16/07/2025: The chef was super nice and kindly adapted to our needs because we didn't speak Italian... so we had a good communication between English, Italian, and Spanish 🤣🤣 with lots of humor and big smiles🤗thanks to them🙏🏼 And their pizza was also very good and the prices were good😊🌺 Grazzie mille🙏🏼😎

28/07/2025: Il locale è indubbiamente affascinante: l’atmosfera è suggestiva e l’arredamento curato, perfetto per una serata che promette bene. Anche la musica jazz dal vivo, presente durante la nostra visita, ha contribuito a creare un contesto piacevole. Purtroppo, però, tutto si ferma qui. Il servizio è poco attento e piuttosto disorganizzato, con poca cura nei dettagli e manca totalmente di gentilezza. Il menù, di fatto, inesistente: 4 proposte ( tra cui 2 pinse industriali) di dubbia qualità. I popcorn serviti al tavolo erano immangiabili, un dettaglio piccolo ma significativo dell’approssimazione generale. La qualità del cibo, laddove presente, è sembrata piuttosto discutibile. Salvano la serata i drink, ben preparati e piacevoli al palato, ma da soli non bastano a giustificare l’esperienza complessiva. Un vero peccato per un posto così bello, che meriterebbe una gestione più attenta e coerente con il suo potenziale.

21/04/2025: The dough is perfect, the pizza assistant is very friendly and good and also very nice, he makes the pizzas in a very round way, it almost seems like Giotto, Achille is very nice and kind and very loving, the place itself is perfect I think I would go there always and forever

31/03/2025: Very nice location in which to spend an evening enjoying an aperitif with a mixed platter, a dinner or a pizza. We chose to eat the "montanarine", fried pizzas seasoned in various ways and a pizza. The dough is good, very light and crumbly, and the selection of local products used is also good. For the montanarine I would have preferred a more golden fry, but that's personal taste. Fast service and friendly staff.

21/06/2025: Una cena tra amiche che si è trasformata in un piccolo viaggio di gusto e accoglienza. Siamo state da Corte dei Bischeri in tre, e fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentite coccolate e benvenute. Il merito è anche del proprietario, attento, disponibile e gentilissimo, che ha saputo accompagnarci nella scelta dei piatti e del vino con garbo e competenza. Abbiamo iniziato con un crudo di pesce freschissimo, elegante nella presentazione e impeccabile nel sapore, e proseguito con un’orata pescata in crosta di sale, che ci è stata servita al tavolo con grande maestria. In accompagnamento, uno spumante etneo metodo classico che ha esaltato ogni boccone. Tra le chicche del menu, meritano una menzione le ostriche, vera specialità della casa, e un piatto raro e sorprendente: l’occhio di bue, noto anche come “di San Giovanni”, che non si incontra spesso e che qui viene valorizzato con rispetto e creatività. Abbiamo scoperto questo delizioso ristorante grazie alla nostra amica Rosalba, catanese d’adozione ma di cuore regalbutese, che ci ha fatto un regalo prezioso. E come se non bastasse, il proprietario ci ha anche suggerito dove pranzare il giorno dopo, mandandoci da Re Carlo V in via del Plebiscito per gustare le tipiche polpette di cavallo: consiglio azzeccatissimo. Un luogo che unisce la qualità della cucina alla cura per l’ospite. Torneremo sicuramente.

01/06/2025: A magnificent setting at the foot of Palazzo Biscari, ideal for al fresco dining. The fish is fresh and well-presented, which inspires confidence, and some dishes are truly well-executed. That said, the overall experience sometimes lacked a little precision or seasoning depending on the dish. The service is decent but could have been a little more attentive. A good place despite a few details that could be improved.

09/06/2025: Grumpy, my son had told him fior di latte and bueno and he tells him pistachio and bueno my son tells him that the flavors are wrong and the gentleman with an arrogant tone tells him to stop it and says that my son was making fun of him, then ice cream that melted in the space of 2 minutes not even to enjoy it

12/07/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been going to Paradise Pizzeria since it opened...the same year I got engaged to my current, long-time husband. I've brought my children, friends, and relatives there... It's our favorite pizzeria...We eat there and try other pizzerias, but Paradise remains our favorite. The dough, toppings, and pizza makers have changed (from father to son). For us, Paradise's pizza is the best. Thank you.

11/08/2025: Excellent cannoli, and a cheap ice cream brioche considering its size and quality. I highly recommend it.

10/08/2025: A cone on Saturday at midnight. Lemon and strawberry. More like foamy detergent than ice cream, it slid off the cone, and all things considered, it was better for half of it to fall on the floor than to end up in your stomach... single portions are expensive, but that's another story...
