzas for €3!!)

31/07/2025: Cercavamo un una rosticceria dove poter mangiare un arancina invece abbiamo trovato questo locale trattoria che siamo rimasti sorprese dalla bontà di quello che abbiamo mangiato e dall'arancino siamo passati a un piatto di tagliatelle ad astice favoloso quindi vi consiglio di andare a provare questo locale anche al personale gentilissimo portale personale quotidiano cordiale e comunque un locale molto pulito e quindi vi consiglio di andare a trovarlo
