For goodness sake, beautiful place, delicious food, but 6 euros for a bottle of Smeraldina water, which I was served everywhere I ate in Gallura, average cost 3 euros, seems senseless to me. And I underline that I absolutely do not dispute the prices of the dishes, which are quite honest, only the water. Sorry, ruined experience.

The best restaurant in Palau!! Elegant and refined environment like the dishes. We have been here twice: the first evening we ordered À la carte, but intrigued by the tasting menu we returned a second time and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes which change every day and in our case the desserts were all different, so let us try all their proposals.

we discovered Simo and Robi's beautiful restaurant this year and had dinner there two nights in a row! delicious ceviche, excellent fish main courses. exceptional wine selection. context elegant at the right point but not, how to say, aseptic. the environment exudes familiarity and you immediately have that feeling of being able to spend those endless summer evenings there with stories of previous lives lived while sipping good vin santo. true, sincere Italianness. flaws (few, if not very few): dry breadsticks both evenings and noisiness from some American guests (maybe they needed to be calmed down a little, but I understand that this is a delicate matter, especially with foreigners). prices appropriate to the context and the professionalism of the staff. we will definitely be back!

Excellent experience in a good quality restaurant. I recommend where possible to eat in a beautiful garden. Very well looked after seaside place, well thought out menu and all in all correct prices. Quick and courteous service.

One of my favorite in Palau. The food is excellent and consistent. I have been 5 or 6 time with small and bigger parties and the service and quality has always been impeccable. I absolutely suggest to go a sunset time to enjoy the spectacular Maddalena view from the open area of the restaurant.

Il locale si trova affacciato sull’arcipelago della Maddalena, in posizione incantevole, con un bel giardino. La cucina, raffinata e leggera, fa sapiente uso di erbe sarde o spezie, e giustifica l’inserimento nella Guida Michelin. Servizio molto rapido affabile e professionale. Presente comodo parcheggio privato, ombreggiato. Prezzi allineati all’ottima qualità globale. Ci torneremo.

Questo ristorante e' indubbiamente il migliore di Palau per differente professionalita' rispetto alla moltidudine di altri ristoranti della zona appiattiti su menu' standard ripetitivi tutti uguali. Professionalita' che deriva dal passato torinese del propriedtario e dello chef che hanno dato un taglio di innovazionde. Per massima chiarezza di giudizio ristorante buono, valido ma ancora da migliorare evitando certi errori tra i quali il risotto inconcepilmente ultra liquido all'onda. Per il resto un plauso all'impegno e alla ricerca della qualita'. Piacevole la location affacciata parzialmente sul mare, attento il servizio anche se affidato a giovani comunque premurosi ed educati.
