02/08/2025: Probably the best choice in Palau. Excellent pizza. Good food. Excellent beer. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but the food is always good. The charcuterie/cheese platter needs revisiting... Well done Mattia and the rest of the staff.

22/08/2025: I've been hearing for years that it's the best seafood restaurant in town, and this year I finally went there. I'll just say I went back three times in three weeks! It's REALLY the best seafood restaurant I've ever eaten (not just in Palau!). The quality of the food is superb, impeccably cooked, with incredibly generous portions. All this is accompanied by always very attentive and friendly service. I also love the location, full of authenticity and history. - We had a mix of appetizers, a mixed fried fish, a grilled dish, and the shrimp pasta (I'll attach a photo of it, if I can)... I'd tell you to try EVERYTHING. - Congratulations to EVERYONE who works at this restaurant. If you haven't tried it yet, you don't know what you're missing!

The kindness and thoughtfulness of the competent and attentive staff is immediately striking... qualities that are increasingly rare in restaurants in these tourist places! Abundant dishes and fresh, quality food, both meat and fish... excellent value for money! I highly recommend it... we will definitely be back!

22/06/2025: I had the opportunity to dine there last night. Warm evening, dinner outside in the cathedral square. Informal and polite atmosphere. Punctual and fast service. Very kind and affable staff (Mirco). Very good pizza and excellent mussels alla marinara. Beautiful evening, to return.

05/09/2025: The food was delicious. Make a reservation for the grilled maialo via WhatsApp; it's worth it. We had stewed octopus, also delicious. Be careful with the quantities. We ordered maialo (roasted pork) for one person and we could barely manage it between the two of us.

15/08/2025: This is one of those places that will take your breathe away. The view is incredible and the food served at the restaurant will leave your mouth watering. I was literally salivating at every bite. I finished the meal and thought “i only have 3 nights left in Sardinia and i need to eat here again”.

14/08/2025: We were here for dinner, a very suggestive location with a wonderful view of all of Palau and the sea. We started with an aperitif on the terrace, three types of wine, all of which they produce. We chose the lighter one, nothing exceptional, but we continued on to dinner. We sat down, the young and friendly waiters were nothing to complain about, we chose the tasting menu at the cost of €90 per person, always accompanied by their wine (you can't drink anything else but their wine). The service was too slow, more than half an hour passed between the appetizer and the first course. The food was good, but the bill left me speechless: €300 for two, with a cost of €70 for just the bottle of wine. Definitely too much for the quality and the label on the bottle. We left feeling rather disappointed, what a shame.

21/08/2025: I used to go there years ago, and it was excellent, with good prices. Now that Annino is no longer there to compete, they've become a jewelry store! PS: Salicornia costs 30 euros (thirty) per kilo, sourced from Israel. Is there really a need to finance the Israeli market these days? Embarrassing, especially considering that Salicornia grows naturally 10 km away (in Barrabisa).

17/08/2025: Marcello, Cinzia, and their adorable mascot Bella embody the essence of hospitality: friendly, helpful, and always attentive to your every need. The place is simply enchanting, allowing you to reconnect with nature and offer moments of true relaxation. The breakfast is impeccable, generous, and meticulously prepared, and there was nothing they wouldn't have done to accommodate us. The location is also ideal. We can only say positive things about it and will definitely be back!

15/08/2025: An exceptional experience, surrounded by nature and strategically located for visiting the various beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Marcello was truly kind and always available. The breakfast was exceptional: what more can I say? Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia.

12/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Ristorante Faro in Palau. We just finished our evening here, and it was simply perfect. Our table was number 3, one of the breathtaking "seafront" tables. The only downside is that it might get a bit crowded on a busy evening, especially given the noise from people passing by. However, since that's not their fault, I recommend enjoying the wonderful playlist that accompanied us throughout the dinner. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a special evening. The highlight is undoubtedly the food: We chose "pera vanitosa" (vanity pear) and "campagna sarda" (Sardinian countryside) as appetizers, and "oro della sardegna" (Sardinian gold) and "fregola del faro" (lighthouse fregola) for main courses, all delicious. Their selection of Sardinian dishes deserves special praise, and we were very pleased with them: a true celebration of authentic, traditional flavors, expertly prepared, generous portions, and magnificent combinations. A special thanks goes to the wait staff, who proved not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They guided us in choosing the dishes and wines with great expertise, making our dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high-end culinary experience in a unique setting, with a focus on Sardinian tradition.

I had the ceviche as a fabulous appetizer... It was a delicate, serene, harmonious evening, full of attention to detail, a journey of flavors also accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by sommelier Simona... I couldn't have been served better... Thanks to the chef and all the staff.
